I have ordered at least 5 dresses for my daughter. Always are nicely made. The customer service is awesome, had issue with one dress and they fixed the issue.

I ordered a dress which was custom and got sent a bad quality dress with really short measurements and had to email the company. Luckily i got sent a replacement with was perfff in a good time frame.

Purchased a prom dress from Stacee's last year for my granddaughter who is very tall and slender. The option of custom fitting was so well worth it and the length was perfect as was the bodice fit. She is a dancer and therefore her bust isn't very robust so dresses tend to be too loose in the bust, but Stacee's nailed it.

I ordered a dress but was on vacation and by the time I got back I was past the return window. It's a perfectly fine dress I just thought I was 20lbs lighter. Unfortunately I'm in a wedding with a bridezilla or I would've ordered from a different company.

Don't order from them. We purchased a dress and it did not fit. We asked for refund within the 14 day return policy and even sent photos of the dress showing the tags still on as proof that it was not worn/washed as they requested. They only offered to give us 10% of the cost back. Check websites like reddit and you will see tons people complaining about their return policy. I wish I would have checked those sites before ordering. Scammers!

So I've loved my experiences with Stacee's. We purchased homecoming and prom dresses for my daughter last year, and are back to purchase her prom dress for this year today. The dresses have all been gorgeous, fit her like a glove, and very affordable. I was honestly worried because I've read mixed reviews, so each time I kind of hold my breath until I get the dress. But it's been perfect every time.
