I am so happy with my dress that I ordered. It got here so quickly which is handy as I have my prom in two weeks. The dress fits so nicely and I'm so happy that I got it made for my size.
The colour is a bit different to what I was expecting but it is still a really nice colour and hopefully other people won't have the same could as me. I have used a bit of silver string for the back to make it more secure as I like to have it more tight than the normal size. I was so happy with the pricing as most people are spending a lot of money on there dress and mine only came to £107 which is really good for a prom dress.

Do not buy from this company! I have ordered two dresses for my daughter in different colours. They have arrived and are not the colours I expected. I immediatley put them back in the packaging (no labels were removed) and initiatied the returns process. Only to be told they will not take them back. These are not personalised and I did not order any bespoke design - they were simply purchased in good faith from their website. I am now fighting for a return and refund. Please do not buy from them!

At first, I was a bit nervous ordering my prom dress online but I am very pleased with the outcome. The dress came way before expected and the company replied to any concerns I had right away. I also got my measurements done custom and I had a few requests to change the dress to my liking and it was perfect. Wow, what can I say, well from placing my order to receiving it. Got an email asking if the size/ measurements were correct, to which I replied. Kept up to date with everything. Took just under 3 weeks to receive. The dress is stunning and the quality is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much. Would recommend 100% to order from here and will definitely order again.

Wrong colour wisteria ordered and sent dusty pink. Will not accept return and claim purple is now pink despite me sending the website pictures to show otherwise

I was skeptical about ordering a dress online from another country. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The communication was great. I had put the wrong post code. They contacted me and corrected it. Daughter chose this for her prom, must admit I was a bit nervous about it, but didn't need to worry. The dress was stunning, beautifully made and great quality as well as a great price. I ordered two dresses (not custom made) to see you can't send them back. Anyway saw I had 24 hours to cancel which is what I did. No problems with the refund at all which was a huge relief. Had it altered and the seamstress said it was one of the most beautiful dresses she had seen. Delivery was as expected ( took a few weeks)

I purposely didn't order a dress which was personalised to fit me incase the dress wasn't as I expected. When it came it was slightly different to the photos and the colour wasn't as shown in the image either. The top of the dress didn't fit me as the cups were too big, so obviously couldn't wear the dress and didn't like it. So I tried processing a return for the dress and explained why, and had to wait 4 days for a reply from someone, only to have them ask why I wanted to return it, giving me no help at all. I'm having to send multiple emails to get a reply, and the communication is very slow and is getting me no where. It's been 2 weeks of me trying to return this dress, and I'm worried I won't get my money back and have wasted £130 which is desperately needed as I'm a student. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.
