Ordered for the 1st time and got my package of 5- tops, Love them all! They're my style and are all becoming. I was concerned about the size. Ordered Medium, instead of small - just in case. And they are true to size. The quality is tops! I would definitely order from them again,
Regularly I wear a size large. I ordered an extra large just to wear it a little baggy. To my surprise the extra large was too small. I contacted them to request an exchange for a larger size. They gave me (2) options: pay $20 to send item back or give them $19 extra dollars for them to ship out another item. Why should I be penalized for their inaccuracies? Where is the quality service? They should backup your products as well as their sizes!
I notice some Uoozee customers complain about size and return policy. I too encountered that at the start - but they are a Chinese company and learning about customer service. When I realized this I became very patient and they are getting it - day by day. So, if you really like the styles and the prices - hang in. They are on a learning curve and are trying very hard. The designs are amazing and the quality is better and better. I wish I needed more. I think I could buy at least half the styles their site!
I love Uoozee's styles. And the prices and the quality. But more than this - it is my style - my kind of clothes and I absolutely am delighted that someone has created so many for me to choose from. Other new companies have come along and tried to create the same lines and shapes - but they just miss. I have looked at all of them and for the style, the price and the perfect shipping fee - This is my choice. I suggest you take a look. Something there has your name on it!

I received the product in good condition and in a timely fashion. I ordered it in a larger size than the chart indicated and it was too small. I received a timely response to my concern and the offer of $12.00 for an item I paid nearly $60.00 for or I could return it, but would have to pay shipping to China. I would strongly recommend buyer beware and will not order from them again.

I ordered an oversized batwing sweater. The picture showed an adult, so I figured I would get something that would fit an adult. Wrong. What I got is something that may fit a skinny 12 year old, in the wrong color.

I received a dress with a line in front. This dress cannot be used at all. I cannot get a refund. I need to ship it to China and pay for the shipment.

To start with I ordered a couple of items and they contacted me to say that the items were out of stock so I picked different ones, this process was repeated multiple times every time I picked something different it wasn't in stock. Finally I got some items delivered they didn't come close to matching the measurements given. I asked to return and refund they refused and offered to pay me a small portion of the amount to keep it. I accepted and followed up weeks later to find out where the refund is they say it's my bank and they have refunded. I contact my bank no payment has been processed. They countine to tell me to keep waiting for it. My advice do not buy from here the clothes are average and the service is deplorable.
All the items I procushed and there were some were so far from what they represent at website. Stay away

Warning! This company is based in China. They will not pay for returns. They will offer you $6 and try to get you to reorder. They do not back any purchases. The material is cheap, thin, and rips easily. However, my chief complaint is that I bought a "free sized" item that arrived in a size large. No way to wear, no way to return unless I pay to return it to China. NO WAY I WILL EVER ORDER from this company again!
