The customer service here is bad. They canceled my first order for a discount problem, ok that's fine. In stead of replacing the order left me to do it, again, whatever. Then I see they credited me $20 less than they billed me? Not cool. Won't answer me. Just annoyed at this point and will continue to reach out.

I got the 3 pack of polo shirts. I was taken with the advertising, pretty effective I usually don't succumb to social media advertising. Out the bag I wasn't super impressed, until I tried one on. Definitely a comfortable shirt. And it looks great on me. My wife noticed it right away when she walked in. Unfortunately I washed one and it shrunk, so now it's too short, and a bit tight on shoulders and arms. I'm most disappointed. The care instructions on tag says tumble dry low, I did. I will wash the others and lay flat to dry going forward. I think you should put this instruction to lay flat to dry on the care tag to avoid this going forward. I give my rating based on shrinking factor, if they didn't shrink I'd likely be giving a 5 star.

Product headed to thrift store which will probably toss in their rag bin. The t-shirt fit is horrendous unless you enjoy cling wrap. The polos are even worse. The briefs have no window so are only useful in squat-to-pee evolutions. Order at least a size up if you want it to fit out of the box... three sizes up if you want it to fit after a wash. The cheapest Chinese product I have ever seen.

I'm not entirely sure where all the rave reviews come from but this is not a well made shirt. 2 huge conplaints that nobody mentions. 1. Bacon collar after 1 wash. I'm not kidding. Thats such a big pet peeve for me and this 18 dollar shirt did it in only one wash
2. The shirt will shrink one full size after you wash it. In this day and age, how are you not using preshrunk cotton. I did an exchange but had the same issue. I find it really hard to believe that a majority of the rave reviews are true and aren't bought. Just my experience.

I like the fit of these, as they advertise. But being blended material, the collars don't look too good (look worn) after a little while, and I imagine will look pretty rough over time.

Save your money. These shirts are overpriced T-shirt's. I tried them and I'm not happy with the deceptive advertising practices.

Love these tees. The cut is amazing and love how they make me look and feel. Customer service is also top notch.

I wanted to purchase some tees for my husband but wasn't sure what size would fit him. I asked someone on their social media and was given his size, pack options, and how I could get a welcome code all within what seemed like a few minutes. Whoever I spoke to thank you. I have a very happy husband who has asked for True Classic for every Birthday, Holiday, and Anniversary from here on out!

My husband loves everything. The tees and boxer briefs are his favorite. I love the joggers and socks. Everything is so soft and comfortable. Perfect for that work from home life

I was a little apprehensive buying these initially but I have to say these are some of the best fitting t shirts I have bought! I now own almost every color! I especially love the long liner shirts and long sleeve shirts! These shirts will continue to be a staple in my closet.

I have ordered multiple times and every time the tees are amazing and my husband looks so good. The boxers are his favorite and my son loves the socks.

I bought their tees for my husband as a gift. They fit him so well! I was quite surprised at how flattering they are- around his arms but doesn't hug his belly. He loves how comfortable they are- the shirt just feels so soft. I've been really impressed. I've also interacted with customer service once with some questions and they were more than helpful. We will definitely be purchasing more.

Not only do I look way better in True Classics than my old shirts, they have some awesome products that are just as comfortable and have replaced 60% of my wardrobe. Had a little mixup with sizing, the customer service team was AWESOME. I don't ever leave reviews but after that experience, I had to say something.

There are currently two commercials out for classic tees. I love both of them. The bedroom one is my absolute favorite.

I used the size guide (i'm 5'11/180) and said go with Large. I'm a hard medium in everything. But I took their word for it and shirts were way to big. I do think if I washed them they would shrink, but I didn't want to chance it for 3 poor quality, flimsy material shirts that cost $50 bucks. I tried one on, immediately put back in the bag and can't wait to return these. I'm mostly disappointed that they hype them up like they are "classic" implying good durable material. I'd say these are more in line with fast fashion where they saw the opportunity to get cheap materials, pump up marketing dollars, and turn a quick buck. Tired of these fast fashion online brands.

These are just another gimmick shirt being sold for way more then its worth. Walk into a Kohls and they have shirts like this for 12 bucks, in many more colors.

So you can not exchange or return their specials. Which is important when you order a bundle of clothes and they are not true to size. Even following their size guidelines. Even sent us a hoodie with the pocket ripped! I wouldn't waste my money if I were you.

I recently bought two of these t shirts for my husband. They fit well and are great quality. They do fit better than a generic print shirt, but they don't fit any better than many of my husband's other t shirts. The price point is not too expensive. Around $25, but I could find a t shirt like this for cheaper. The website is easy to use, but there were so many things sold out. That really narrowed my color choices. Shipping was fast. All in all, it's a quality product that fits well... but nothing super special like the commercials make you think. If you look like Chris Farley, it's not going to make you look like Captain America. I'd recommend it, but don't expect miracles.
