My daughter didn't like the way she looked in the dress. Trying to make a return was impossible. I wish they had a specific return policy on their site so I would be aware they didn't accept returns.

I purchased a fuschia dress for my daughter's first high school homecoming dance last year 7/2024. It had sequins that gave off gold tones and was nice to compliment flowers, jewelry, and her dates clothing to. It fit her perfect and she received so many compliments on the dress. It was also nice for me as didn't break the bank like many of her friend's dresses that didn't look as nice as hers! Will continue to purchase from Stacees

Prior to shopping online at Stacee's, I had ordered a prom dress online from a different vendor. I waited three weeks for it to arrive, and when it still hadn't shown up, I contacted their customer service department, only to be met with frustration and total disappointment. There was no way for them to track my order and because I was quickly approaching their return date 🤯, it appeared that I was going to be charged the full amount. Because it looked like I was out of time, I ended up canceling that order to ensure that I would be refunded. I was totally disappointed to be out of a dress. But a classmate had recommended that I check out Stacee's and I'm so glad that she did. I placed an order that night with expedited delivery and reached out to the customer service department almost immediately, to explain that I was now in a very big hurry for a fast-approaching event. The customer service department was extremely helpful and even though they made no promises, they did say they would do the best they could. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. But my dress did arrive from Stacee's within two business days, just like it said it would. I was beyond grateful. The dress had arrived, fit perfectly and did not need any alterations and I got so many compliments! Thank you, Stacee's, for your outstanding customer service and your willingness to help somebody who was in a big jam.

Prom dress. Ordered from photos on line. Dress was exactly as in photos. We ordered not custom sized. Had dress altered, shortened and taken in by local dress maker, who was amazed at the quality of the dress.
