I recently moved. When I placed an order, I thought I had changed to new address, but apparently I had not saved it. When I called the sender, I was told to call UPS. I did and asked them to return parcel to Sender. I am happy to say they did. All the employees I talked to over 3 days were professional and friendly. Thank you UPS.
My package was marked as delivered but it never arrived at my address. They lost my package and been searching for it over a week now. When I made a claim they closed it talking about when they contacted me my number was invalid. Also one agent told me they found my package and a ups driver will contact me in the morning. Welp they never did nobody ever contacted me I had to continuously use the ups virtual assistance just to be contacted by someone. For now on I would ask the merchant who they ship with and if the answer is ups I will not proceed with the order. FYI my package is still missing/lost.
I've been waiting for a package that has been in town for three days so I tried to just pick it up myself it took me a very long time to get told I couldn't and never was able to talk to anyone the more I tried to get it the more vague things got I hope they can turn it around before they go out of business I know they lost my business
I bought two axel assemblies. When the box arrived one was sticking out more than 2 feet the back plates were flatend on more than two sides indicating this box was thrown around badly
I made a claim they denied said the seller must appeal there denial and why would he he's been paid after 3 so called customer service ppl Danial C and ema g Carlos C all 1 of a thousand others with the same name my review is for ups as a whole. An out sourced company don't give a $#*! what is happening to packages on there way or to ppl who spend money on them a real $#*! service good on ya ups oh one more thing not one person I talked to was from the U S:-(
My business doesn't open until noon. UPS tries to deliver in the morning while we are closed. I tried to create an account so that I can specify a delivery time. UPS won't let me sign up because my business address is invalid. Invalid? I'm on Main St in a building that's been here decades in a town that is over 140 years old. They have delivered here many times, but my address is invalid?!?!?! There appears to be no way to speak to anyone there. Their customer service is non existent. I tried the old tricks, like pressing 0. Nothing works. They are so cheap that they can't even bother to pay for a call center in India to take care of their customers. This is why I hate USP with every fiber of my being.
It's been 2weeks and I am still waiting for my parcel. A label was created on the 28/04/23 today the 12/05 and it still hasn't arrived and the item is needed for Sunday the 14th. I tried to call them but couldn't get hold of a human being. I will never use them again and will not recommend to family and friends.
I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from UPS. They overcharged me $10,000 for less than 10 items, without any proof. They claim that my boxes were oversized by 3 inches cause of a piece of tape that was sticking out.As if that takes up any additional space on a pallet or truck. They refused to offer any apology or compensation. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will never use UPS again. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. They are dishonest, unprofessional and incompetent.
An email said that my package would be delivered tomorrow. The next day an email said the package would be diverted to an access point and delivered the next day. Tracking said that it would be delivered by 4pm that same day. I called the access point and they said no, it will be delivered the next day at another location. I called UPS and after 20 minutes on hold, I was told no, it WOULD be delivered the next day at the access point. All of this because a UPS driver can not pick up their heads and read and follow the note on my front door. "Please put packages over the fence to your right". They just dump the package at the front door where it (is often) stolen due to the heavy car traffic. I will NEVER order another item without asking who the delivery company is. If it's UPS, deal is off. Want to bet whether I receive the package tomorrow? Cant put up proof of purchase, I have not received it yet
Recently I visited store #4777 in Kissimmee and had a great experience. The store was clean and organized. The employees were nice and professional; Richard was very helpful with my requests.

My Bp is up the roof. After replacing my parcel that got lost a month ago I have been told the parcel is missing for the second time. I assured my client I will get them the items. Worst company ever. Is it someone targeting my shipments. Same as last time. Next thing it's missing.

Had a little envelope to the be delivered and they couldn't leave it in between my door they had to take it to a drop off point so now I have to drive to get it when I paid for it to get shipped to my house
I would rate UPS 0 out of 5 stars if possible. I have shipped a LOT using this company. Last fall, it so happened that three items I shipped all arrived damaged. I refunded customers, and since I buy insurance for every shipment, I decided to make a claim for the most damaged item. I followed the UPS claims policy and submitted the appropriate info. Six weeks later I had heard nothing. I contact UPS several times by phone and each time it was very difficult to reach a claims person (they hide in customer service) and none of them are employed in Canada or the US. Each person GAVE ME A DIFFERENT STORY. One person finally said they had lost or never received my original documents I had submitted. So I resent my documents by mail and email (copies as I no longer had the originals). Six weeks later and still no response. I keep calling and every time the person asks me for my case number and info and says someone will call me back and no one ever does. I finally managed to get someone on the phone again who told me my claim had been approved but they needed additional info. I send the info and then they say they need to look into it more and call me back. No one calls back. I finally reached a 'supervisor' on the phone after 2 hours of holds and transfers who also told me my claim was approved and needed more information. He gave me his email address and I sent the info. He responded several days later and forwarded a message from a different department that says that I need to re-send the documentation by snail mail. Obviously at this point - six months later - I am very annoyed. I write back by email and recap my entire experience. Three weeks later (now 7.5 months from claim date) I receive an email from an anonymous bot that they have denied my claim because shippers need pre-approval from UPS before shipping fragile items. Seriously?!?!?!? How is this possible? Their insurance and claims process is A TOTAL SCAM
UPS is such a worthless, no good bunch of scumbags. They can't even talk to you when they have lost your package that has a paycheck in it for you.
They just don't care because they're gonna get their money.
I don't care what anybody says send it with the US Postal Service or send it through FedEx but do not ever use this scummy collection of dirtbags that is UPS.
We have shipped weekly, many packages, for years now. UPS has stolen no less than 7 packages, 4 at once was their best effort! They are not "missing." They are stolen. The latest is the largest, 6.5 cubic feet, 14x20x40. In the the last pickup there were 14 packages, with one missing after pickup, the big one. It's not a pack of earrings. It didn't slip into a crack in the floor. Getting money back is a freaking nightmare. Hateful. Countless hours filling out forms over and over. Fedex never took any packages but getting consistent rates was impossible. On the bright side, Pirate Shipping is a dream come true. They do a great job. Wish they had a good carrier to work with. For anyone out there, there is room for a new reliable carrier business. Wife just filled out a claim and they said no good, call for more help. They are truly losers. UPS is a mess. Round and round we go with no resolution without mega hours of frustration. Interesting that there are so many negative stories.
You're getting one star because the package arrived, however, it was fragile and I wrote "FRAGILE" all over the box. It arrived with several pottery pieces broken. Obviously there was no consideration of it being fragile! I could file a claim but the pieces were one of a kind and irreplaceable. I won't use you again. If you care, the tracking number is 1Z15VT4M*******218 so maybe you can "track" who mishandled my package! FedEx provided a picture of the delivered boxes at the front door and I sent them the same distance. They looked the same as when I dropped them off for shipment!
Had a package that was never actually attempted to be delivered, they basically just sent it directly to their local pickup facility and never informed me that was being done. Heard nothing from them until package was sent back to where I originally shipped it from. Local UPS store refused shipping charge refund even though they agreed that's what happened, called corporate after the store attempted to call as well, corporate refused to admit guilt and says its been too long to do anything about it now even though it was the local store and corporate giving me the run around the whole time.
Tl:Dr, package never actually attempted to be delivered, corporate says local store needs to handle refund, local store says corporate needs to handle refund, no one answers my questions until it's too late to even get a refund.
I work out of town weeks at a time. I wasn't able to revive my package 3 days in a row because of this and was never given any notice over the phone, 30 days went by and finally I found in my mail letters they left me. I called and tried to pay yet another delivery fee and they advised me that because it was more then 30 days they wouldn't not give me my package until I contacted the seller who already had his money who live is Australia. No answer from them and I've paid UPS but they insisted that without permission from the out of contact seller my package will be destroyed. At least the people keeping my package hostage gets there 23$ and I'm out $200
Despite providing a customs and imports brokerage service (which costs extra to the recipient and is not optional) and requesting numerous forms be completed, UPS still do not deliver the accurate rating of duties and taxes that they promise. I have a parcel now being held hostage by UPS. It is a collectors item purchased from the USA. HMRC state very clearly that such items are taxed at 5%. So why are UPS insisting on me paying 20%? Who knows. Trying to get this resolved is an absolute nightmare. They are blaming HMRC and just keep saying they are going to deliver the item but only if I pay a ridiculous sum. A disgrace.

I am not a happy customer of the ups store but if you are getting death threats you need to contact the police. It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
