I ordered a three pack of XXL shirts based on the website recommendations. The shirts are thin and just OK quality. The fit is strange, They are longer, fit my chest and stomach area fin but hang off my shoulders by about two inches. These will end up being yard work shirts.

True Classic has long sold form fitting T-shirts, and Henleys, both long and short sleeve. They now offer Polo Shirts that are more lightweight and moisture wicking. But you may consider the next size up due to different design to allow enough room for your arms.

After following your campaign on sites like Facebook and Instagram, I was encouraged to place an order for three t-shirts and was so absolutely satisfied that I ordered another order of six. They make me feel so comfortable that they are the only shirts I wear. Excited, the next thing I ordered was an order of three hats, and that's where I was not happy at all. They're not difficult to fit but I don't understand why the front of the caps is so uncomfortably stiff, as if it has, effectively, a piece of cardboard inside. I wonder why in the reviews no one else mentions this?

I purchased a set of shirts for my husband and had a minor issue with only one of the shirt fitting a little bigger than the rest. I contacted customer service and received exceptional customer service immediately and they resolved the situation within 24 hours. I was so impressed with both the quality of the shirts but also their kindness and customer service. I will continue to support them. Can't wait to purchase more things for the men in my family! :)

They don't fit around the arms like they said they will. And the fit is like any regular t-shirt. Need a refund or review of my order please. Not happy with product.

Amazing customer service! Had a problem with my order saying that was delivered but it wasn't. I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond and we're able to remedy the problem with just sending out a completely new order. They really didn't have to do that but they went above and beyond to help me!

I recently purchased over $250 worth of clothing from True Classic Tees. I've purchased a few prior to this order and was happy with the quality. This time I ordered polo, crew and v-neck. I received the order, threw then in the wash on cold and in the dryer on delicate. Based on my first order I thought this would be best for the least amount of shrinkage. Half of the shirts I ordered look and fit a size too small. I was disappointed and emailed them explaining it just as I have here. They responded quickly and replaced the shirts I wasn't happy with.

Xxl did not fit well way to small they are letting me return but I won't have them for my trip so lame.

Great quality, great service and a great deal! I will be getting more clothes in the future. I highly recommend looking at the packs.

Ordered a set of 3 large tees based in stuff chart and experience. I'm 6' 4" 220. Normally wear a medium tall. Got tees and they were baggy. Returned them (ate the $7 S&H) and ordered mediums (paying the $7 S&H again). Mediums were way too tight. Got on the site chat to ask to get my S&H refunded this time. The support rep was telling me to try an XL based in my size and kept linking me to the return page. Want listening to anything I was typing. Really poor experience.

I have purchased over 30 of their shirts and some of their shorts because I loved the old design so much. Generic T-Shirts always fit baggy or loose on me and I loved that True Classic fit clean, no baggy, and used nice fabric.

I've been ordering shirts every few months and the order I received last week had shirts that were MUCH different and significantly lower in quality than everything else in my closet. They fit loose and baggy, they go down almost to my knees, and the fabric is paper thin and low quality. These aren't the same shirts and, honestly, they seem lower quality than what I would get in a 10 pack of Hanes.

I contacted the company and they said "we never change our designs by more than 5%…." Which kind of just confirmed that they did change their product and that they were hoping nobody would notice. Not sure if they made several "5% changes" since my last order…. But the new shirts are junk and im not ordering from them again. They did offer to replace the shirts I had…. And then shipped the same exact shirts and made me print a shipping label and find a box to send them the same shirts they sent me back to them (not sure why they thought this was a reasonable solution.)

Honestly really sad about this one. They had a great product that I would have paid a premium price for and now they offer low quality shirts instead. :/

True Classic's customer support. They ROCK!
Buy the Tee's and you will absolutely enjoy the softness, the style and especially the fit.

I saw all the advertising on social media apps and decided to give them a try since they boasted a tight fit around the arms but loose body. I put in my measurements on the site and was advised on a Medium. What arrived are extremely small shirts. I'm 5'9" 162 lbs slightly muscular build and these are really small. Across the 3 shirts there was quite a bit of variation in the sizing. I was most disappointed in the body size not being loose at all as described on the ads. I have basic graphic tees that fit much better. I'm worried that a large wouldn't have the tight fitting arms as described either. It's really just a basic color tee with nothing special to offer.

This company is the worst. My shirts came in and thru can only fit a baby. I tried live chat told me I was to late for return and they cut me off. Never buy from them again. They can stick it.

I ordered in April for Father's Day, so unfortunately I cannot get an exchange or return now. The cotton is soft but the fit is so small. My husband wears an XL In All other Shirts. The T-shirts are an ok fit but the polos are laughable. I'll have to see if I can sell them. If you live in Canada you'll get better value at Mark's
