You might as well go get your package yourself these people are ridiculous. My package was supposed to come on a Friday then they canceled it last minute, then it was supposed to come Saturday... I needed my package this weekend and even paid overnight shipping to get it here. I looked at my options to pick it up and didn't even request anything yet supposedly I did and now it's not coming today, Monday, neither and when I reach out they don't even know when it'll be delivered. This company is absolutely ridiculous and it appears they don't know how to do their own job.
I order a lot of Items online. Between car parts, appliances, tools and gun equipment, I have at least 2 deliveries a week. Sometimes 1 everyday. UPS is outstanding in my experience. Not only are they always on time but they keep you informed every step of the way. The UPS drivers are friendly and prompt. Every time I get a delivery I leave good feedback because with today's lax attitude and many businesses doing the absolute least amount for the most amount of money, I feel quality service should be recognized. By signing up for free at UPS MY Choice you can view your last deliveries, change a delivery date or address and even elect to have it dropped off at a nearby UPS Access Point which doesn't have to be a UPS business location. My closest one is about a mile and 1/2 away and is a CAP store (Consumer Auto Parts). I am not affiliated with them in any way, just a very satisfied customer.
Most ignorant company I have ever dealt with customer service is a laughing stock the delivery driver is a very arrogant person with no respect what so ever ups in prince george British columbia I would give you guys 0 starts if that was an option it's almost like you guys Hold your head high when you get told a complaint
I am running a small yard maintenance business and need a reliable delivery service for parts. If I order a part and am told a specific delivery date I expect that delivery date to be met. It looks bad on me to keep rescheduling jobs because of a third party. I will make sure that in the future when I order parts I will go the extra effort to make sure ups does not handle my packages.
My package having the correct address was misplaced and mis-delivered by UPS. Their delivery information says that my package was delivered.However, after checking the tracking details carefully, I found that their 'shipment progress' shows that the package has been delivered at another town. UPS Customer Service has been silent on what actually happened.
On 3 separate deliveries have had package left in front of the garage door even though I clearly requested it to be left in front of entrance door. The garage door area is visible from the street and sidewalk.

I opened a live chat with them, in which one representative told me the phone would be here today but unfortunately it didn't go out in today's delivery...hmmm, ok. It is Wednesday and still no phone. If they tell me "sorry, we lost it" or "it will be there by Christmas" I wouldn't have such an issue. My problem is the lies as I was "assured" it would be here today at noon by the person I chatted with on Monday. (Didn't take pics of that chat, unfortunately). The thing is, I have to sign for the package. So I guess I will just lock myself up until they decide to deliver it.
Call once for 5 sec hidden number, text me saying I cannot be reached, no info on when it would be delivered, tracking still saying it is to be delivered. Cannot create account since password is wrong even though $#*! criterias have been fullfilled. Cannot ask to reset password as no email reach me. Call cust service, pick up after about 10 min but dead silence for 10 sec than hang up
Was in my den on second floor. Saw UPS truck in my driveway, came down to open door just in time to see truck leaving and a notice to pick-up at local office stuck on my door. Next day went to pick-up location only to be told to come back tomorrow because item was not here. Other folks, same story. Apparently this is a common time-saving tactic by UPS drivers.
They refuse to deliver my package! I called twice and still they don't deliver they live a card! I am at home 95% because I'm sick and I don't have a car and because of that reason I CAN'T go to your post office! They don't deliver and keep your package only 7 days and after they send it back to the company! WORST SHIPPING COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY JUST DON'T DO THEIR JOB! WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY
Do NOT depend on your package arriving in the expected time frame when going with UPS. They are unreliable. I sent a package ground that was in a normally 2 day delivery and had a good city address, number on the home yet the driver was unable to locate the address! You can hang it up trying to call in to speak with someone about your package, their automated system will block or hang up and then when you are able to get through,, You will most likely have a language barrier with the contracted workers! I will never use UPS again nor recommend!
By the way my package my package is still bumbling around in Illinois somewhere. Each day I track it it goes from "On the Way" to "Out for Delivery."
I ordered a camera with express shipping where the delivery date was on a Friday. I got an email from UPS the day before letting me know that they were going to deliver it between 11-2 on Friday and that a signature was required. I made sure to be home from work to receive the item, which I was hoping to use at an event over the weekend. They never came, and I was home all day. I got an update saying it was out for delivery at 3:18, followed by another update that it would be delayed until Monday at 3:22. I guess the driver decided it was quittin' time. I reach out to a representative who told me they attempted to deliver it, but my Nest doorbell footage prooves that they are just slimy liars. If you have the choice, avoid this incompetent, unethical, absolutely terrible company at all costs. I hope they fail.

1st time using ups I paid for overnight shipping for an important very expensive package. I waited the whole morning to sign my package they said they attempted to deliver which that is bs I called in to pick it up instead if not I would have to wait till Monday I been in the facility for 4 hours waiting for my package to get here now they tell me the driver is backed up won't finish till 10pm after taking a day off work waiting 4 hours outside of the facility for this package I have to wait till Monday now to stay stressed the whole weekend that anything can happen to my expensive package this has been the worst experience I have ever had I do not normally write any reviews but I have to in this case because i wouldn't want this experience to happen to my worst enemy UPS IS HORRIBLE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL THEY DO NOT CARE YOU BEEN WAITING ALL DAY OR HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS IF I CAN GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 20 stars would
This is the second time this month a package has arrived at my door from UPS in this condition. UPS, Please stop crushing everything you send to my residence. Can't wait for you guys to deliver my fragile item I've ordered..
Their service sucks. They throw your packages around. Even ones marked fragile. I do not recommend using!
Up until recently, I didn't have many problems. Now they are constantly saying my packages are out for delivery and then at 8 pm they say it's running late. Now I understand that it does happen every so often but lately, it's every couple packages. I have been receiving them with missing items and the wrong boxes. Almost all the boxes are roughed up and damaged. Just disappointing. Wich amazon would stop using them.
I recently tried to file a claim on a package that is showing as delayed with no ability to file a claim, I tried to file it online and it would not allow me to submit the claim and asked me to call the UPS customer service number. I did TWICE and both times the customer service number set me up with an automated system which told me to file a claim online. I of course, tried too and it would not let me submit the claim and after I tried to ask the automated system to talk to a representative it hung up on me BOTH times.
They lost a duffle bag full of clothes that my daughter needed for summer camp. They offer little to zero help in finding or making a claim on the package. Their computer system constantly says there's an error and try again later. The store is too busy to help. A complete disaster - one of the worst customer experiences of my 67 years of life. They should be ashamed of their service. NEVER AGAIN UPS.

It is illegal in America to make death threats against anyone no matter their race, creed or color. That is the beauty of living in United States of America. You do not need to wait for a company to file charges against another human being who is threatening your life. You just need to take the appropriate, legal action against that person, good luck!
