This will be our second prom dress for my daughter and Stacee does an amazing job customizing and it always fits like a glove.
We've ordered several homecoming and prom dresses from Stacees and all have been beyond our expectations. Great detail and sizing is spot on. Very happy with all our purchases.
You all lied saying the dress is custom when is not! On your site you have custom OR regular sizes dress and eBay is what we order but you all lied and said it was custom. Dress was all wrinkled and too big.

We have ordered a few times before and we were so impressed with the quality of the dresses. Very beautiful material and the color is what was pictured. We did custom ordering and it was perfect sizing!
I bought my junior prom dress from here and I was a bit skeptical going into it, but ended up pleasantly surprised by quality of the dress. The custom measurements were pretty accurate, although I had to get it a little tailored by my friend because it was just a little too loose around the waist and straps. But other than that, it was a very pleasant experience buying from them.
We were discouraged from returning the dresses we didn't use, we were told they were not guaranteed to arrive at the facility.

Our first order was a great success and our second order was off on color. We requested a refund on the second dress as it was delivered in the wrong color, however, we were never issued the refund.

The dresses were great, but they came way later than they were supposed to, and didn't come in time, and I didn't have them for my prom. We even paid for extra shipping.

We were originally told we could make returns, so we ordered two dresses. Then they wouldn't take the return, but they did reimburse some of the cost, which is why we are return customers.

The website layout is simple to use with most dresses available to see in multiple colors. Options to order off rack sizes or customize is very direct with allowances for time plainly stated. A good variety of dresses to choose from makes compromising with my daughter (what's age appropriate but still fun) easy!

Super easy to order. Was able to give my daughter's exact measurements and communication from Stacees was excellent. They kept updating me through the whole process and double checked my measurements. Delivery was much quicker than expected and they emailed to ask if we were happy with the dress. The dress quality was great, the colour and style was exactly the same as the online images. The dress was stunning and fit perfectly. This is the second prom dress I have ordered from Stacees and both experiences were excellent. I would buy from them again and can highly recommend them. No hidden fees or nasty surprises, just brilliant.

I have been trying to return my dress that I received for prom for almost two weeks. They keep trying to give me options to resell the dress. The dress is heavy and does not fit me how I expected. I tried working with their team but I feel like I have just been given the run around. I'm thinking maybe this is to push it past the two week limit for return.
