This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! The quality of the clothing is so bad I wouldn't give it away. If you decide to return something, you can forget getting a refund. You must pay the customs fees and the return shipping and you will get the runaround for months. There's no phone number to talk to anyone and the only communication is through email. They are a scam so please please don't waste your money.
I ordered an item that looked beautiful on the company's website, but what I received looks nothing like the pictures. The quality is absolutely terrible — cheap materials, poor workmanship, and completely different from what was advertised.

I've been trying to get a refund from this company for over three months for merchandise I never received—$136 worth. The tracking number shows the package was returned to Jamaica, NY, yet the company claims my address was incomplete and the item was "destroyed." That makes no sense if it was returned to them. Now they're asking me to pay an additional $65 to resend the item, even though they already received it. I've asked repeatedly for a refund, and they continue to refuse. This is incredibly frustrating and feels dishonest. I paid for a product I never received, and instead of resolving the issue, they're demanding more money. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Their customer service is unresponsive, and their handling of this situation has been unacceptable.

It is impossible to return an item. I sent 6 emails and was totally ignored. Did not have a return address. Beware of this inconsiderate company!
I ordered a dress and the shipping company left the order in the lobby while he had my address with the apartment. I reached out for a refund and this is the email I received. I'm just glad I ordered just one item to see how the ordering experience will be. Not ordering from them again

Unsatisfied with my clothing purchase, I decided to return for a refund or exchange. I was given a choice of a small refund or 15% off next purchase. However, although I opted for the 15% off my next purchase, they process a $6 refund of the $26.99 that I originally paid for the item. Even though the picture of the item was pleasing, the quality of the item is unsatisfactory. I will not make future purchases from Uoozee.

Uoozee is SHEIN! The items came in SHEIN packaging. The quality of the items are a dead giveaway. Their prices on Uoozee is more expensive. If you find something on this site...it can be purchased a SHEIN for less!@
After dealing with Uoozee, I was given the run around when my package ordered on 27/5/24 had not been delivered. I complained to uoozee and found that they also use the company names above which is so confusing to deal with. Anyway, my order they said, had an attempt of delivery on 26/6/24 but they were unsuccessful. What a load of B.S. I'm always home with my dog who barks to let me know that someone has entered the property. Today (20/7/24)
I received a package delivered by Aramax but what was inside was NOT what I ordered. It was a dreadful Cape thing that was more like a dress of some kind. Uoozee had the cheek to tell me that I had requested to pick up the package from the courier. Again, it's B.S. Do yourselves a favour, don't use these companies who are China based and very suspicious. The quality of goods are poor and really look cheap. Buy in Australia and support Aussies!
It's always iffy to purchase clothes online. So if you want to use this website, you need to make sure that you will keep the items. I tried to return two items and the service agent said she would credit me a nominal amount of money from an $80 purchase and I could gladly keep the items and give them away to someone who would like them. If you read their return policy it says the customer can return items but you are responible for shipping back to China which, as the agent said, "is very expensive".
There are so many other online retailers who gladly accept returns at the company's cost, not yours. Shein is one excellent example. And their clothes are similarly priced as Uoozee's.
I will not be doing business with Uoozee again.

Bought this beautiful looking creme dress from Uooze when it arrived i was a total disaster. The dress i received was white and smelled and was nothing like i order, the fabric was so cheap. The dress was horrible. Below are pictures of what in ordered and what i received.
This company is not worth giving your money. They have shady business practices. I bought a pair of pants and it doesn't fit and they refuse to send the return address so I can return it. I reached out the following day after I receiving the item. I paid over $50 and they wrote back offering me $5. I refused and request their address to return it. They are yet to respond...Do not buy from them unless you want to give them your money.
They knowingly ship wrong item hoping you will keep it because they don't pay return shipment. They try to force customer to keep something they did not order because customer has to pay shipping. Sending it back will cost more than the item that was purchased. This company is a scam, I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company
I purchased a dress in a medium size. The dress arrived 3 or 4 times larger that my size. I wrote them an email requesting a refund. They wanted for me to pay shipping for their mistake and then started bargaining with me the amount of the refund. When on to tell me they had spent too much money shipping my goods. Still I have not received a refund or a shipping label even when they know they are responsible.

This is a scam company. Shipping takes forever and you'll find items that you wouldn't wear. A blouse with raw edges, only the sides were stitched together. The synthetic fabric so stiff there are discolored crisp edges where the blouse was folded in the plastic bag it arrived in. Pants were too short and looked nothing like the website advertised. I immediately began the process to return the order. It took several emails asking Customer service for the address to make a return and finally I had a response. Customer service at Uoozee makes you realize you're working with a scam company. They offered me 18$ to avoid the hassle and expense of returning the order to China. Nowhere on their website do they note that you have to pay shipping costs to China for returns. I've read other comments where Uoozee offered more money to write a positive review. I'm so mad at myself for falling for cheap clothes from a scam online company. This is a company stealing from customers.

Answer: Absolutely not! Do not waste your money on this company. Their sizes are not accurate and are not for large women. I bought several items according to the size charts thinking they would be nice and roomy. What I got was not even close. Now, I'm trying to get a refund for all the money I spent and they are playing stupid. They have the item information and they are repeatedly asking for the same details. I am going to start the Paypal complaint process and report this to the Better Business Bureau. Spread the word!
