I ordered from this company based on the pictures I saw of very fine and beautiful clothing. I then read some negative reviews on this website and became suspicious that this was a scam operation. I opened a dispute with my credit card company, because I did not hear back from this company about when my clothing would be shipped. As soon as this company got the note of dispute, it mailed out my clothing. The place they mailed from was Singapore. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the clothing was very nice, and I have since put another order in for more clothing. The clothing fit me quite well, because I am about a size 7. My opinion is that if a person is a size 8 or larger in U.S. sizes, this clothing will NOT fit you. The clothing is very much like linen. I would strongly advise the company to remove the reviews on their site containing broken English, because it really raises red flags, as I assume that the company themselves wrote these reviews. They do not help the company AT ALL seem legitimate. I have just ordered the next batch of clothing, and I have not gotten any kind of response about when I will be receiving these clothes, so who knows? I may have to open another dispute in order to get these clothes too. But I am hoping not. The clothing is very nice, and I'm sorry clothing like this is not readily available in the US. It is very well made, and if you're willing to maybe go through a little hassle of a dispute, I would highly recommend ordering clothing from this company, due to the quality and affordability of the clothes.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought four items and need to return them because they do not fit. I have requested their mailing address to send the return back to, THREE TIMES, and they have refused to provide the mailing address to me. Their third response was this:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Based on experience, the shipping fee back is not cheap as we locate in China.It may be at least $20. So I have another suggestion. How about we refund you $40 as compensation, and you can keep them? You can sell them to others to get back more money.

I spend $160 on these items. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Several designs in all clothing categories are available through multiple sites, including Shewe, Buykud, New Chic, among others. All are shipped from China, thus the lengthy delivery to the US. Mine have always been delivered in wrinkled, "balled up" condition. Despite information re: sizing in US measurements, the actual items do not concur with the sites' (all of them) information or customary US sizing. The sites are now including wording that measurements may vary since they are done by hand, although this makes absolutely no sense from a retail perspective - either the items are made with high-quality standards or they are not. My experience has been consistently difficult and expensive regarding returns, goth in terms of the delivery costs, re-stocking fees, and only a percentage of the cost reimbursed. The items I've kept ripped irreparably within one or two wears. And just a note: as an international communications specialist who works with second language speakers, all of the positive ratings here on sitejabber are replete with English language errors consistent with non-native speakers, primarily those whose first language is Mandarin. Chinese reviews would be written in their native language - not English. Suffice it to say this is global e-commerce at its unfortunate and stereotypical worst. STAY AWAY. Lots of great designs manufactured all over the world... these aren't even close.
