I had a very stressful situation related to a booking issue, and Taha handled it with exceptional professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. From the very beginning, he was attentive, understanding, and truly committed to helping me resolve the problem.
His support turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a much more manageable one. I felt listened to, respected, and sincerely helped throughout the entire process.
Customer service like this is rare and truly valuable. Taha did an outstanding job, and I am incredibly grateful for his help and dedication.

The app's ticket cost fluctuate chaotically. The tickets we do purchase get cancelled and sold off to other buyers forcing us to purchase new tickets at more expensive rates with inconvenient dates with outrageous layovers. Trip.com is a scam

We’re sorry about your experience. Airfare on Trip.com is supplied by airlines and updates in real time, so prices can change as seat availability and demand shift—we don’t manually mark up prices. Trip.com does not cancel issued tickets or “sell them to other buyers. ” If a confirmed ticket is canceled, that decision is made by the airline (e.g., schedule change/operational reasons). We follow the airline’s policy to arrange change or a refund.
We just came back from a 41/2 month trip. We found that flights and hotels, booked by Trip.com were the best prices overall thru our entire stay. Good communication if we had questions or needed help. We will keep using Trip.com as long as it has competitive prices.

Unlike the Booking.com website, my experience with Trip.com was far more straight forward with minimal fuss. I did find it amusing that merely clicking refresh on the browser made it predictable to change the prices, though, I guess that's typical business. Great website layout with easy / predictable operation.

The support staff at trip.com—Rei C, Alex H, Karina, and others—helped us obtain a document confirming that our children will be staying with us in hotels in Japan—Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo. Previous experience with Chat was 5*. I tried to repeat the exact same process and chat said that it could not help. I needed to choose my seat on business class flight.

Great prices easy process.although did have some issues booking our infants flights. Would be great if when there is an issue there was someone from trip.com to speak with and not just a robot.

I had to cancel trip to Indonesia due to Iran situation & Quatar not in operation.
TRIP. Com only refunded a portion of my money. TRIP. Com kept $500! I will never use them again. From now on I will book flights directly with Airline. Lesson learned.

The website was easy to navigate. Flight information provided for each sector with pricing made it cost effective to choose flights based on my travel preference. After ticket purchase Trip.com kept me posted on changes to flight departure time etc. giving the option to either accept or make changes to flight reservations. Would recommend Trip.com.

Once decided, the process was surprisingly fast. Trip saved my personal data - no need for tedious inputing. It stored my verified card. Once the cv number is keyed, it only took seconds.
Payment has been a bear w other apps I used before, often resulting in denied payment after a tedious process to decide on the flight.
TQ & appreciate trip's efficiency.
PS: trip was significantly cheaper than the airlines own app which I happen to have.

I am extremely disappointed with Trip.com's service. I made a booking for my sister but realized a date error immediately. Despite purchasing a new correct ticket right away and contacting support within minutes, I was told a 50% refund "might" be possible, but the system prevented any actual correction.
The staff was not proactive in helping me resolve this obvious error. To make matters worse, there was confusion regarding whether the ticket was issued, which led to even higher fees later on. It feels like the platform is designed to profit from mistakes rather than support loyal customers. Very poor communication and zero flexibility. I will think twice before booking here again.

Planning a big trip travelling around the UK it has been great to have everything in the one place, I love the app as I just open and look at "My Trips" and it is all together. So much help finding transport and accommodation options. Love it

Initially used Trip.com to book for cheap flights on several of our overseas holidays. Now used the app to book for our entire travel, flight, hotel, road and rail travel and even buying eSIM and tickets to all attractions. Trip.com have it all. They come with simple explanations and directions. I have used many travel app and nothing beat Trip.com. Simply the best and hope they continue to innovate.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
