I never received my order. I have requested a refund 5 times now. Customer service has given me two options: a refund of half of the money, or I can place a new order. The tracking information shows that it never made it to me, or even to the state in which I live. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.

The products were finally received well, but quality is a bit disappointment and not what I expected. Unfortunately the jewelry received are quite different from the photos of the advertisement i.e. Earings of the photos appear to have pearls, but the ones I got are cheap plastic stones.
I do not request a refund but I would like to let you know I do not intend to order from you again in the future.
I placed an order on 09/01/2023 and have not received it to date 10/05/2023, months later. I have sent emails and complaints but no assistance. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. LOOKS LIKE THIS IS A SCAM!
And good faith I purchased a beautiful dress from this website that I noticed on Facebook I have confirmation that they did receive my payment and let me know that the item would be on its way 2 days ago I received the email State and that it was delivered I went outside looked at my mailbox continue to keep looking in my mailbox now item. I personally would not give it any stars and I refuse to be scammed under any circumstances I wish to have a full refund.
I have ordered a couple of times from this site. It either takes forever or I do not receive the items. Photo of item I have not received and it has been 2 and a half months since I ordered. I would still like to get it for a cruise in March!

I guess in retrospect, I should have known from the prices that this was not quality clothing. When I was trying to purchase the items, my bank tried to stop the purchases several times. I called my bank because i knew my card was fine and THEY told me that for some more sketchy sites, they try to protect their customers. Wow! I can't believe I proceeded to make the purchase after that! The clothing - actually I should just call it fabric - came and the first thing I noticed when opening some of the bags was the odor of cigarette smoke. Gave me the visual of a poorly run factory that produces the items. Secondly, things that look like a vibrant print in person look like someone just roughly cut cheap cotton fabric from a bolt. Looks NOTHING like the photos on the website! Nothing is as tailored looking. You'd be better off shopping for clothing at Walmart. None of these items could ever be washed, and your drycleaner would laugh at you and probably make you sign a waiver. Uoozee totally knows they are selling complete junk, because when you contact them for a return, which you can only do by sending an email, they tell you that it will be an expensive hassle for you to return the items to China (which you'd have to do at your own expense) but they will happily let you keep the $350 worth of complete crap and will refund you $60. I agreed to the $60. Expensive lesson. I will be donating all of the stuff I paid for. Even if you only spend $20 with this company, you are throwing your money away. If you insist upon trying it, get just one item. You'll see. I wish I had.
This jumpsuit I just received in the mail is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful quality and material. Communication was excellent! I now feel super comfortable with ordering more now.
I read the reviews immediately after I paid on line. Sent 5 emails requesting to cancel. It was within 10 minutes. They ignored me. Paid extra to ship and they removed my order from my account and won't respond. Received no notification of shipping. Pay pal is useless and should be required to have live agents. I can't comment on quality cause I don't have the clothes but at this point i bet they they won't look like the pictures I hope I can report something positive in next few days. I wrote pay pal and company.
I received a package with nothing in it! I have tried communicating with the company but have recieved no communication in response. I feel like I've been scammed. Luckily I only spent $30.
I have purchased several items 4 months ago, and still receive nothing. In their selling page the company promissed between 5 -10 shipping days. I bought their clothes for a special even I had, 2 months before the event, enough ahead of time based on the information on their site. How ever months has gone by, and when I try to communicate with their service on the mail I get the same generic reply "be patient, the package is on its way". During those months my event came and go and I no longer needed thoses cloths. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund but still generic answer, they even attach a link who shows that this package is probably never left china. Needless to say that in the massanger option to communicate with them there was no reply.
I shop a lot online and never had such a bad exprience. Do your self a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
Nice photography- I was genuinely looking forward to my two tops purchased. However sadly, product is not as photographed. To make matters worse, they are out of the country and it takes apx 30+days to get ur product and u must pay for ur own returns

I wear a size Medium, but when blouse arrived it was too small, to exchange here is the message I got from them-"how about you pay us $22 more to exchange it/them(free shipping)without the hassle and cost of shipping the returned products to us."
AHHH - I don't think so... so I am stuck with a too-small clothing piece. Bummer! No more purchases to Uoozee for me.
Ordered a item it was so cheaply made it did not look like the item I ordered contacted customer service around four times finally heard back that I can return it to China or they can refund me $7 do not order from this company it's a scam
I purchased the items but a wrong size and bad quality clothes so wanted to return but I have to return items to China and need to cover the shipping fee. They should mention it in return policy that need to send back to China at least. I do not recommend to purchase from Uoozee if you are outside of China. You will waste your money.

Le cuciture ben fatte e tutti i dettagli sono curati in modo fino. Gli abiti hanno una linea stilosa e originale, sono bellissimi indossati. I jeans sono super morbidi e comodi. I ordered clothes and paid $182.66 on Oct. 28.2021Order #IME*******. As of today, Dec. 26,2021 I have NOT received any goods.
I have communicated with them with multiple emails, telling them no goods arrived.
First, they said, wait for it. Then, they said," if you pay extra shipping fee, we will send another package". When I insisted on full refund. They said" We can only paid $ 100. "
Uoozee took my money and not deliver goods. Why should I lose money? I will continue write till I get my full refund.

Answer: Absolutely not! Do not waste your money on this company. Their sizes are not accurate and are not for large women. I bought several items according to the size charts thinking they would be nice and roomy. What I got was not even close. Now, I'm trying to get a refund for all the money I spent and they are playing stupid. They have the item information and they are repeatedly asking for the same details. I am going to start the Paypal complaint process and report this to the Better Business Bureau. Spread the word!
