We are supposed to receive a package 9/27/22. UPS says "we missed you and taking your package to a local UPS Access Point" without even actually trying to deliver it? Me and my wife waited the WHOLE Day for the package and this is what we got. No phonecall, no miss call, no message, no doorbell, they just posted a letter to a wall thats not even our wall maybe to say "oh we attempted to deliver it". My god is this how you guys work? Very very disappointing. Who ever the delivery guy is, is so lazy, needs to get fired does not deserve his job. They told us that our package will be delivered to the designated UPs Access Point the next day which is 9/28/22. Guess what, it is already 9/29/22 and our package is still NOT in the UPs access point. Seriously, they don't really care about you or your item. Never had issues with Fedex or Amazon prime deliveries. We ended up processing a refund/cancellation with TMobile. Next time we are receiving a very important package, need to make sure it wont be UPS. Period!
I sent the key to our beach condo to Daytona. Before I sent it I was promised it would arrive. The driver said "I assumed the business was closed so I didn't go". But it was open and waiting for my package. So I never got the package ti it's destination. And they assured me since the driver made a ignorant choice and decided ti lie and put "made first attempt" that they would have it ready for pick up at UPS the next morning. Well that didn't happen and I never got the key to the condo. And this was before the hurricane. So that being said I couldn't shut the storm blinds and the condo may get ruined because of a ignorant choice by UPS driver and the lies from the facility manager. UPS, FedEx and Amazon all need to have some serious words with their apparently mostly low IQ delivery staff. And SOON. And don't even start with your stupid robots and killer driverless delivery vehicles. The day that happens here is the day my orders with online companies stops dead in its tracks. I don't want a robot coming up to my door. I don't want a driverless vehicle delivering them. I don't want drones dropping packages of my head. F right off with this s- -t. I shipped & insured stoneware dishes to my sister through UPS. I used a brand new heavy duty box and wrapped each piece individually with tons of bubble wrap. I paid additional money to insure them and wrote fragile all over the box in big black letters. When my sister received the box, the box was split open on an edge and all the lower corners of the box were crushed. Needless to say, there were several broken dishes! I then filed a claim with UPS and they told me that they would send a representative out to my sister's home to inspect it. She waited all day for them at her home (along with 4 other people) & no one from UPS ever showed up. Then UPS lied about it and said that they had been to my sister's home, but that there was no response. Obviously the UPS representative was not out doing their job that day! UPS then asked for pictures of the damage instead, so my sister emailed 12 pictures of the damage to the claims department to show the abuse on the box and the broken dishes. Apparently that wasn't good enough! UPS doesn't bother telling you when you're purchasing additional insurance, what the UPS requirements are if you're going to file a claim. They require many pictures, including a picture of the damaged items inside the box before removing them. Now who in the world would take pictures of the broken pieces in the box before removing the items first? Then they wanted additional pictures of all the wrapping & stuffing used in the box and their request list went on & on and did for almost 3 weeks in my case. It was never enough - there was no pleasing them! Then finally after 19 days, they told me that the damage wasn't their fault (even though the box was clearly trashed by them) and that my request for compensation had been denied. Anyway, just a heads up! Please do not waste your money on additional insurance! It means absolutely nothing and the time spent fighting them is just not worth it! I will never use UPS again!
UPS will take address change requests and wait until the day of the delivery date to process them causing delays. Once they do this they will lie multiple times as to why the package is delayed. Lied on the sender and said they submitted the address change on the day of (Sender's office is closed due to Rosh Hashanah), lied about a delivery attempt (arrived 3 hours after the alleged attempt), and finally lied about the receiver's name being incorrect(my name never once changed). Multiple lies continued after these major three but they finally gave a partial truth and said the address change was finally processed. Something that they are responsible for.
How this major company is still functioning and they are constantly lying about simple info, along with not delivering packages is absurd. Can't even blame the pandemic for this poorly operating organization.

This will be the third time, this month, that I have had a package scheduled to deliver and out for delivery. Only for it to be scheduled for another day, because UPS can't figure out how to deliver packages when they say they are going to deliver them. Businesses that use UPS over FedEx will get less of my business.
This is the worst courier service with a lying customer service centre and the worst tracking details. The delivery people do not even attempt to deliver at people's residence and they want all couriers to be collected at the depot. Luckily i saw the ups truck standing close to my residence, i knocked on the door and asked the delivery person to give my package which i was in follow up with them for above 14 days. If i had not done the needful, the deliver person would have escaped with the package. I am not sure but this can be further investigated if they have a true intent of delivering people's packages or they have an intent of keeping the packages for themselves.

I bough some clothing online the the parcel was sent trough UPS. They say was delivering on friday between 11:15 - 15:15... At 12 more or less it was a message on the taking details saying no access to the premises due to a missing code, like I'm living in private area... there is a bus stop just in front of my door, just one day before I've got an argos delivery, I'm getting deliveries from different delivery companies and no problem. Also there are passing luton vans and lorries passing by all day long... But the are not able to complete the delivery. At the end after one week calling them and making complaints I had to go from Acton to Kentish town to pick it up myself to the depot...
Now second round coming and seams the same problem... I had to get it delivery on friday last week and again same problem. But now I'm not able to go an pick it up myself and as is a heavy parcel, and I do not have car to go and pick it up myself. I don't know what do I'm going to do, as call them it does not change anything, is just a big waste of time and nerves.
If you don't get your mental health down trying to get your parcel delivered, avoid this company under any circumstances. I couldn't as was the seller who was choosing the delivery company, but I defenetly will contact those two sellers they sent me the parcel through UPS to let them know how is the no service they are not providing.
Prompted to review due to what I can only imagine is incompetence on UPS part. How does a company repeatedly inform you that you have a package arriving by a certain time (so you arrange to be home to foil the ubiquitous porch pirates) and then inform you at the 11th hour that your delivery is suddenly delayed THREE MORE DAYS? I call BS. It only took three days from the point of sale.
That said, my real beef is with the stupid, apparently Illiterate drivers who ignore a simple instruction (which I always put on the first line of "address") as to where to leave a package so it isn't advertised as being available to anybody who wants it; e.g.: "SIDE PORCH BEHIND CHAIR," to the majority of their rocket scientist drivers reads: "PROP UP AGAINST WELL-LIT FRONT DOOR". I live just outside a major city, within the city limits, in an area that is about as far a cry from a gated community as possible. I call it The Less Murdery Part Of Murderville." How do these geniuses miss that?

Literally the worst delivery service. UPS person came to my house to deliver the package at 2:00 but it needed a signature. Why would an adult be at home at 2:00 on a weekday? Of course no one was home so they kept the package. They are not going to try and deliver it again until FOUR DAYS LATER. I've already been waiting for a week and now the package is just sitting around somewhere at a UPS warehouse a few miles away. I was thinking that I could just go pick it up myself so that I didn't have to wait. Not only does it literally cost 12+ dollars to pick it up MYSELF I wouldn't even be able to pick it up until FOUR DAYS LATER. I know that my package is literally just sitting around somewhere so why can't I get it. I could just go find the truck thats driving around with it jesus christ. This is so complicated for no reason it should be that difficult. UPS sucks

I ordered expensive electronics from Costco and after being delayed 5 days already, they lost (most likely stolen) my package. Then when Costco replaced the item, it says it's been out for delivery all day and its currently 8:30pm. I've checked again and now it's gone back to "on the way". They don't even have a real person you can talk to when you call their customer service number, they tell me different things through email and instagram DM. I need this package for my small business and they've already cost me 2 weeks worth of sales. I've never had an issue like this with Canada Post, this has been the most frustrating experience, I'll never work with them again if I can help it. They are a SCAM of a company. I never write reviews like this, but I can't even begin to explain how much distress they've caused me!

I received package. I received the email pay import fee. So I tried to pay import fee through online what link they provide. But it didn't going through. So sep 8 th Thursday 2022 8.32 am I called customer service I paid what amount showed in the link. It shows in my visa. But I didn't receive any package delivery. The next day Friday also I didn't receive. So again I called customer service. They spoke sweetly and said today you will receive. Friday also I didn't receive. Saturday and Sunday holiday. Again Monday I called customer service. Again they spoke sweetly but nothing in action. They said today you will receive. But Monday and Tuesday no delivery none.in my house around security Camera shows nothing like delivery attempt. Again again i m getting repeated email pay import fee. Again again customer service I confirmed I paid import fee. I don't know what is going on. What they expect me to deliver the package. 4 timed I called customer service No one telling anything simply speak sweetly today you will receive. But I didn't receive any. May be they are expecting any bribe to delivery the package. I paid import fees and delivery fees. What else they need I don't know. People working in ups are all brainless people. In my life time I never face this type of problem. This is my first time involving with ups.

Let down repeatedly by a completely unreliable UPS (who used to be good?)
As a business customer shipping regular stock to Amazon FBA I have paid and arranged for UPS to collect and deliver several separate shipments over the past few months.
The collections were all paid for and confirmed by UPS but then UPS failed to collect each of three separate shipments on the arranged day with no notification given. I had to call their customer services the day after the shipment should have been collected and UPS then arranged to collect them the day after that. All were collected 2 days late.
Then the final straw - My last shipment was not collected at all despite calling UPS on three consecutive days! It remains uncollected and is now a week late! I raised it as formal complaint with UPS two days ago. UPS then promised that someone would call from the local depot to rectify the issue and collect the shipment. Nobody called and the shipment remains uncollected.
I have now given up.
UPS are 'partnered' with Amazon and I'm sure Amazon and more importantly the many other businesses that sell on Amazon and use UPS through Amazon are also not happy with the way they appear to be letting business customers down.
UPS have cost me time and money and are negatively affecting my business.
There are others complaining of similar issues so I am not alone.
I filed a UPS damage package claim resulting in discussions with 5 different UPS representatives resulting in no closure or reimbursement. The UPS process doesn't allow and/or has blocked the receipt of documents (photos, receipts, invoices, and etc.) via the online damage claim dashboard, email, USPS mail, and Fax even though I have a claim number and paperwork in hand from UPS. Two of the representatives confirmed the claim was approved but no closure, reimbursement, and/or return phone calls from the UPS Claims Department as promised. Remarkably, I even received a email as if the claim was completed or processed from a Joe Farrell, VP Customer Experience UPS, asking for completion of a survey on how my claims experience went. There is no silver lining in the UPS Claims process. It is nothing but smoke and mirrors. DO NOT SHIP WITH UPS.
Package was sent to the wrong state and took 3 days at least for them to correct it. 2nd time this has happened in the last week with a UPS shipment. Very hard to recommend using them... surely won't again.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
