Nightmare

I ordered a package from a company who decided to ship it with UPS.
The package resulted
- delivered to my place to unknown person named Pedro. Who apparently signed for me
It wasn't there I open the claim.
Then it results
Delivered to the ups store to pedro
I went to the ups store I talked to Pedro. He doesn't have the package.
I fill the claim, I get In touch with the company. They said that my package is ready to be picked up.
I go back to the ups store. Still no package.
Days pass I still don't have my refund nor my package.
The company at the end close the claim saying that the package was delivered now to Ali.
I'm desperate I go back again to the ups store.
They have my package. He said there was a problem in the system.

I've lost hours, energy.
Next time I prefer to go to take my package by myself walking from Minnesota to Wyoming.
Bad. Bad. Bad
Hope this company fails.

I'm angry!

Worst shipping company ever! I would give them a 0 star if I could! The following scenario happened twice with varying details and a focus on the last happening: First, my package was indicated delayed, then supposedly attempted delivery, then returned to the sender, then a few days later indicated delivered at 11 pm while it was 3 pm. Impossible to speak to a real person at ups customer service even if you dial a zero. The voice says: "I know you want to speak to a person, but I need your tracking number" that i repeated for the mechanical voice five times while I enunciated every number and letter very carefully. Is the voice biased against foreign accents? I called my local ups store, but the woman on the phone treated me like the digital voice, alleging she was not hearing me, and closing the conversation by "you will have to come in person" hanging the phone up on me abruptly without any leave-taking. So I came in person and was helped by a nice empathic man (a nice touch for a change), who checked the status of my tracking number. This was 3:00 pm and he acknowledged a problem since it was indicated delivered at 11:00 pm, which was not plausible at all. Besides, Me and my neighbors spent the entire day out in the street to cut trees, branches and clean up after the wind storm that hit our city with 100 mile/hr winds. Even if I happened to be inside for a few minutes, my neighbors would have told me about a delivery by UPS. Disappointedly, the nice UPS employee told me to go back online to access ups customer service adding I should dial "0" to speak to a real person. But the mechanical voice online was clearly programmed to be a stubborn gate-keeper. For most companies' customer service I've dealt with to date, when the virtual voice on the phone does not get the "required" info, it connects you to a real person who can deal with the complexities of an issue that was not pre-programmed. But UPS does NOT offer that flexibility. Today, I had to reorder the items that were in that package, and I filed a claim with Amazon against UPS.

We paid extra for two day delivery. It was delivered five days later. When we complained, we were told that two day delivery was expected, but not guaranteed. We paid double for a "maybe". Buyer beware!

Worst Courier service

This courier service don't even worth 1 star. Always they will loose the package and expect customers to face the consequences for their irresponsibility. I have ordered a laptop and they have lost my package but they didn't even informed me and it was showing order might delayed. Other than that there is no ETA of delivery. I have emailed them couple of times and there is no use. After browsing a lot i got some customer care number and when i have asked them they simply said that they might have lost my package and asked to me to raise a claim. But how irresponsible these people are? Because of this my works are getting delayed. And its not easy for everyone to say sorry i couldn't do it like these people right. Not only with me even my friends have faced a lot of incidents like these. It would be better if these UPS people be more cautious about the packages. This is not the right way at all.
I might get the refund and all these people can say is sorry but who have to face all the consequences for my work delay.

I run a small business in rural Colorado. Most of my vendors use UPS. Most of my packages of product and supplies are destroyed by UPS in shipping. Not one UPS employee from the top down gives a damn about their service and product - they only have one and they are completely incapable of performing package delivery as they are paid the big bucks to do. The complete lack of respect for other people's property is deeply disturbing. With policies of destruction firmly entrenched in the fabric of the entire organization, I can easily swear that I will never ship with UPS again in my lifetime and will request all my vendors in future ship with FedEx (an organization that respects other people's property and shipments and actually has customer service). If they will only ship with UPS, I don't need their product badly enough to keep dealing with tens of thousands of dollars in damaged product each year. I really hope UPS goes under and takes all the dead weight with them.

Do not deliver

The UPS in Springfield, MO is horrible to work with. They 1st deliver when you are at work and then blame the customer for not being there. There are some of us that do actually work for a living. Then want to charge you to come pick it up. Within 5 day or send it back to the seller. What the Hell? They are awful to work with. I try not to use UPS. I only purchase from sellers with regular mail or FedEx.
Please watch out for UPS. What is funny is they use to leave it at ACE Hardware as they are open until 8pm. Oh no UPS does not want to do that. So no product and seller is refunding me. UPS is holding my products for ransom. Just an FYI

I get packages from UPS or USPS 3 days a week, I am a member of UPS my choice, it used to send me texts when package was going to be delivered, but in the last month, that has halted, and ups shows where the package is, when it will be delivered etc. Last week package was coming Saturday between 12, -but not really, then it changed to monday, between 1-3, but not really, then Tuesday between 11-1, and it finally showed at 4pm. I have to sign for my packages as they have lost so many. But now again this week, I was supposed to get another package and it said on my choice Saturday between 1-3. Didn't show up. If I didn't have to miss work to be home to sign for package I wouldnt be so irritated, but there is no repercussions for them messing with my time and my life. How do I handle this? What am I supposed to do? Oh they want me to pay 19.99 for a better my choice package. What a joke. When your only job is to deliver packages, you would think you could get it right at least one out of 3 times. But so far, they just plain suck. The USPS priority? Another joke. 1 out of 8 gets delivered in 3 days. I wish someone would open a new company and put these idiots out of business. Top dollar is always paid and $#*!ty service is what you get. Unreal. I tried to open a claim, but the UPS shut me down saying I couldn't and to call customer service. What can I do? I should at least be refunded the shipping costs.

I expected a delivery from UPS today that required a signature. I eas at home the whole day waiting for this delivery. When it got dark I went to the app to see where is the delivery truck. Surprise - it already passed me, left a note on the door, never rung or knocked and because it was raining never brought the package to my door but quickly left. This is not the first time I have this experience with UPS and the customer is always at the mercy of the driver since there is no remedy for such behavior. I am not a fan of UPS.

UPS is not dependable. Their delivery estimates (days and time) are way out of whack. Today, I waited for a package by following their tracking map so I would be at the door when the truck arrived. Unfortunately, the map showed the truck driving right past my house and heading back to its warehouse in Fife. At that point, when I tried to track on the tracking number from the UPS email by clicking on it, UPS site claimed the number was invalid. So I got on the chat system WHICH IS WORTHLESS; I kept asking for a real person but their chat system does not know what a real person. Eventually "Dexter V" entered the chat and all "he" could say, over and over again, was my package was still out and would be delivered. BUT THERE ARE NO TRUCKS SHOWN ON YOUR MAP and I got the same spiel again and again. A week ago, for another package, I received the UPS text that my package had been delivered on my doorstep. I was at the door. There was no UPS truck, no package. Sometime later, a driver showed up and explained he had delivered the package to the wrong house blocks away. This happens again and again. I make plans to stay home for a package that is due and *poof* it doesn't show up and I have to clear my schedule to stay home another day. What delivery system can we trust? Not UPS, not USPS (and don't get me started on them). I am housebound. I depend on deliveries. And I am mad. Now this review site, which is NOT secure, wants me to upload my receipt for the item in the package. How dumb do they think we are? The only thefts of my credit card numbers have been from within vendors.

It's long past time UPS should be shut down and replaced, even if it is by DHL. Mistakes and dropped deliveries are sop with UPS. Incompetence and inexcusable failure to deliver are everyday problems that SHOULD have been eliminated

Got updated 3 days in a row stating my package would be delivered on Friday between 1:15 - 3:15. So I moved my work schedule around to accommodate this as a signature was required only for UPS to reschedule my delivery at 1:12 pm on Friday telling me it's been rescheduled for Monday. Now I can understand a delay but three minutes before the delivery window for a two day delay is ridiculous. I took off work for this and UPS can't even be bothered to tell me till the last minute, I wouldn't recommend or use UPS if you have a choice. Support the USPS instead.

UPS has gotten expensive on they're shipping, you would think for the costs of shipping they could ship packages on time and they sure don't refund the cost of shipping when they are late! Terrible service! I would give them no star if possible, FedEx is much better!

Shipments are always delayed.
Customer service always give false information or they just give unclear answers to customers regarding the status of the shipments without further checking for the updates. If they knew that customer is aware of their false information they will continue to lie and speak in a very rude manner.
Customer Service Representatives of UPS should know that it is your duty to assist your customers with all their concerns regarding your services and not intimidate us with your attitude if you could not provide accurate information!

One of the worse courier companies i have experiences. I was expecting a delivery UPS said will be delivered today by evening it was delayed and moved to the next day the next day i waited and it was delayed to the next day this happened everyday till a week. Then I called them and they said Customer was not available at home and they dropped it at the local pickup point. (which is a lie as I work from home and I am available everyday). Nonetheless I went to pick up at the address they gave it was not available there. I called to ask they said its in the truck the driver took it to another city which is like a 100 kms away go again the next day to pick up. This again continued for 2 days after which I finally picked up my package.

I am so disappointed in UPS that we shipped my mother in law's rocking chair from Seattle, Washington to Pembroke Pines, Florida. My shipment was delayed by two days, and we made sure the representative had the correct address and we verified the address for the shipment. We tracked the package online...it was a problem with the address the apartment # was missing. I called UPS in Seattle, and the information was corrected on the label. We paid over $600 for the shipment. I don't know what happened between Seattle and Pembroke Pines. Why the apartment # was dropped from the label, and we are still waiting on the package to be delivered two days later.

A total nightmare!

This company can only be described as a nightmare if you have to deal with them! They do not care, are uncooperative. Disorganized, they dont communicate from there different branches. Created a problem for me and then put me through hell for two weeks trying to sort it out and the problem was never solved!

Terrible

I have never had a problem with ups before until I moved into this neighborhood I'm in. First off they don't ever read the clear numbers on the houses and so packages get taken to 3 streets over. But this guy came knocking on my WINDOW at the door instead of the actual door or doorbell. It's common sense that you don't knock on someone's window! We had a return and I totally get that people can be in time sensitive jobs BUT that does not mean be snobby, keeps banging the window and tell someone "that you have to manage your time and you don't wanna hang around." My husband was very nice to this man and said one second. We've all had times where we get so busy we forget things and all he did was forget to tape the box. The guy proceeded to snatch the box from him. Had I been at the door this man would have gotten cussed out.

Ounce I have ordered the gift for my granddaughter from Barnes and Noble and have package delivered to my family's house,what horrible UPS Ground is a big devastation to be unsuccessful to deliver the package to my family 's house. As the result, I call my family to pick up it at local Post Office! What a big bastard!
