Packages guaranteed late every time. I haven't received a package on time in years and boxes come in smashed up. Completely unreliable and customer service is the worst. I don't know why any companies use this company. It really should not exist.
UPS is so horrible there has been 3 weather delay reports for my package when we only had one bad weather day here in Texas every time I speak with someone they telling stuff I already know and can see for myself on the app so having a customer service center is very irrelevant … Had it not been for Verizon I wouldn't dare deal with UPS if I known Verizon uses this company for delivery I would have never gotten it delivered if you guys or out of workers or short on work you guys should figure that out … if it where up to me I'd have you guys completely shut down there's no use for UPS when there's FedEx and Amazon just horrible I'll be leaning bad reviews until Monday
I have been trying to get a refund for overnight shipping for over 2 hours now. Nobody will answer the phone and they keep transferring you around and around. They literally have NO IDEA how to help!
With in the last 4 months now almost all my packages have been delivered late, and damaged. I live 30 minutes away from casper and I will see on the day I'm suppose to receive my package, that it is out for delivery. I wait and wait and wait just to get notified arround 10 pm that it won't show. Than the next day it's sually the same darn thing. Than I get told its due to weather conditions but I have seen them out and about in my area the same day it's supposed to be delivered in the first place.
Drivers are rude and disrespectful, customer care does not care about resolving issues, and lie about the information they tell you and lie about the information they are typing into your file about rectifying an issue with their service. They say we understand your concerns and pretend to type this info into your file. I know this because when I call back there is no record of my complaint. This has happened 3 times. Terrible service
I was due to receive 2 packages from UPS. I paid for next day air on both, I received one in time and the other seems to be in limbo. It made it to Kentucky where their driver … and I quote "forgot to put it on his truck" causing my initial delay. I was on the phone with them 6 TIMES to be told it is being delivered today and they can guarantee the delivery BUT NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT ACTUALLY IS. The last scan was 9 hours ago. Customer service is very poor, packages are not handled with any iota of care. If I could put 0 stars I would.
My order from a vendor was shipped signature required. The driver tried to deliver it while I am at work. Call UPS (They will only give you 1 number and claim the are not able to give out the other number) and they gave me the run around. UPS sent me a email stating they will attempt another delivery between 12:45 and 3:45...Them dumb a$$ tried to deliver it at 11:40. I am beyond piss! Then they have a nerve to make excuses for the driver...The number *******877 is worthless is useless!
They lost my package then said I didn't have evidence it was picked up... which I did... They close the claim and you can't contact anyone about it. That's a crap way to treat a customer.

UPS has disappointed me one too many times. I got up very early in the morning so I can ship a very small box (size of a book), I was there when they opened at 8:30 AM in San Antonio TX and shipped the box... well these clowns waited until the end of the day at 6 PM to ship the box from the store. Then it went to Arlington TX, where it sat for another 3 days! All in all it is going to take almost an entire week to ship the small box to Vista California. I tried using their online chat help, well, its no help at all! So I called "customer service", and they told me that UPS Ground shipping should not be trusted because "it's NOT guaranteed"! So I wasted my money using their services its what it amounts to. That's FREAKIN' insane! UPS SUCKS! Using US Postal Services next time.
If you schedule a pick up be aware that they won't honor it. And that it doens't matter how many time you call to figure out when you need to be there for the pick up. They'll show up anywhere between 8am and 7pm. I don't know how many people that can be possible for but I typically prefer USPS or to go through postal Annex but this confirmed that i will never do business through UPS. So much unnecessary trouble and the people I've spoken to have given different information and the last one was just downright condescending. I scheduled 2 pick ups. Both of which were confirmed only to have the final person tell me scheduling essentially does nothing.
Whenever I have tried to receive my packages I have to drive an hour because their customer support is Horrible!
My address is clear in front of my house. The ups driver dropped off a package to my neighbor. I think his home was full of cars and he didn't want to take the time to deliver it so he knocks on the door and drops off the package runs off on his van and leaves. I delivered the pkg to my neighbor
We order cases of water from Amazon every month and UPS delivers them. Now they are heavy however, on the box it says heavy handle with care. The one I got delivered yesterday on my front porch with smashed all over the box. It damage some of the water containers and this is not the first time it's happened. This is about the fourth time it's happened so that's why I'm giving your poor review. Usually they take a picture of the delivery once it's delivered and I get a picture from UPS this time because the box was so damaged. I guess I didn't want to take a picture of it.

I had a package I needed today. When I called because the driver didn't read the delivery instructions and delivered to the front door instead of the back per instructions. The customer service rep said I will make sure you get it tonight. When I called back an hour later they informed me the driver was in for the night and there was nothing they could do. UPS IS THE WORST I WOULD LNT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Customer service is trash...the drivers are trash...they are only.good at giving the run around

Tracking is never updated, so your sitting home all day waiting. Sometimes they'll leave the package or take it back, now you have to wait another whole day. You can not speak to anyone till you give the tracking number, unfortunately the automated service does not understand English and hangs up. The actual ups place have horrible attitudes. Fedex should be the only delivery service.
UPS IS LETTING STRANGERS OR EMPLOYEES GO THROUGH YOUR PACKAGES OPEN AND THEN RETAPED THEM. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THERE DOING TO THEM. SO IF THEY DAMAGED DON'T ACCEPT GET A REFUND AND ORDER FROM AMAZON. IT'S ASHAMED A COMPANY LIKE THIS CAN'T CONTROL WHAT GOES ON IN THERE OWN TRUCKS...
Horrible service! If I could put zero I would like to do this. My package should have been delivered on January 17. It contains my nail supplies, I'm nailtech. On January 16 I called the customer support to make sure that delivery address is correct and my package gonna be delivered in time. Thay told me that everything is OK and I'll receive my package on January 17 by end of the day. It wasn't delivered in this day, and I called them next day. They told me "your package is out for delivery today". I called again at 6:30 and they told me the same. And next day the same. So on January 19 in at 6 I called again. They was trying to tell the same, but I get that it's a lies. Than they told me to make a claim and my package will be found and delivered urgently. I made this claim and on January 20 they told me that it wasn't true and I have to wait 8 days to the investigation. I was very angry. But I asked if I can cancel this claim. They told me that better for me is just wait. And then I just asked "did you lost this package?" And only then they told me "yes". I asked "why did you lie to me 3 days?!" And they didn't answer anything that makes sense. As a result I have a lot of clients canceled and a lot of money lost. In this package I have expensive supplies. I really hope that they will find it. But I'll never recommend this service. If you have some choice - choose another one.
If you have a problem with ups - you will NEVER be able to speak to real person in customer service! They have automated system that is terrible! Don't use their service ever!

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
