This company is awful! I ordered 3 items. Never received an order confirmation. Never received the order. It has been over 2 months now. They will not respond to emails. The only thing they are good at is taking money from your account. Please stay clear of this site. It is fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
My last review was very negative see screenshot (1 start), after so many emails and trying to look for ways to get in touch with Uooze, I finally got an email back from a real person. She didn't refund me my money back, but offered to resend my order. Which I was happy about. And it didn't take long for the items to get here. I was 50% happy with the items I got one of the dress was exactly as advertised on their store, and the other one was not the same, only in colour and style, the shape of the was not flared/full as advertised which was disappointing. But at least Uooze does have real people in their support. Although I will not apologise for my first review, it deserve what I said. And I think because of that review I was able to get Uooze attention. And that's why not I've given them a 3 stars
Uoozee advocates a 7-12 day delivery window. I ordered on 4/2/21 and as of 5/4/21 I have not received my purchase. This is total irresponsibility and fraud on their part.
I ordered 2 dresses but when I tried it was too small so after I would like to return they said they can refund 22$ so I can keep the items. But I would like to send all item and I want all my money refund. If size are too small why I must keep them. I've never seen like this policy!
I ordered two dresses from Uoozee. One arrived, the other was out of stock after I ordered it. It was a very annoying and unprofessional process to keep emailing to get my refund, but I got my refund. The green dress that I did receive was made of cheap material (as I expected) but I am happy with how it looks from the outside. It looked great.
I ordered clothes from uoozee but I never got items nor refund, it has been month and half, I emailed them constantly but they seem making excuse etc I think this company is scam, very disappointed, please don't buy anything
I ordered a few items a while ago and I still didn't receive them. I emailed them but they didn't reply to any of my emails, so I texted them on other social media sites and they told me to email them on their customer service email, but they still didn't reply. They didn't ship my clothes and they didn't refund the money. I'm so disappointed. (The attached photo is a confirmation email they sent me after ordering)
They are AWFUL! Idiot me not checking prior ordering. Made quite a big order because I badly needed new clothing and dresses as pictured were really stunning looking. Tried to contact their customer service to have news about shipping and delivery times... send 5 email, none of them has been answered! Than I decided to look further into this and searched info about this uozee... being scammed? Hell yeah! Going to reverse my Paypal payment!
I placed my order in February of 2020 and tracked it diligently but then it just didn't track anymore. I contacted Uoozee customer service and was offered a refund via paypal. But a month has passed and no refund. I understand these are challenging times for deliveries but this is no way to deal with customer service. Wish I'd read the reviews earlier. Live and Learn.
Never received my order which was placed in January. I checked with them on February and was told China was locked down because of Covid19. That's the time I realized it was from China. Then on April 1st (how fool I believe that) they emailed me said my dress was shipped out and will be arrived in 5 to 7 days. Today is April 30,2020. I still see their ad pops up everywhere, even on my email. I was so frustrate to unsubscribe them, and did this review. Feel too bad they have really nice pictures of the clothes that I really like, but don't trust them, don't waste your money and time.
Never received my order, and for over a month I've been asking for reimbursement. They offer to pay shipment, but won't consider resending or reimbursing.
The items I bought and received were nothing like the item's on their website terrible fabric and poor quality I spent$285 I have complained to PayPal and have requested a full refund
Do not buy from this website, it is a scam. Their return policy is ludicrous. They want you to mail the item to CHINA or you can accept 20% off your next item you order from them. What a SCAM!
I'm fairly satisfied but:
1)pants are not linen but cotton blended (polyester)
2) dress is not linen but cotton and hemp (good)
3) the blue navy tint of the dress staibs and I fear it's dangerous.
So: discreet purchase, maybe I was lucky, therefore I don't think I'll repeat this experience.
Do not order from this company. The clothing looks nothing like on the website. The fabrics feel like foam instead of fleece. The wrinkles will not come out, even with an iron. Only one of the 3 garments I ordered is even wearable. Do not order from this company unless you like being scammed.

Answer: Absolutely not! Do not waste your money on this company. Their sizes are not accurate and are not for large women. I bought several items according to the size charts thinking they would be nice and roomy. What I got was not even close. Now, I'm trying to get a refund for all the money I spent and they are playing stupid. They have the item information and they are repeatedly asking for the same details. I am going to start the Paypal complaint process and report this to the Better Business Bureau. Spread the word!
