We ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this website recently. I was very disappointed and heart broken when it arrived. Instead of the glamorous looking dress we ordered for, what we got was a cheap looking damaged dress. When we asked for a refund, we were told they can only refund twenty percent of the cost of the dress!
So I placed an order for my prom dress about a month ago. I was a bit worried because I had heard very mixed reviews of this website. There was a few problems with import tax, as I was not made aware of it prior to buying the dress, however once I contact the website they refunded the money for me with minimum hassel. And now, with the dress having just arrived at my house it is fair to say it was worth every bit of money and time spent! The sizing is slightly off but nothing that a stitch or two cant fix! I am extremely pleased with my dress and can't wait to wear it to prom!

They replied fast and told me to check my spam folder where I found all the emails including confirmation emails and emails about shipping info. That day seemed to be my lucky day. Everything is perfect. Nice dress, kind customer service and also some rewards from them.
Also the dress fits. I do not need to alter it. I am super glad with my dress. I have already recommended to my best friends.

She answers my questions quickly. I also got conformation emails( more than one) and shipment tracking info. Very professional. Isn't it?

They copy the dresses so they are "not eexactly like the one on the website" as they said to me hence my dress arrived with significant differences.
After days of correspondence through the website contact page they refused to let me send it back and refused a refund, after some pushing I managed to get a 40% value of the dress compensation.
Customer service (which doesn't seem to exist, just a person responding to emails) were unhelpful and deflected all of my references to their returns policy, even asking me if it was "fair" to give me the refund when they'd paid out materials and labour costs to make it!
It would seem that http://millybridal.en.alibaba.com is the real website. I corresponded with Alibaba customer services who were extremely helpful and professional, this is how I found out about the deception of the other website.
Go through a website that has full contact details and use a credit card as this gives you greater rights to getting your money back.
I ordered a size 6 dress from millybridal from the millybridal.co.uk site. However the dress sent was a size 10 and when I questioned it they said it was my fault for ordering a USA size 6 which is a uk 10! It was a UK site and nowhere did it say they are USA sizes! So I'm now selling it for a fraction of what I paid and now have to wait to take my daughter out shopping as im recovering from an operation! Nightmare firm! Will never use again, please think carefully before you do! £120.00 out of pocket!

Was i satisfied with what i got? Well The dress was delivered on time 8 days after the payment was made, the colour was exactly as shown in the picture, the fitting was perfect, the interaction with millybridal's customer service was very comforting and i was so damn satisfied. Every occasion i have i hop on to uk. Millybridal 2 dress's from here. And honestly i'm not disappointed one bit, I'm actually so happy and amazed by the service.
