This business is a joke I ordered a dress for my daughter prom well it hasn't arrived I paid extra for the 3-5 day delivery the prom has now been and gone and we still don't have the dress trying to get a refund is ridiculous they don't want to give my money back my delivery details haven't even updated now its too late we have no need for the dress don't try and contact them either you get all different t robot type people who are on repeat.

I have just checked e-mails and surprise, surprise - since my last review written on 7th July we received yet another 'ticket' on 13th July in response to my request for a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT NEED TO RETURN THE DRESS - THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Avoid this company like the plague, ordered a dress for a prom which should have arrived within 3 to 6 days - 3 weeks later and after the prom the most shockingly poor quality dress arrived. Company are refusing to give a refund.

Very happy with my dress, if u use custom size it fits perfectly and loved the material aswell. Overall I was very happy, shipping takes a while like a month or more but was worth it

Bought a dress for my daughter for her prom. Used the size guide and ordered size 8, perfect fit, no need for alterations. Very happy, looks more expensive than it is.

Well am still waiting for my money back from this disgusting company!
My daughter now is not going to her prom, because we can't afford to buy another dress!
Please be aware that this company is not UK based and they will not accept returns or GIVE you your MONEY back!

I was looked after and my emails were replied to quickly. Dress arrived in good time (slight delays due to pandemic but fully understandable). Dress looks great and I went for made to measure and it fits perfectly!

Ordered a sequined, column dress for a black tie event from here as it was the only website where the prices were reasonable and they had sizes small enough to fit me. Dress should have taken 3/4 weeks to arrive but was with me within 2 weeks. When I opened it, I couldn't actually believe how beautiful it was-I think I was expecting to be disappointed as it was so cheap compared with similar dresses on other websites, but I am absolutely thrilled with it. Bought it for my wedding in May 2022, I ordered 1 size smaller than which is ok as that is my insentive to make sure I lose the weight to fit the dress in time for my wedding. I am very happy overall with the dress itself is made well and absolutely beautiful. Great deal for the price. I would definitely purchase from this seller. Meets my expectations.

So I found myself needing a bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding. I needed it to get here quickly and I needed to make sure I could still use it for other things if travel was still restricted. And Google helpful pointed me towards Milly Bridal UK. I was utterly thrilled to find a place based here in the UK as that meant time wouldn't be quite such a pressing issue.

The site was very easy to navigate on my phone and I was soon able to find dresses in the colour scheme and even able to check the size range. It's an impressive range by the way. There's a very easy to follow guide to help you narrow down exactly which size would work best for you but I decided to treat myself and go with a custom size. Even this was easily explained and so easy to use.

I gave my measurements, paid and then all I had to do was wait. The delivery was a complete surprise but that's because I forgot to check on the progress. As soon as it arrived I immediately tried it on. A little bit of instruction instruction the top half of the dress would have been helpful but I did soon figure out the wrapping on my own.

Another worry I had was that I wouldn't be able to feel the material until I had the dress in my hands. I'm autistic and that means sensory issues with materials and also temperatures. What if this material was too heavy for me or felt horrible and I wouldn't be able to wear it all day? Thankfully that wasn't an issue. It's incredibly light and soft I felt so pretty while wearing it. If I did have an issue, I have no doubts that the customer service chat would have been incredibly helpful.

They do also have test dresses so you can narrow down style, colour and size but I didn't quite have the time or budget for that. Another reason I went straight for the custom sizing option. Its an absolutely beautiful dress from a very easy to use website. Younger users on lower wages like myself might have to budget and plan ahead of time before committing but every penny is absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be considering Milly Bridal when I finally get around to my own wedding.

I was getting married in a few weeks and saw the most perfect dress on the Milly Bride website. I placed a rush order and my dress came in time! I was so happy! It fit perfectly and was so beautiful.
