I was having some difficulty with my travel plans and the booking made with a particular hotel. The customer service team from Trip.com over a period of two weeks tried to resolve the issues with the hotel. They were prompt with their responses, Jasmine kept me updated with what was happening both by email and phone call, and I got the impression that she was really trying to help me with what she could. It wasn't easy but we managed to reach a compromise in resolving the matter. Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
