So upset

My package was supposed to come on the 14th but when I checked the mail to get my parcel key my parcel was empty. So I called UPS and found out that my package was in New York! 2000 miles from where I live. So now I have to give my sister's birthday gift 10 days after her birthday.

First I didn't get my package because they needed signature in person and i couldn't sign it or anyone else because we have jobs. Then the driver left a paper saying signature in person required. After that i called and asked if i am able to get it without signing and the guy said you have to sign at least the back of the paper and leave it wherever the driver left the paper and i did it perfectly as i was told. And i was at work when they told me final attempt made and package wasn't delivered because it needed the signature. What a $#*!ty company with a $#*!ty driver. After all that i called and asked for pickup package then they gave me the address and i went there, unfortunately they were closed at 6pm with a sign outside says opens from 1pm fo 6 pm. Who tf opens 5 freaking hours. And the problem is that on the maps it says they close at 7. Where is your technology? Tou cant change your business hours no more or you so $#*!ing busy to do it. I think you need more than that, alot more, but that's enough for now, i hope not delivering any more packages for me through us (up $#*!)

It never fails; every time I have a package coming with perishable items (by next-day air), the package is scheduled for delivery between 9AM and 1PM; at 3:30PM, I receive an update that the package will only arrive before 7PM. Every freaking time the package is marked 'perishable" "refrigerate immediately upon arrival", the moron driver moves my delivery to the last on his route. It has to be on purpose. I honestly don't know why any businesses still use this disgrace of a company for shipping needs.

Never Again!

IF I COULD GIVE UPS A NEGITIVE 5, I WOULD! I ordered baking ingredients for my catering business and UPS lost my $600 package. Because the sender didn't give me the option to fully insure my package. As a buyer I am the one who had to eat the $600 loss. I'm a disabled woman in a wheelchair living on disability. Trying to make it by doing some side work to pay for my medical treatments. UPS didn't care. They refused to pay to order the product they lost. We spent hours on the phone waiting on hold just to finally get someone on the phone who I could hardly understand. The incompetence shown in this situation was stressful and I was so upset they cost me thousands that I could have made to pay for my medical care. UPS showed zero empathy for the situation. I was so frustrated that i began having minor seizures, and my fiancé had to take over the calls. A billion dollar company stole $600 from someone who lives on a measly disability check. They are ruthless and heartless, and I would NEVER ship through them again! There is a hot place in hell for heartless people like that. Because of their incompetence I can't afford my infusions and I will suffer pain from my health condition (RSD) the pain from my disease is the most painful condition known to man. My life literally depends on my infusions. Because of UPS, I won't be able to continue my treatments. The shipper is not willing to send me my order since it was not them that lost the package. I'm literally writing this looking through tears and in panic attacks since I know the intense suffering that is coming. I hate UPS for their heartless way they have handled this situation. I will NEVER ship UPS again! If you have anything your life depends on, I highly recommend that you use someone else!

Worst experience ever

I would like to describe my horrible experience with UPS Spain. One of the biggest problems with the Ups is impossibility to contact them. I didn't have any reply to my letters, the phone number from the website doesn't work, another one doesn't exist. The only way to know it — ask the customer's company. Usually "change the time of delivery" at the website of UPS doesn't work also, the time of delivery is the time when the people are working or studying. Two of the four of my deliveries were refunded to the customer's company because of incompetence of UPS's operators. I've asked them to deliver my package to the pickup point if they couldn't deliver my package at time when I'll be home, and after two days of silence I've called and was surprised that my package was refunded. The worst experience ever

Terrible!

Ordered an RTX 3090 off Amazon international and whilst the order arrived in the UK in less than a week, UPS delivering it was a terrible decision on Amazon's part. Had zero updates from UPS regarding delivery and found that my order had been left on my doorstep! Hopefully next time I order something from Amazon, they don't ship with UPS.

They lost my luggage and not helping
Another days passed and no helps from UPS. I cannot understand how a company can lose my luggage and fail to sort it out. It is now more than 10 weeks, yes 10 weeks I am chasing my luggage from UPS and their agent GoParcel and none of these incompetent companies can help. The only way to hurt these incompetent and worthless companies are to take legal action against them and boycott using them globally. They think they are too big to care for their customers. They take my money and don't give a toss as to what happens to my luggage. Crying out loud, you (UPS and GoParcel) have lost my luggage, compensate me. How hard it is? Don't just brush me aside by asking to go to your stupid Facebook and contact you. I did and nothing positive came out of it! You acknowledge that you have lost my luggage so why not just pay me back the money that you took (120 Euros) to deliver my luggage plus cost of my brand suitcase plus the cost of my personal belonging? This is unbelievable how arrogant you are not to respond to my emails and calls since mid August! UPS and GoParcel have not honor and integrity and do NOT care about customers. Just grab our money and forget about it! Shame on you BOTH!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

This is the most frustrating and least helpful customer service I have ever encountered! I received an email saying that they were unable to deliver my package because "no one was home". Both my husband and I were here all day and I was even outside working in the garden where I was visible!. The email said my package was being held for e at a UPS location but did not say where that location was. I tried calling the phone number for UPScustomer service but just got a recording that lead me round and round in circles without helping. Then I tried going on line. I paid $1 to join something called Howly which promised an expert to help me. I waited for a long time without any expert appearing and then noticed another number you could supposedly call for help. That lead to a person who told me they only dealt with billing issues. I didn't have a billing issue. I tried online again and was then asked to pay $1 to join Howly. - despite having already done so only minutes before! What a scam! I spent almost two hours simply trying to find where my package was being held and was unable to do so. I wish there was a way I could leave zero stars in this review because this customer service is really terrible!

Horrible service. My parcel during the day was out for delivery and arrived at the same carrier facility for several times. Unbelievable. It had to be delivered 3 days ago and now it is traveling withing the one facility.

Ordered goods from Sweden to be delivered in Switzerland within 5 days and paid ~65 USD for this service. The UPS tracker was delayed by more than 6 hours, the updates were incorrect and the estimated time of delivery turned out to be 4,5 days wrong... Calling UPS was even worse: The last person I spoke to was in a playground, was completely clueless and had no help whatsoever to offer!

This is the second day my package was not delivered! I have called and spoken to numerous representatives! Every time I get a delivery with UPS they never deliver to my address! I was told by a representative today that my package that should've been delivered yesterday would be delivered today!

I did not pay for delivery to go and pick up my own package! UPS delivers in my area daily so why every time I have a UPS delivery they never show! I'm tired of complaining and not getting my issue resolved!

Several representatives assured me that I would not have this issue again yet and still I constantly have this issue! Someone needs to contact me now! I hate this company because no one seems to be on one accord and you guys clearly make reassurances that you can not honor! Pissed is an understatement! This is ridiculous! No one should have to spend days trying to get a reason as to why their package is not being delivered!

Save your money

This company makes absolutely no attempts to deliver any packages. Their customer service numbers won't help you. Had one driver say he delivered something that was never delivered and now I have one that won't even attempt to deliver my package at all. I got told by their customer service number that he was clocking out for the day so they aren't going to do anything. This company is a money grab and trash.

HORRIBLE.

I paid for overnight shipping, 200$ actually EXTRA in fees to get an item to Dominican Republic OVERNIGHT. I was guaranteed it would get there. We are FIVE DAYS LATER, and still nothing. Customer service says someone will call back, do they ever? Nope. Do they know why my package delayed? Nope. Just a HORRIBLE service and they wont even refund me for the overnight shipping cost.

Two packages in a row were left at a "locker" - I have no locker. Their answering service literally will not put me through to anyone for help. When I try to file a cliam - the form rejects me and says it was delivered. HORRIBLE USE FEDEX!

Went to the local drop off store (Ace hardware in Burney, ca.) (17 miles, one way) clerk said that only his boss could give a recite as the system is password protected, what the $#*! boss did not tell clerk, IS THAT THE F--KING SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING, I waited for a f-kking hour for this guy, to find this out

UPS lost my car title, yet logged a time/date of delivery. I have a home video and delivery did not occur. Claims and "support" all exist online only. They allegedly tried to locate the package containing the title and couldn't. End of story. End of claim. No compensation, no apology, no communication, no responsibility taken.
They charged the car dealer I purchased from over $50 to overnight the title, then said they delivered it 5 days later, yet they have no idea where it really went. Again, WORTHLESS and IRRESPONSIBLE.

No delays, just poor customer service

I wasted a full day waiting on a package that was supposed to belivered on a Tuesday containing important focuments and a check. The package never showed, when tracked it showed no delays and won't be delivered til Thursdsy. And when talking with the rep who had no answers but sorry and you can call back and maybe get a refund. That doesn't help with the fees I was charged, the fees I'll will be charged or the lack of my documents needed for a process that takes 6 to 8 weeks to get done. That now has to be started over. So paying for a guaranteed ship date is a joke with this company... pay the extra and use Fed EX or the USPS... if you really need your package to arrive on time as UPS apparently cannot hold up their end of what they promise.

Complete failure

Amateurish and failed. Expected delivery on a Friday so stayed at home near front door, but got a 'failed delivery' email, although the driver had clearly not been to my house. Spoke to UPS customer service who twice promised that the local depot would contact me to explain and/or resolve the issue, but neither call happened. On the Monday I stayed at home again expecting a reattempt at delivery, and got a 'delivered' email although no package had been delivered to my house. To make matters worse, UPS would not tell me where the package had been delivered. Thankfully a neighbour suggested a street halfway across town with a similar name, which was in fact where the parcel had been left. A complete failure in every aspect.
