Delivery

I don't appreciate my packages being left by my mailbox that's right by the road. We have a porch we're packages can be out of the weather and no chances of being stolen. Our driveway is easy to turn around in and doesn't take long. Please have respect for others. If you don't care about your job and about delivering packages safely then get another job. Thank you!

Two product samples sent to TN and lost in a warehouse. Sale gone.
One sample sent to Costco, TX. Blocked by UPS processors citing paperwork that was provided and completed in the same way it was provided in the past. Sale gone.
I will never use UPS again. Go to DHL or FedEx.

Damaged package

I have been dealing with a claim now for over 5 weeks. And still no resolution. I have been lied to ignored laughed at and bullied. I have been told someone will contact me to schedule a time for inspection and nobody contacts me. I have been told my claim has been dismissed because a $925 charge for repacking a package was declined when the package was on its return to me. The same package had already been sent to Ohio for $97. With same contents to be returned to same address they wanted over $900. The only reason claim denied was for declining that c harge. Somehow the claim is reopened. And for the 4 time i have sent more pictures. Ever time i call im told different information. The employees i speak with can t be understood. This is ridiculous and ups should be a embarrassed i just can not believe anyone would be treated in this manner. I have never done a ratting before on anything in my life. Please contact me *******587 *******@aol.com here is tracking # 1za4x*******518 i was given this # to call that dose not work *******130 and an email address that i was told to contact and i dont get a response back from but at the moment i donot have that with me. The damage i also feel was on purpose and i get bullied and lied to at the same time im out thousands. I want a real supervisor to hear me out please. At this time i am staying away from driver but that is only untill i lose my cool. CONTACT ME PLEASE!

Drivers don't even attempt delivery

For the most part I have had excellent experiences with UPS. I have had dozens and dozens of packages shipped overnight express from the same sender to me for 3 years now. However, I've had to take issue with my shipments recently, which are always the extremely urgent overnight envelopes. The driver didn't even come into our building or call so they could deliver it to my apartment, where I am always present since we work from home. They just stuck a pickup notice at the front entrance to the building and my online tracking said that they tried to make contact but no one was home, which was a lie. So that meant I had to take $25 round trip uber ride to the UPS store because the driver couldn't have been bothered to call me or take an elevator up to drop off the envelope.

And then today, it was getting to be 5:30pm and they still hadn't shown up so I called customer service who GUARANTEED me multiple times that it would be delivered before end of day. Then later I received another bogus update saying "We missed you. We are taking your package to a local UPS Access Point next business day for customer pickup.". AGAIN, this time I waited in the lobby for the guy to show up but simply nobody came by. So, they didn't "miss me" again, they never even showed up and now they're dropping it off at a UPS Store again where I have to spend another $25 and 45 minutes off of work to go pick up my package. And it warrants mentioning again that these were both extremely urgent overnight shipping options, but these drivers made it take as long as possible and that should be absolutely intolerable in a business with a global giant like UPS.

I spoke to customer service the morning after it wasn't delivered and he told me that I had to pick it up from the UPS store because the driver "had already made a delivery attempt and so he would have to change his route and delay the package by ANOTHER day!

Somehow they can it from British Columbia to Kitchener overnight, but it takes two days to make it the last 15 minute drive.

I had a parcel which included artwork(reportedly unrecoverable) destroyed in a fire while on UPS custody. I have had no corporate contact when I inquired of the negligence in one of their transfer centers in OK. I spent three weeks requesting information and pictures of the fire—and over 12 hours of phone contact trying to resolve issues of reimbursement and explanation. I have used UPS Stores throughout US and have the greatest respect for them, but they could not provide me with any details or contact info for corporate offices. Suspiciously, I am concerned that this was total negligence on UPS's part and could be a class action law suit if the total number of packages were known and if there were no preventative measures to prevent a fire in their warehouse. I also have never received a simple "I'm sorry for your loss" from any UPS personnel. My parcel contained two drawings by one of the most sought after artists in the world— resulting in a loss for the art world. I have had to use same UPS store again and they refused to prioritize my parcel and guarantee a safe delivery knowing of this situation. So unprofessional and non-transparent. Customer service has no regard for customer property or resolving negligent acts. No pictures are attached as UPS REFUSED TO FORWARD ANY TO CLIENT. I CANNOT PROVIDE INVOICE BECAUSE OF PRIVACY ISSUES CONCERNING COPYRIGHT LAWS (artwork)

UPS Is Failing

We recently gave up on ever using FedEx again so shipped a package with UPS. It was next day air from Maine to the D.C. Area and the cost was $260. My wife watched a local UPS store clerk print a label at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th of February for delivery the next morning before 8:00 a.m. We did tracking with UPS and learned their system says the label was created at 5:03 p.m. on the 27th of February, okay no big deal about the time difference but the comment "UPS has not received the package yet" was a mystery. The UPS Store had it since 10:00 a.m. But here is the kicker, UPS tracking says the package did not have an "origin scan" until 5:48 p.m. on the 28th of February. UPS cannot account for why there is a 24 hour delay or why the package is still in Maine 10 hours after it was supposed to arrive at 8:00 a.m. in D.C. We had to request UPS return the package from one Maine location to the store in Maine where it was dropped off because I was going to be on an airplane returning to Maine on the 1st of March. It took over a day for UPS to get this package back to the store that was 30 minutes away. I had to go pick it up. And as this is written UPS is not returning our $260 so we will likely be seeking recourse through alternate channels.

So a really sad conclusion, at least for Maine, most of the proficient drivers at FedEx and UPS appear to have left these companies and are now working for Uber, Amazon, or somewhere else. Rapid package delivery is something Amazon can do but we have a lot of bad experience that says UPS and FedEx can no longer be counted on for results. Please visit your local post office for service that costs less.

Lousy service

I ordered something from Amazon and UPS stated they attempted delivery twice when in fact that is an outright lie. I was home all day both days. Never using UPS again.

Worst service ever

From now on, if the product works only with ups, I will simply not purchase the product. The amount of nerves spent are not worth it. Will strongly recommend not to use it to anyone I meet. I had people lie to me, not return calls, mislead, the delivery to my home was simply not attempted, online updates were not updated, still don't have my package and don't know where it is. Have lots of friends who experienced same issues. Hope UPS run out of business soon so better services that deserve being used get more chances in the industry. If you considering using UPS, don't.

Poor company

I wish everybody would learn not to use UPS and tell your places to switch over to fedex because UPS is slow at delivering people's products and here I'll wait for a package for delivery today and they decided that they're not going to deliver packages only when somebody signs form and I'm not gonna be sitting here waiting for them all day to cancel my plan so they need to start delivering my packages. That's pretty bad when UPS doesn't do their job and deliver the packages like what they're paid to do

Still in business?

After recent interactions with UPS as a 3rd party delivery service on some Amazon orders I've had miserable service from very late delivery, claims that they delivered items that never showed up, to poor customer service.
Yes I'm filing another claim so we'll see how this goes. I ordered a oil change kit for my motorcycle and drained oil and removed the filter in preparation for when I received the kit. Guess I won't be riding anytime soon!

I've had it. Multiple missing, no-attempt delivery and generally non-helpful staff who do not follow simple instructions. I hope sellers stop using this $#*!ty service.

Every time I am to receive a shipment via United Parcel Service, it never fails, they say they attempted delivery while I am working from home right in front of my front door and windows, which has not to date, been true. They constantly take the packages to delivery locations in the neighborhood without making any attempt to deliver to the original address. It is unacceptable to have to call and attempt to speak to someone other than a Bot to find out why this is acceptable behavior of their drivers and have to spend 15 or more minutes just to get an agent on the line. The package even says it was delivered to a pickup location a day before it was even scheduled for delivery. Then it updated to say it was delivered to my home, while I was on the phone with UPS, which again is untrue which I informed the agent of. If I find that a business uses UPS for delivery service, I will no longer be partaking in that business' services.

Like some big corporations, UPS makes getting through to a live agent an incredible nightmare of wasted time and holds. And the drivers (independent agents I think?) with this business are just as bad with not really caring about customers or basic customer service. Unfortunately, way too many of us are stuck with this corporate policy of no service (to save pennies of course). Shameful on do many levels.

Horrible customer service

Terrible service

Anytime I have a package being delivered if is coming ups it's a problem. Waiting two days for a package say be delivered by 8pm. Then it says due to the weather it's delayed. My package was coming from ups 4 miles from my house and we got a little rain and 1/4 inch of snow. Called ups and that was just the icing on the cake. Zero help Fedx not only come in a snow storm at ten at night but they drive up a hill to get to my house.

Like magic, ur package has disappeared!

Once again UPS has screwed up a simple delivery. I watched my package go from MN to here in Dallas where it was preparing for delivery. (It should have went out for delivery) I check later in the day and it's in New Jersey! This is my wife's valentine! Funny thing is a month ago they lost my early valentine present. The company had already FedEx'ed a replacement by the time it finally arrived 2 weeks late. Moses was faster delivering the Israelites to the promise land. F**k UPS

No support or service!

I will never use UPS again! No attempt to redeliver my package! No customer service! No support to help when your package is not delivered and brought to some random 3rd party location for pickup! Just had open heart surgery and cannot pick up my package!

As a business owner and "bottom line" oriented, we have been forced to switch shipping away from UPS. The proverbial "straw that broke the camels' back" was the way that they handled an overnight shipment. We shipped 2 packages "overnight" and one of the two got lost by UPS. HOW DO THEY LOSE ONLY ONE OF TWO? They were virtually the same, and contained custom signs that are used to display speed when drivers go through a controlled speed zone.

UPS failed to pay our legitimate claim for a lost package. They shorted us over $600 and made us PAY FOR THE SHIPPING even though the package was lost.

ENOUGH SAID. NO STARS MINUS STARS
