Purolator charged $75 to broker my $200 shipment into Canada, after I paid $60 shipping. My actual customs fee was $25 and their fee brought customs payments to over $100. I was not on the ball to have my usual broker (Summit Customs Brokers) bring my shipment across the border. The customs payment itself should have been 6%, so on top of charging a ridiculous fee, they didn't even get my good's category right, and I overpaid on my customs bill. I will never make this mistake again.
UPS claims they delivered a package to my front porch on 6:41 on 30 Dec 22. I showed proof from my security camera (Arlo) no one was present at that time. Sadly, they refused to accept my evidence. Worthless claim process even if you can demonstrate they did not make the delivery. I signed the form by the investigating officer that they did not make the delivery and shared my evidence. Worthless. I'm out the money for the package as the sending company - KMTools will not honor my evidence. Tough/ costly lesson on both UPS and KMTools.
9 out of 10 times I've had packages delivered by UPS they don't deliver it when scheduled. Even when it says it's out for delivery. Today's delivery said the business was closed when they attempted to leave it. There's no business within 20 miles of my house. I stayed home all day waiting for this delivery for nothing! Now I have to wait until Monday. My time doesn't seem to be valuable to them. I never thought I'd say USPS would do a better job than UPS but, the day has finally come. The post office does a better job than UPS! From now on I'm going yo ask vendors to not ship UPS.
Very poor handling of logistics with Fiji Agent (Express Freight Management) as worst contributors, hardly provide any response to follow up and takes weeks to get the shipment delivered. The three keywords to match the business acumen would be unprofessional, unreliable and poorest handler.
The shipment left China on 12th December and a month later, still not reached its destination by Airfreight. It sat in Australia from 28th December to 09th January on the excuse of unavailable flights whereas Australia to Fiji is a regular destination..
Once again package was thrown on the ground by the road for anyone to take. I live about 50 yards from the road so it is easy for anyone to take my packages. Have had packages taken 3 times because they didn't deliver them. Called customer service and was told it's not their problem that they were stolen. To call police. These packages are medicine that keeps me or my mom alive. Without the meds either one of us can die. UPS doesn't care if I die. Just about their money. They should be shut down until they do the job they are paid to do.

Constant delays in delivery wayyy past the original delivery date. Constant updates of unclear weather in my area when it's completely clear out. No weather issues at all. Paid extra for express, only for them to change it to standard and keep the money without a word. No way would I ever say UPS does a good job.
I want to say that those who deliver UPS mail are fools who work with Navigator to deliver Parcels and ALWAYS in my case they leave my packages in the wrong house. PLEASE put more qualified people to do this job.
I ordered a part and paid the company, and also paid for shipping by ups. The package showed up and I was not home. So they left a note saying I have to pay another 90 dollars... Now they won't answer my questions or calls. I've tried the tracking and tried the toll-free number, no one will talk to me. If there was a 0 star, I would pick it. So take the one star rating as a gift!

Their drivers consistently drive by our shop claiming we are closed. Have to have them dispatched to come back. They com back about 1 out of every 9 or 10 times.

Okay my dad is sick and tired he is he ordered his direct Express card paid for it to get delivered to his house but the woman driver does not like delivering down our driveway she leaves it in a neighbor's rose bush and don't even know how long it's been there this is getting ridiculous you need to talk to your coworkers about this crap you are paid to do your job I don't care if you like the driveway or not deliver it enjoy the site scene. Next time you guys leave government mail and a bush we will be suing you guys just so you guys know that woman driver needs to be known and fired. This is now at least the 10th time the neighbor at the end of the driveway had to bring me my mail from you guys
3 times now ups shows delivering a package to my porch. I live in the country so they deliver to my gate. In the end they claim they couldn't find address so they deliver to someone with same name in a different town and county. FedEx and Amazon have no problem finding it.
Waited for my package to be delivered yesterday and it never came. Today I was told bad weather was the reason and it would be to me soon.
That was at 6:27pm. At 8:30 I called back and was told it's coming by 9pm. Well at 9:04pm I called and was told they attempted to deliver at 9:04pm! How?

For the 2nd time in a month UPS driver did not bother to deliver package to my place.
Instead of delivering UPS send me email saying I wasn't at home and I have to puck up parcel at UPS facility.

The fact I even have to give one star is beyond infuriating. What a disaster of a company this is. Your customer support is in a complete other country that has ZERO vision on what is actually taking place. Your systems don't communicate correct information and leave customers chasing packages that aren't even in the state. When you're guaranteed by customer service that your package is ready for pickup, then your show up to pick up said package and are informed "Oh yeah, customer service is in Guatemala and have no idea where package actually are", THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM! Get your crap together! It's no wonder nobody wants to use your service.
Ordered a package from Costco. Supposed to arrive 8 days later. Never happened. Phoned UPS and Costco. Was told package would be delivered to shipping address as I requested (not access point), within 24-48 hrs. I waited an extra day and phoned both again. Was told by UPS it would be delivered by the end of the day. Costco phoned and were told it was going to be delivered to an access point. I have an email from UPS saying they would ship it to street address I initially requested. I think UPS Does Not want to ship to street addresses. Costco cancelled the first order and is trying again. I told Costco if they continue to use UPS, I will no longer order anything online.
Theyre pretty slow mentally and physically. They seem lost and the address is very straightforward. Idk if I'll ever get what I bought and paid for.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
