When I ordered my homecoming dress in the fall, you guys had switched shipping providers without notifying me which made my dress arrive 3 weeks later than the original date. It arrived two days before my homecoming. It was extremely stressful.

I ordered homecoming dresses for my 2 daughters after a not-so-great fitting experience buying from a prom dress from brick and mortar store (fit like a glove in the dressing room, but didn't have enough support for all night). We decided to try out Stacee's with a custom fit for homecoming dresses, and they fit perfectly. The boning in one dress began to pop out and poke, but the dress only needed to be worn one night, so it worked out.

Prom dress and flowers on dress was wrong color. Was promised 20 refund n to keep dress. This was prom and we didn't have time for another dress. And $20 for refund when shipping cost more then that kind of disrespectful. Since it was never received.

I ordered a dress which was custom and got sent a bad quality dress with really short measurements and had to email the company. Luckily i got sent a replacement with was perfff in a good time frame.

Purchased a prom dress from Stacee's last year for my granddaughter who is very tall and slender. The option of custom fitting was so well worth it and the length was perfect as was the bodice fit. She is a dancer and therefore her bust isn't very robust so dresses tend to be too loose in the bust, but Stacee's nailed it.
