Our booking for 4 stars hotel in Ha Long was confirmed and paid. When we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist said that hotel was closed already for some reason. We contacted Trip.com to solve the problem. Ms Elly from Customer Service replied and she managed to resolve the problem by offering near by hotel immediately. It was an upgrade to 5 stars hotel and a little compensation (as credit reward) for inconvenience. We were very happy with customer service and responsibility taken by Trip.com. It is the most Reliable and Trustworthy OTA I ever had.

I flew with Flair Airlines from Toronto to Halifax on Thursday, October 9. The flight departed on time at 7:50 AM and actually arrived 15 minutes early, landing at 10:45 AM. Booking through Trip.com was straightforward — I received timely follow-up emails and had no trouble checking in online ahead of time. I traveled light with just a personal item, so I didn't need to deal with baggage or extra fees. The entire experience was uneventful in the best way: no delays, no surprises, and everyone I encountered — staff and fellow passengers — was pleasant. I'd seen quite a few negative reviews online, but my own experience was completely hassle-free. Based on this trip, I'd absolutely recommend both Flair Airlines and Trip.com for efficient, budget-friendly travel.

I had booked a flight through trip.com and realized within 3 minutes of booking, that I accidentally selected the wrong airport. I chatted with customer care and even put a cancellation request right away and she assured me that I will get some money back for the first leg of my journey. It's an international law that tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking but they ignored my request and cancelled my request without even informing me. I get in touch with them 2 days later and get the same response. Never booking with them again.

It would have been all easy if we didn't have to book twice separately because my husband and son had the same name. We couldnt book in one payment. I have been booking flights many times but only time had a book separately. I little nerve wrecking because your not sure if you will be on time booking for the same flight because you dont know how many tickets are left by the time you book the other passengers. Other than that its all good.

Poor customer service response. I reached out to Trip.com after missing my flight because the airline counter closed early. They promised a 30-50 minute response time, but I waited more than 2 hours with no proper resolution. I expected better support in urgent situations. Sadly, I had to pay $200 extra for me and my wife just to reschedule the next flight.

Trip.com's information and promises are false. Their booking details are misleading, and their email responses are just excuses that keep you waiting with no real solution for over a week. I had to escalate and file a complaint with my bank. Do NOT trust Trip.com for your flight bookings — they are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Mostly of my experience at Trip.com are good and feeling are very easy. However, I have few bad experience on Air-ticket Purchase and Universal studio Singapore ticket. Due to the mechanism of respond by trip.com and their partners.

I recently contacted trip.com to cancel my hotel booking as we had a a sudden bereavement in our family and initially I felt I was not being listened to from trip.com or the hotel. I have not had a sim in China and found use of trip.com to book flights, hotel and get reviews including maps and details on local attractions very helpful. This is my first time in China and trip.com was recommended to me by local expats. Very useful. A good tip for Americans traveling here.

This was my 1st experience with Trip.com., and i was a little bit worried due to getting the tickets not at the moment but after a while. I have applied over BOT system to chase the tickets, because the ones were with discount and the discount was given for temporary. After half an hour my tickets were issued and sent to my email, i have immediately check ticket references online and everything was in order.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
