This is my second order for a dress from Stacees. My daughter loved her first one and hoping that she does this one as well too. All their dresses are great prices and wonderful customer service if you have questions they will answer them also.
I ordered a dress but was on vacation and by the time I got back I was past the return window. It's a perfectly fine dress I just thought I was 20lbs lighter. Unfortunately I'm in a wedding with a bridezilla or I would've ordered from a different company.

Don't order from them. We purchased a dress and it did not fit. We asked for refund within the 14 day return policy and even sent photos of the dress showing the tags still on as proof that it was not worn/washed as they requested. They only offered to give us 10% of the cost back. Check websites like reddit and you will see tons people complaining about their return policy. I wish I would have checked those sites before ordering. Scammers!

So I've loved my experiences with Stacee's. We purchased homecoming and prom dresses for my daughter last year, and are back to purchase her prom dress for this year today. The dresses have all been gorgeous, fit her like a glove, and very affordable. I was honestly worried because I've read mixed reviews, so each time I kind of hold my breath until I get the dress. But it's been perfect every time.

The dress was just like the picture I wish I would have custom ordered because my daughter is tiny but mighty. The smallest size was too big for her petite frame. Non the less I will order again when the time comes.

Sent me a size 4, but does not even match the measurements given on website. I asked to return and they said they were unable to and I would have to pay an extra fee, even though tags are attached and dress in original condition. Here is my extra $55 for a new dress, hopefully it matches the size 6 measurements provided on the website.

The dress came in the day before hoco even tho I paid for faster shipping and I got it custom sized but the instructions were unclear so the legs where way to tight. Dress is great quality tho

This business does not honor its refund policy! It took over a month to get the dress. It arrived when I was out of town. As soon as I returned home I tried on the dress and knew it wouldn't work. So I attempted to return the dress, following the instructions, I was told it was past the 14 days. I counted the days and it was actually day 14, they claimed it was day 15. (big deal) I would NEVER order from a company that treats its customers this way! The dress was only tried on, repackaged and was ready to mail on day 14. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, FOR ANYTHING!
