I contacted costumer Service many times and received the same scripted response every time. They took no time to look into what was happening with the shipping even after I told them my order was going back and forth between several states. I would not recommend ordering from them.

I love these t-shirts. They are loose around the middle and tighter around the arms, chest and neck. They make your arms look more muscular and they have a great fit around the chest and neck. They are light weight and perfect for summer wear. I like them so much I bought 6 more.

All of the clothes that I have ordered from True Classic have arrived in a very quick manner. And all of it is quality stuff. I have plenty of tees and long sleeve shirts that fit perfectly and look good as well. I work out in them, wash them often and they still look great!

Outstanding product, excellent service. I'm actually looking forward to the next time I need some shirts, because I know exactly who I'm going to.

I bought the six pack. Three shirts were made in China the other 3 made in Egypt. The ones from China were smaller and I hate the fit. The Egyptian made shirts fit a lot better but still so so.

Don't waste your money. Buy made in USA. I definitely will not buy true classic again.

Product was basically as I expected. Material was a little thinner than I thought. Shipping was 3 days longer than expected date but they compensated me the shipping money.
At this point I'd be a returning customer.

I ordered a xxxl from this site, and I would not recommend! The shirts were tight fitting around the gut and hugged my love handles. So there's a little false advertisement going on. Also the shirts did not hug my arms well, and I have 20inch arms.

Expected more, what I received after my purchase was an extremely thin tee shirt that run on the small side.

Do NOT waste your money.

Instead of a Polo Shirt 5 pack, they only shipped one polo shirt. As I was packing for my trip, I opened the package and discovered their error. I contacted customer service, and they shipped out my new order 2,3 day UPS arriving on Monday, when I clearly stated I was flying out Saturday. Errors happen all the time, however does someone check these orders before they go out? My mistake was placing my confidence in this company and delaying opening the package. I was also naive that customer service would do the right thing.

I really like the shirts, however one accidentally got put through the dryer (only on medium heat for delicates) and it shrunk considerably. Comparing to a freshly opened one from the same pack you can really see it's 1 or maybe even 2 full sizes smaller. Luckily it was only one of the shirts that got put through there but this one just feels uncomfortable to wear now.

I recently received an order that didn't fit quite right as I'm between sizes. Upon reaching out to True Classic (which was super easy as the have many contact options) I was asked to try washing 1 tee to see if that would help. Unfortunately it was still a little large on me, so without hesitation they offered to send my complete order 1 size smaller completely free. Better yet, they didn't make me go through the hassle of trying to return the tees since I live in Canada. They suggested I donate them to a homeless shelter which was a great idea and in turn helping the needy. The new shirts are a great fit for great cost. Go with True Classic, you won't be disappointed!

I wasn't in the market for a t-shirt, but I am thrilled I clicked on to there website. I ordered my first set and delivered it quickly, BUT upon opening my first of six shirts, I noticed a slight snag which caused a run in the shirt. I was set on returning everything based on this, but first I tried it on, and MAN, it fit, felt, and looked amazing! I decided to reach out to their customer care team via email, and in less than twenty-four hours, they I reached out, Empathized with my situation, and before I finished reading their response, I had an additional email waiting with a replacement, tracking info, and fantastic support. Already looking for other shirts, and the long sleeves are on my list. Thank you again, True Classic.

I'm 5'9 135lbs and the mediums fit great. A little loose on the arms but I'm no body builder and the smalls would be too short for me. The pricing is a little high for plain shirts but it is what it is!

I have always had an issue finding the right shirt. Usually they are too big or fit too small, sleeves are baggy and just don't look right. So, I gave true classic a try and I am so happy I did. The fit is absolutely perfect and does not seem to fade after washing. Fantastic quality too. I will be purchasing more!

Bought 9 shirts that fit so well and feel so good that it will be hard for them not be my go-to shirts from now on. One shirt came with a stitching defect on the right sleeve which I took a picture of and emailed to customer service and in less than 24 hours without any question, I receive a shipping notification that a replacement is being sent out to me at no charge.

Customer service reached out to me afterwards to ensure everything else met my expectations. As incredibly difficult it is these days to have good customer service from small and large companies alike, it was a breath of fresh air to have been helped by this team.

The 6 pak of XL tees I ordered were too big and I used the Classic size guide for sizing. I saw all the commercials for these tees and I wanted in. I was disappointed that the shirts were too big. When I requested a refund they were happy to refund my purchase (less shipping) but they wanted me to be happy and asked if they could send me a sample tee shirt in the next smaller size at no charge. I accepted and love the fit of it. I will definitely order more in the smaller size in the future. I just thought that they went above and beyond to look after me. Thank you for the great service!
