I was quite nervous about ordering my wedding dress online as i have never done online shopping before but have heard the horror stories, but turns out there was mothing to worry about this dress fit me perfectly using the measuring guide and picking the one closest to my measurements, it is just a bit long but hey thats easy to fix. It combined the things I loved about dresses I had liked at a bridal store (until I saw prices there) and it is an affordable price! I'm so happy, Thank-you MillyBridal.

I loved everything. The customer care I received before ordering was superb. I had looked at a few dresses before making a final decision and asked questions via chat and email. All were answered quickly. Once I submitted my order, there was concern of the accuracy of the measurements and I was contacted the next day via email and was able to re-do them. Everyone has complimented the dress. It was well made and fit like a glove. I have been suggesting MillyBridal to everyone for all semi-formal and formal wear and would use them again.

Absolutely disgusted with their service. They sent me a dress that was a very terrible copy of a beautiful dress. It did not measure correctly and the fabric was stained. Also the fabric was terrible quality, as was the stitching. They are refusing to give me a refund based on the fabric being stained, making the garment defective, which their policy states they will refund in total. They just keep banging on about how much labour they have put into making the dress and they can't offer a refund. They never acknowledge anything I say and just keep responding with the same nonsense! Avoid them at all costs! They are just scamming people for money with poor quality product.

I paid for speedy delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address. When I eventually received the dress, it was awful. I no longer required it as the formal event had passed well after the dress arrived. After 6 months of bargaining in total breach of their contract, they agreed to refund in full. I returned the dress and they are now refusing to answer. There is no contact number. The live chat is bogus. Total fraudsters. Read very similar customer experience. Out a pocket. Do not trust

We were apprehensive about ordering online but thankfully all went well, communication was good and we had a tracking number for our dress.
It arrived on the date given even though it could have been before or a few days later. Very pleased.
We had to have a slight adjustment made to the hip area but this is because we had an actual size according to measurements. Rather than give measurements and get it wrong. Our daughter looked stunning. Thank you.

I received my dress yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. I was worried how it would be because the price is so good, and it came in the right time. It is identical to the picture. The fabric is an excellent quality, the stitching and sowing are very good. While the under layers are satin like and soft and there are layers of lace, so even with all these layers, I tried this dress on, on an 85 degree day and it breathed well, I didn't feel too hot. I did the custom alterations following the directions on the website and it fits PERFECT! Before buying this dress I had tried dresses on at davids bridal, and other local places, and in comparison this dress would have been minimum of $1500. 00 had I gone through a regular boutique. I also bought the round wire things to put underneath to hold out the volume when I walk but the dress has good volume in itself. Also I did the expedited shipping and the dress came to Wisconsin in about 3 weeks.

On May 15th I received the dress ordered for my granddaughter's prom. It was a full length dress and was in a small plastic bag and was really crumpled. We decided that it was to be returned. No returns form was emailed despite many requests. There was no contact number. The address in London is just a mailbox. I contacted Barclaycard to see if they could offer any help. I mentioned Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to Milly Bridal and stated that I had been given that information by Barclaycard. Various offers of refund were made but I insisted that I wanted to return the dress. Eventually a returns form was emailed and I was told I would receive a full refund when they received the dress. I took out insurance through Royal Mail and a tracking number. I emailed to say the dress had been posted and after two weeks I checked with the Post office who said the dress had been delivered. I then emailed Milly Bridal to tell them and they asked for the tracking number and how it has been sent. I have now receive my full refund after two months of pestering them. In the end it was a matter of principle rather than the money but I am glad to have got it. I will never deal with them again. The motto here is you need to persevere.

I like the quality and the style. I plan to wear this dress to my events. I ordered this dress in ivory and it looks white. I am 5'5" and the dress goes to the floor. I am 230 lbs and normally wear a 16 but I ordered a 18 in this dress. When it arrived it was still too small. I reordered the dress in a 5x and it fits beautifully. I desire a tea length dress so all I will need to do is get the length shortened. I live in Illinois and received both dresses in one month. I am very pleased with my purchase. It is a great price for the dress!
