I got an amazing deal for direct flights from Los Angeles to Shanghai and from Bangkok to Los Angeles. The price and time on the plane to get to my destination was the cheapest and fastest available online. Furthermore Trip.com was offering a 65% discount as well. Extremely pleased.

I paid for my ticket and email said it would be issued within 20 min. Now they say 12 days to receive the ticket, unacceptable.

Ho avuto due prenotazioni con trip la prima mi arrivato la conferma della prenotazione e in struttura ho scoperto che la prenotazione non esiste e dovuto a prenotare di nuovo pagando una cifra la seconda per motivi errore di sistema la data della mia entrata del 9 arrivato in email di conferma l 8 alle fine non si può modificare ne cancellare sconsiglio questo appe.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
