Concealing how rigid your tripflex trap is: if I knew that I couldn't change my return ticket, after I have used my first segment, I would not buy it, in the first place. Malicious business practices. So, you basically buy a rigid class from the CZ airlines, put your useless add-on, and sell it as something flexible (when it's not, in reality). I have to Google and spend a considerable amount of time to find this out... whereas it should be stated upfront when you offer this feature.

Very bad experience

Very disappointed with the complaint and refund process. After paying, system cancel my booking, but the process was unnecessarily complicated. Following up on the refund was extremely difficult, and customer service couldn't give any clear answers. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and very disappointing service.

Should I or Should I not

I've never used an OTA before and was very hesitant and skeptical about purchasing using trip.com. The prices are sometimes lower than airline advertise on their website. I made a purchase and was so surprise right away i had the airline confirmation and I got to save a few hundreds. Not sure about customer service as I have not needed to contact them yet. I hope if I do need support that they are readily available and provide quality customer service. If everything goes well with no booking issues for sure I will be using their site in the near future.

Immediately upon payment prior to ticket issuance, the help desk indicated that i could make change without any charges and the site also indicated ticket will be issued a few days time but when i tried cancel to rebook, the system immediately change the status to ticket issued! Hence, that will incur charges for the cancelation or change. So bad!

Flight booking Itinerary

I completed my flight booking, but the itinerary should be sent automatically after the booking is confirmed rather than requiring customers to request it. Overall, the booking process was fine, but this would make the experience more convenient. I requested to the airline for confirmations and Trip.com have now sent me the itineraries.

Good experience

After the war with Iran started my flight over BKK - AUH - ZRH was not possible anymore. No help from the airline at all!
I was searching for flights on other airlines own websites and the all showed no availability or seats. Trip.com as the only one! I have never booked over a platform and was a bit nervous if and when my booking would show up on the airlines (TG and LH) systems.
Turns out after just a few minutes I was able to use the booking number provided and saw my flights.
From then on updating personal info and check-in was seamless.

It makes it easier

Trip.com has a very user-friendly interface. I often struggle with booking stuff, but their app is really straight forward. If you travel a lot you also accrue good benefits, like airport lounges (with free alcohol and food). I use it whenever I travel.

Violet-the angle of the world

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Violet at Trip.com.

I recently encountered an issue with a hotel booking that was completely my own mistake, and the reservation was unfortunately non-refundable. When I contacted customer support, Violet handled my case with exceptional patience, professionalism, and understanding. Instead of simply pointing out the policy limitations, she genuinely tried her best to help me minimize the loss and carefully explored every possible option.

Throughout the whole process, Violet was extremely responsive, thoughtful, and responsible. She explained the situation clearly, communicated with the hotel on my behalf, and kept me updated step by step. Her attitude made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I truly felt that she cared about helping the customer rather than just closing the case.

Customer service like this makes a real difference. Violet's kindness, dedication, and professionalism reflect very positively on Trip.com. I am very grateful for the effort she made to assist me and for the patience she showed throughout the entire process.

Disappointing...

Needed to find alternative flights for Doha, but search in app kept showing Qatar flights which were all grounded. Other searches on Trip were VERY expensive compared to other sites such as MyTrip.com

Can't reach live customer support

When booking a connect flight it gives you pm flight with 11 hour overnight wait in the airport for connection flight instead of recommending the flight in am. Then when you try to change the flight - their 30 sec AI assistant is only good to say the flight provider doesn't allow the change. Very poor experience when you spent thousands on the trip.
