Communication between myself and the company was brilliant, they answered any questions I had about my order and its location. The dress itself was 10/10 and especially considering its cheap price. The material felt expensive and the dress fit like a glove, I couldn't have asked for any better.

I ordered this beautiful champagne coloured dress, and it took just as long as it said to arrive (in my case it was just about three weeks). It was delivered efficiently and the dress was breathtaking. Exactly the colour i ordered and it fit perfectly! (for everyone's information i ordered a size 18). The design was exactly like it had been shown and it looked so intricate and carefully made. It truly made me look like the princess i always wanted to look like! :D

Personally i loved my dress and the satin fabric was so nice it was surprisingly heavy as well, although it was a bit long, i ended up loving it once i had heels on and i would 100% buy from here again, for any occasion. The customer support is so lovely as well. Overall brilliant experience.

I bought my daughter's prom dress from Milly's Bridal and found the made to measure element accurate, the colour and sizing as described and the quality fantastic. Even though it was not made in the UK the communication via email was really good with photos of the dress being made sent to me.
The quality is fantastic, and the dress was lined. I went online as nothing in the shops here were quite right and even when you bought the dress you have to pay for it adjusting, hence the made to measure element with Milly Bridal is such a good idea. I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a custom tailored dress for my uncles wedding as I've had no luck with my size on other websites however millybridal not only double checked my measurements beforehand and my dress arrived quickly and looked exactly like the picture and fit perfectly. I also got multiple updates on shipping and delivery which I really appreciated. So so happy!

The dress feels expensive and heavy but lightweight on the body. Its gorgeous and sparkly too, very different to other dresses! I picked custom sizing and it fit me perfectly with no issues so definitely worth paying more for sizing and mind peace. Shipping did not take long either came on time before the prom and was not damaged. Customer service is also big help, quick and easy communication. Overall really recommend.

This company not only had great communication and helpful service, but the dress was beautiful too. Purchased for my daughter prom. Make sure you measure before you buy as sizing is different to European. Also my daughter is 5ft6 amd was wearing heels but as we more petite I took the hem up as was very long. Thia was easy enough to do, but just to make anyone aware you may also need to do this if you like us on the shorter, side. The quality of the dress was excellent and also washes well. She looked and felt like a princess. Thank you, so much for all your help.
