Out from 4 orders... 2 was lost.
1 was sent back for the sender without contacting me.
And 1 was delivered 3 weeks late from estimated date.

I was sent packages from my work to my home the driver beat on my door so hard that a picture frame fell off the wall that had been there for going on almost 2 years now and broke and this item was from my girlfriend's deceased parents it was a handmade picture frame given to her mom on their 60th wedding anniversary which can no longer be replaced anyway shape or form the driver left the packages with my neighbor we live in apartment complex which according to them is not a standard because of you don't necessarily always know who your next door neighbor is in an apartment complex was told by two different supervisors that they would talk to the driver luckily my neighbor is a very nice lady or she could have made off with some expensive equipment then the following day the same driver delivers more packages leaves a note that's unlegible and delivers the packages to the apartment manager all this after me telling both supervisors anything for me needs to be signed for by me after speaking to get a third supervisor who offered nothing but to say well we'll just stop delivering to you I said that's fine from from now on I will personally use FedEx at least they have people there that care about their customers

I have absolutely had it at this point. I've called five times, confirmed a pickup and nobody has come any of the five CONFIRMED pickup times. Asked to speak with management as i work for a company and these packages are transactional... was told i couldn't speak with management. You guys do not even deserve one star.

The delivered my package to other address. They claimed that street name was in my area and similarly named. Still didn't get my package and waiting for them to pick it up from wrong address and deliver to me.

My shipment was delayed for over a week because they decided they wanted to keep my product in their truck for a week. When I called to ask hey where is my product? They simply told me it will get there the next day. This went on for days, for two straight days, they didn't even know where my package was. They sent me to the wrong truck to pick up my package. The truck had no packages on board.

Amazon used them to deliver 2 dozen roses to my sister. They didn't follow basic delivery instructions. Instead of delivery to to the front desk of the stroke rehab, they gave the package to some passer-by. They got the guy's name, but staff said no one by that name worked there. I spent hours on the phone with staff and Amazon trying to get my money back or locate the flowers. UPS hung up on me, staff manning their Twitter account flat out refused to be helpful, and those manning the customer service email were flat out rude. My husband's bank, the biggest in the nation, just went with FedEx instead, because he told them how UPS staff behaved in this matter. Actions (or in this case inaction and passing the buck) have consequences. I'd definitely fire some staff who obviously don't take their jobs very seriously and have cost you business UPS! Shame on you all!

Their HR and recruiting Department is very unprofessional! They called me and left a voice a message to call them back. Well Guess what?! They never answer your calls! After few weeks one of their HR personnel calls you and he has not even read your CV and seems very unqualified!

Ups is a failure

I paid for 2 days express shipping 5/22/23
My delivery date was 5/25/23.when it got the date I didn't get my package, I tracked my package and the delivery date was changed to 5/26/23 at 7pm.Still didn't receive my package.Today is 5/30/23 my package hasn't arrived.I missed a family wedding because of that.

On 5/16/2023 around 4:30pm i went to pickup my husband's package with order details and photo of his drivers license to ups customer center at ******* Monroe,Dallas,TX,*******.They wanted to FaceTime my husband to ensure his photo matched.After that they made copies of my drivers license which i felt invaded my security and privacy and was NOT necessary.Next morning around 9am i received emails and text messages from my credit monitoring service that someone is trying to open two credit cards in my name.What a coincidence! Into the wrong person's hands.Next day i called ups 800 number and filed a complaint.Customer service said they will have the manager of this warehouse call me but i have never heard back.UPS corporate needs to step in and throughly investigate the manager and the front desk employees at this location because i am certain my drivers license details and personal information was misused by someone working at this location.UPS corporate also needs to ensure all copies of my drivers license present at this warehouse/location get shredded as soon as possible.

And sending is asking to pay again for UPS shipping.

Heavy item, costing more for shipment.

UPS tracking says deliver made, we are a small business, no one saw it. A call was made to UPS explaining that the package was NOT delivered. They said it was signed by a person called BRIAN. We do not have a Brian was the reply. Oh you must have, he signed for it...WTH...

UPS just called to tell me they damaged my package in transit and would not be able to file a claim. They picked up the package and the next day it was damaged in transit. Regardless of all the warning labels all over the box to Handle With Care, Fragile, This Side Up, it was still mishandled. The coating inside leaked and it was thrown away at a UPS facility. The customer service rep said he could not process a claim without photos. I told him I requested photos from the facility that reported it damaged, but they didn't send me any. He told me UPS does not take photos, they do a visual inspection and discard. This package was insured for $650, which I paid extra for insurance. Not only did I lose the shipping cost, I lost the contents and had to reship to my customer, costing me double the money. Worst service ever.

They are definitely the worst delivery company I only used in the whole world: I lost two days on them while waiting for an important package at home. The first time the courier came, didn't knock, didn't call, and left. The second day he just didn't show up but made a note as if he was trying to deliver a package. Customer service just covers the drivers: they keep saying, like parrots, "Sorry, sorry", promising to help, but in reality, nothing happens.
