You'll never convince me that another company is better. Customer service, product, everything. They're the best bar none. Buy into them and you'll never go back….

I'm very picky with my T-shirts as I have a weird body type and not many shirts fit me correctly. Often times (99.99%), other shirts shirts fit me very good once and then after that they become rags. BUT not with these true classic shirts. They do shrink just a little bit so I purchase the size up from what I normally wear. Which doesn't bother me any as it's the same cost and when they do shrink they don't look irregularly sized. I absolutely love these shirts and plan to buy many more. I purchased about $700 worth so far and have about 20 plus shirts from them. Every paycheck if I have a little bit left over I always purchase at least one set. I have finally found the HOLY GRAIL of T-shirts for me.

True classic tees has great customer service. Knowing that this is a e commerce company, they make you feel that you don't need to go to a store and purchase shirts that are needed.

Shirts are comfy, shipping is fast as well.

If you have any issues, all you need to do is send them an email and they will go above and beyond. If you are not satisfied, they will answer your question before you even ask.

I will always be a future customer and not go to a mall just to purchase shirts.

Website is user friendly as well.

I have spent a lot of my own money on True Classic products. I have many of their crew neck t-shirts in my wardrobe. Overall, they have been fantastic. I wash all of the shirts in cold water and lay flat to dry. No shrinking issues have been experienced. I have had a few of them fit differently, from the factory than the majority of the others I have received. However, they stand behind their product and they are always willing to listen and make right, whatever the issue is. Their customer service is quick to resolve the issue and that is very much appreciated.

It's soft cotton I will give the company that. I wear an extra large and this is on the small side and I haven't washed it yet. Kind of disappointing for almost $60. A generic t-shirt at best and the sleeves are too long. Soft generic cotton t-shirt. Disappointed. No pockets. Three t-shirts and one package it was a pretty small package! I thought maybe it was a single t-shirt. I wonder if I can get my money back?

I decided I needed new shirts and this add popped up on face, conveniently, so I got a 6 pack. They are very soft and super comfortable. Once i washed the shirts, one of them shrank and 2 other started coming apart at the seems. I decided to message them to just let them (True Classic) know how disappointed i was in the shirts durability. Within minutes I got a reply back and they asked to give more detail. I took pictures and told them everything. They then decided to send me 3 brand new shirts without informing me. I was not asking for a refund, nor for them to replace my items. We went back and forth with information and details all within a half an hour. The speed at which they replied to me was very astonishing. Usually it takes a company a day or two to get ahold of you. Not True Classic Tees! They treated me very well. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered the 6 pack of shirts 2 of the six fit, the others not so much. I messaged them they have awesome customer service, they sent me 4 more 1 of the 4 fit like their funny $#*! commercials said, iam not goin to contact them again, 1star for quality 5 for consumer service

Ok down and dirty. Bought a 5 pack of XL in the variety colors. Blue grey black green white. I tried on the XL which the site recommended and it was a bit too big. Since it's 60/40 I figured it wasn't going to shrink so I sent it back to exchange for a L. Larges arrived and I was stoked. They fit rad. Then I washed them... now they're mediums! For being 60/40 they shrink like they're 100% cotton! Not super pumped. And in order to exchange they have to be unwashed and in original packaging. So I'm out 115 bucks and I have no t shirts. But my wife has some new night shirts... so there's that. Pics attached. White is pre wash, black is post wash.

Order my true classic tees. They were suppose to be here on the 10th of the month. They are still not here. Somehow according to shipping they was in my town then got shipped back out and still aren't here. They use a ups to a isps mail innovations which truly sucks. Mail innovations are super late for everything. If this is the shipping then I highly doubt I will ever buy from this company again.

I had an issue with an order and these guys turned it around for me no questions asked! I've dealt with a lot of companies that have bad refund policies and these guys are very fair and delivered as promised.

I followed their website size chart and ordered a 3 pack of XXL. WAAAAAY too big. Returned for XL. After 1st wash, they shrank down to a size L. Now I'm stuck with $70 worth of shirts that I cant wear.

I have over eight T-shirts and three sweatpants and four hoodies. I love everything. It fits so well and they're so comfortable. Thank you for makingsuch a great product for men that are a little bit more chunky lol.

These are the most comfortable shirts ever. When I ordered the wrong size, they were quick to provide return information and refund. You don't find customer service like this anymore!

I had an issue with the cuff on one of the sleeves on one of the shirts from a 3 pack that I ordered. I had only washed it twice and was a bit dismayed that it had happened so soon. In todays world I figured I was out of luck. I sent an e-mail to the indicated address on a Saturday and fully expected not to hear anything until Monday. Within an hour I had a response from a human being or at least a human enough bot to address my issue with. They asked if I could send pictures of the issue, and I did and before I knew it I received an e-mail confirming my order, then I received an e-mail saying that they were sending a replacement shirt. It was refreshing to receive such amazing service in the shortest time I have ever experienced. I'm 53 and have seen many things come and go and hope this company stays. The quality of the shirts and the service you receive are equally worthy of high praise

I had a size discrepancy between colors even before washing. They were quick to respond to my first review, emailed me personally, and took great care of fixing my issue. For now they fit and feel great.

Ordered a 6-pack of multi-colored, vneck t-shirts in XXL. Processing/shipping time is decent and status update emails are good but thats kind of expected. Im 6'0 280lbs so i'm def a bigger guy.

I opened up a shirt to try it on. I had high expectations from the marketing campaign and the images i've seen only to be pretty disappointed. Im not saying the shirts are bad, they're just not for me. The material is pretty basic, nothing special, but not lower quality than other tshirts in my wardrobe. The biggest let down was that in a XXL, the sleeves extended past my elbows and the shirt length went down to the middle of my butt... Its a basic, boxy tshirt with sleeves that are far too long. Shame really.
