Poor customer service

Missed delivery, tag on door, UPS access point is down the street and I can't get my package til tomorrow? Called customer service and the guy talked over me the whole time. Redelivery could take up to 48 hours. That's unacceptable. Just because they're Unionized doesn't mean they can treat people less than. I can't even select a time frame, so I can be home for delivery. Access points should be available on the same day, NOT next day

Worst Service

This is the worst delivery company that I have ever used. The charges are quite high, I was charged about $80 Canadian for brokage fee. My package was $71 US and I paid $40 US for delivery, my package I was only 100 grams only which could easily be posted in the mail.

Holy moly

Unbelievable!

I paid 50€ for fast delivery. The driver said I was not at home 2 times (both times stayed at home) and the lady on the phone is useless.

UPS is simply the worst shipping provider ever. I want my money back!

It's a no-star for me

If I could give it a no-star, I'd do it but because there is no option, sadly I have to pick 1 star.
UPS really needs to make it possible for customers to be able to pick up their package the same day if they are not willing to re-deliver. Customers expediting their packages just to have to pick it up the next business day- what if it's saturday? That package won't be delivered to a ups site til Monday and that's hella inconvenient. Ridiculous.

If I could pick it up the same day of the initial delivery date, I wouldn't even care to write this review but this has happened waaaaay too many times.

UPS come up with a better system.

I ordered a package the other day that I needed in a very timely manner and they only use UPS and of course it was supposed to be delivered today in the last second UPS changed the delivery day for 4 days later. So now the company that I ordered from has lost a customer because they're so unreliable.(on top of it the tracking says that my package is 15 minutes from my house)

LOST MY PACKAGE TWICE

Lost my package twice and still not delivering it twice it the same week and with the same stuff really bad customer service hangs up on your face and don't give you the answers you need.

One star to much

My local UPS guys are good but when I get a bill for service I didn't recieve I'm not happy.
I recieved two identical charges on the same day 11 months ago and even though UPS support says they dont know what the charges are for they can't help because it was 11 months ago. I didn't see the charges until doing my taxes now. I don't have a UPS account or have I used them other than returning Amazon. I checked all my transactions the there was nothing of mine even close to the date of the charges, two identical makes me suspecioius anyway. So I'm left the let a company just charge me free of any penalty? I think not. I'll let you know what happens. I asking to talk to superiors, told not available, I did get a case number. I'm going to my credit card company next.

UPS THE BROKRAGE SCAM

As you will soon learn I am a very dissatisfied customer of u p s. I spent numerous days trying to do what is my legal right a self Clearance Under canadian border services Agency. High requested from u p s the proper paid for work in order to do so. This was on tuesday of the week it took me until thursday before they got to the emails to me. I spent numerous hours Contacting u p s by phone even being left on hold for forty minutes at a time when I finally would just hang up. Their constant Insistence by their emails that you pay your bill by demand And that Constant nag message appearing in your inbox. Well this led me to worry because it seems to me that this lucrative way of doing business Buy u p s Is definitely something they wish to protect. It seems strange that they had control of my package from the time and entered canada and passed my package to a person who was not me. Was payback for my insistence that they provide me with the information to self clear at the canadian border services agency i'm not paid they're extortion rates of The brokerage fi they charge just because they're there and can pick up your package. Once I finally was sent the email so that I could self clear in one aspect it was too late because the driver was supposed already dropped my package off at one thirty in the afternoon to five thirty. It was told to me in the email that the reason why I didn't get the email was the package was not in canada yet but for some reason they seem to be able to know the g s t the import duties and their brother's fee but yet could couldn't provide me with that in for me. It seems for punishment that i'm receiving that this is why they handed off my package to someone that was not me even though there were fees to be paid. From my understanding it sounds like they handed the package off to the person for free and it was not even my address nor me nor did they even ask for any I d. Horrible

I'd use mule service before UPS, first time I used them for a expensive package, they lost it at the lovely San Pablo CA. Hub. They closed out my claim a 1/2 hour after starting it, they ARE super fast for telling you "Its gone forever".

The absolute worst!

UPS in my opinion is the absolute worst shipping company out there. I would rather drive across the country and p/u my own package as to entrust this horrible company to get something right. I understand things happen in the shipping world, but filing a claim and getting factual answers is nearly impossible. Had high value package that I shipped directly to a UPS store that had been pilfered through and the contents stolen within UPS's system, and when I showed up to retrieve my package it was clearly open. The camera footage showed it was delivered that way, but no one is held accountable, and UPS did absolutely nothing. The perks of being an employee must be great with all the free stuff they get. Now, I ordered some tires off of Amazon, and the one tire that was assigned to UPS for whatever reason is "lost in the system". From now on, if I order something and UPS is the carrier, I will cancel my order and look elsewhere, or just go without whatever that item is. My honest review would include a lot of profanity, so I am being as polite as I can while trying to encourage anyone and everyone to veto this crooked and lazy company. They have made enough money over the years to prefect their system, but choose to keep letting their customers down b/c they have made their claims process so difficult that most people just give up. Take a stand and choose another carrier.

UPS...stands for, U Purely Suck!

Took 14 calls to customer service to get my package delivered. Worst part was every time I called Customer Services, I was assured the package would be delivered "Guaranteed", the next working day - it wasn't! Finally I was told the package was actually on the van and would be delivered in the next few hours only to find out (after another two calls to Customer Services) that it was not on the van and I had wasted yet another day's leave waiting in for nothing.

If you can avoid them, never use UPS - there are many more reliable delivery services!

Terrible service. Don't even bother to ask to speak to a supervisor because they couldn't be bothered. Has been 3 weeks of me calling to get my package delivered on a 3 day guaranteed delivery!

The 1-800 number gives terrible information that is not accurate. Nobody speaks fluent English. And the estimated times of delivery are NOT accurate at all. Will never process a package through UPS again

My husband dropped off an Amazon return item at UPS drop off box at noon at Crozet, Virginia on Jan 26,2023. Two days later we found out my account did not have an update, so I called UPS and provided the tracking number on the return slip, the representative said because this is Amazon return item you need to call Amazon. We called Amazon customer service and we were told the item appeared not returned and we need to provide return receipt for a refund. Of course, the UPS drop off box would not have a receipt for a drop off item. Now it is over 10 days, the item was never showed to be picked up. Apparently the item was either lost or stolen. UPS continued to refuse to open an investigation.

My terrible experience -

I always thought UPS offered a better delivery service than the US Post Office, wrong. I've been so disappointed with the last two packages I sent. One arrived smashed and one never arrived. I sent them both from the Lakeland, FL. UPS store #3307. A package containing many of my father's personal belongings. I sent them to myself in Green Bay, WI, so I wouldn't have to airfreight them home. Trying to collect insurance from the Lakeland UPS store is a nightmare. They never answer the phone or call you back. I will never use UPS again. Carol B. Tomé, do you even give a crap about running a crap company?

Thieves!

UPS has stolen too many of my deliveries—you have been warned. Most recently, the Driver has pulled up in front of my house twice, looked through the truck for approximately five minutes and pulled off. Each time, my delivery status changed. This has happened before and the package is never received. Reported previous issue to UPS and they blow you off. Be warned!

Been trying to receive a package for a week now. It requires a signature. The first time UPS tried to leave, no one was home. They left a slip to sign so it could be left at their next delivery attempt. I signed, and they still did not leave the package at the second attempt. After the first failed delivery, I had also went onto My Choice and said to deliver with a neighbor across the street (this option was offered on their website). At the second delivery attempt, not only did they not leave my package, but they didn't attempt to deliver to the neighbor either.

Terrible

Very upset, I completely understand that there was a one day weather delay, but I NEEDED this car part and instead got a two week delay. Very dissatisfied. I called Saturday morning at 7:15am and 8am and asked if I can pick up my package myself but I was told that it would be delivered Saturday evening for sure. I was very upset when I called at 7pm and was told that it's back at the warehouse and I can't pick it up because the next day is Sunday and they're closed. So now because of that I had to cancel a trip and it got in the way of work I'm overall extremely upset and will not use UPS anymore.
