Ups is the worst company I ever had to experience. This is not the first incident where they claimed they delivered a package and it's missing. I spoke to customer service and they told me dispatcher would reach out to me and to be on the lookout for a call. But nothing. Very terrible company. I don't know when some businesses still use them.

Take UPS seven days holding onto my package to still deliver it to the wrong place and the supervisor was so unprofessional and rude and promised me it will be delivered to my home the next day but sent it to one of the UPS outlet. Please don't use UPS for deliveries I think FedEx does a better job

We received notice of delivery early in the morning one day. Note UPS is never in our neighborhood at that time. We couldn't find our package anywhere. We checked our security cameras and saw that not only was there no delivery but UPS has not even driven by. Called customer service and couldn't get a live person. Automated service just hung up after telling us to go on line. Tried filing a claim on line it tells us to call customer service. Repeat. Tried calling the local hub. They said file claim on line and promised to talk to the driver. They called next day and said driver dropped off package and good luck finding it. Cameras still showed no delivery still can't get through to customer service. I don't know how they stay in business. We would give no stars if we could.

I wish I could give a minus because that is what they deserve. I have spent numerous hours trying to resolve a delivery and billing issue. I have been promised over 6 call backs by end of day and NOT once have they done as promised! I will not be using UPS again as their lack of customer care seems to be routine of late. Today while speaking with a rep and hoping resolution has been achieved she transfers me to the automated billing department in which I had to start over again. UPS you honestly are the WORST!

I have tried to use them on multiple occasion and suffered continuous frustration. Just recently I tried to ship a bike from one shop to another. I followed online directions to the T. They would not ship the label to the shipper or me. Tried contacting the phone 1-800 phone number in mid-day: no answer. When I finally got a hold of somebody early in the AM, I had difficulty understanding them since they were obviously not located in this country. I then went to a local UPS office, who refused to help me. I had to cancel my order. I then went to Bike Flights who readily answered my questions. The online process went very smooth. The pickup and delivery will still be with UPS which worries me.

I had to refuse a big AC/heating window unit I no longer could buy due to a financial crisis. So, Sat. Oct 29th I caught the UPS guy unloading the big AC on my front porch. I told him I was refusing it and apologized for the inconvinience. He said that was okay and took the AC back to his truck and drove off! Simple right? WRONG! The next day I came home to find the same AC back in my drive way! I immediately(Oct 31st) called UPS's 800 # and they saw on their computer screen where the driver put that I had refused it and that they would pick it back up... Well I called again on Oct 1st because they still hadn't picked it up! And I told them this $1,000.00 AC was still sitting outside and that I just had shoulder surgury and couldn't move it and wouldn't be responsible for it if it were stolen! Oct 2nd I called again and left another nasty message! Oct 3rd I called again and told them what they had done! It's amazing how dishonest this company is. And the cool thing for Justice and Karma is I just started an online business and will be shipping a ton of big boxes and they will NOT be shipping any of my boxes unless I get in a serious jam. I will go with FED-EX all the way. UPS blew it. Besides there is only one thing that I can think of when I hear the words "Big Brown"...

UPS horrible

Lost 2 packages within 1 week… worth $3616 combined… their insurance is a scam. Loooong story… getting claim filed is impossible… do yourself a favor and get your general state attorney involved. They don't communicate, say they will email within hrs… day later still no email… all claims dept personnel are Middle East, Hispanics etc and barely speak English. Their virtual customer service WILL NOT ALLOW YOU to reach an agent…. Their whole business is designed to shove/push/punt/ignore you till you just give up. Meanwhile this Union business owner/CEO nets 14,000,000 annually. Remember! Their insurance policy IS A SCAM… they know they won't pay it… you pay for it, they pocket it as a tip, you lose. Since this episode, I left them and use FEDEX solely, I have pulled 3 other UPS customers from UPS to FEDEX along with me.

UPS LOST my PACKAGE and BLAMED ME for it. I called UPS because there were no tracking details online on 11/3 for a package with an expected delivery of 11/4. I called back on 11/4 and was told that my Package was lost in transit and an investigation was started. I checked with my local UPS and the store account owner told me I should have not called UPS and that it was my fault the package was not going to be delivered - he stated that because of me calling and UPS starting an investigation to locate the package, "the package will get there, when it gets there". Terrible customer service - Would NOT Recommend.

I have been going back-and-forth with customer service for 3 days now regarding them stating that I should have have my Package delivered at the access point. I went to this Access point location where I've I seen the driver drop off all the items and my package was not delivered. Then they stated it'll come Tomorrow and now yet again they stated the same thing that it will come back tomorrow again. My. My package was supposed to be delivered several days ago. The driver never knocked at the door And I feel like this has been the worst experience ever when it comes to a delivery company. 0 stars for this company. I hope Amazon and fedex shut you guys down Because your company is horrible and is trash

Always Stolen packages

Half of my packages goes stolen with UPS. I love fedex. Do your self a favor and do not use UPS. I have reported this a few times but it seems like the company is not doing anything about it

These people will deliberately hold your shipment and start asking for brokerage fees. When they look at your package. They will ask for things that does not make sense to hold your package and ask you for brokerage fees.

Terrible customer service. Have called 4 times this week. Promised returned phone call every time. But of course no one ever calls you back. Case has been updated to the top level. Still no call. The box is only up the road from me but they haven't the brains to put the correct delivery address sticker on it and deliver it.

We shipped a package to our customer in Aus. The package was meant to be delivered on 31/10 latest, UPS advised us that there was some delays and it would land 01/11.01/11 comes and still nothing. Tracking does not update and each person tells you a new story. John in customer service seems to know what's going on but his colleagues call him a liar and don't seem to have access to the same screen john has access to. Johns managers even don't know what John is on about... Seems like john like to mislead customers! They now say the package was lost and then found but no movement or info showing on tracking with last scan being 27/10 in Germany! They now tell us to take it up with UPS Germany as they UPS Australia are not the same company. They take no ownership over there own mistakes and false information and pass you back and fourth between country's and reps. I for one have had enough of UPS BS and will be making as much noise as its needed to get the package found and delivered, After all john said he sees its about to depart and land in Aus on 01/11 - 02/11latest. Wonder what special system John has that no one else in UPS can see! Will be emailing HQ and every investor to see why no one else but john can use this system!

First review lost my package, second review was the huge delays because they have no network,. This review, they send someone who can barely speak English, so family can't understand anything and now it has to be picked up. If I could keep any of my packages from being touched by UPS I would.

BAD! Zero stars!

Today I took the whole day off to wait for a package that was to be delivered today between 11-15. When the clock struck 15, the status of the package went from "out for delivery" to "on the way". Now they announce that it will arrive tomorrow instead.
Damn what a bad company!

Stop Using UPS
October 27, 2022

Stop using UPS. Earlier this month I was harassed by a UPS driver on the road. As I drove at the speed limit toward my home, he flew up the road behind me well over the limit. He then began tailgating me at a very unsafe distance. When I slowed behind a turning car in front of me, he attempted to pass us by driving on the shoulder but did not have enough room. That led to him blasting his horn at me. He then continued tailgating me until I turned on my directional indicating a turn into my driveway. He then crossed a double-solid line to pass me illegally on the left, nearly side-swiping my car. I decided to follow him to get his license but was unable to catch him even though I was driving 10 miles over this speed limit of 25 mph because he was driving so fast. Luckily, I caught up with him at a traffic light and got his license plate number. I approached his truck and told him I was filing a complaint against him. He bragged, "You won't be the first or the last." That's how confident he was he would not be held accountable for his reckless driving. He was right. I immediately filed a complaint through the UPS website. Within a day I received a message stating, "Thank you for contacting UPS back, I have successfully sent an urgent message to the UPS center, and we can take action as soon as possible for this inconvenience. I see you will be contacted by the UPS center via email for additional action, and commitments related to this incident." Since then, I have heard nothing. Repeated emails have also been ignored. Now I am seeing ads encouraging people to become "Hero UPS Drivers." UPS clearly cares more about cowering to their union and drivers than they do about public safety and customer complaints. Boycott UPS. Use DHL, FedEx or the USPS. Do not do business with this company.
