I input wrong year of birthday after ticket issued, after I found in 5 minutes and called service, follow the instructions by email, fixed right away
Overall I haveis is the case. Been very happy with the ease of booking Hotels, trains and air. But lately when trying to book hotels in advance Trip has not allowed me to do so. I am not sure why this is the case. It only allows me to book a hotel the day before I arrive. This does create uneasiness. Other than this I have been using Trip for years and never had an issue. I highly recommend using Trip.com

Using other sites- they have been waiting until the last page before saying "This fare is no longer available." Have not had a similar instance with Trip.com!

I didn't notice that I wasn't booking the ticket directly with Philippine Air Asia.
I found out after I booked the ticket that ASAP was just charging me $186.00 without the check In 1 luggage.
I always book with them.

Trip.com platform didn't allow us to fill in 5 guests name to 2 separate rooms, which doesn't exceed allowed number of guests. I needed my son's name to appear on the hotel booking for immigration purposes. It took 2 days to solve it but Rei succeeded at last. I highly appreciated Rei's active help to solve this issue as it may cause troubles to my family at the airport. I hope Trip.com will fix the platform so that we can book hotels smoothly without any bugs like this in the future. Thank you!

I am almost finishing the bookings for my second visit to China; the first three years ago also used Trip.com and everything went smoothly. It is really a pleasure to use Trip.com: listings are very informative, easy to read and understand, and prices are excellent with so much to choose from. Used to be loyal to Star Alliance and flew over 2.5 million miles. Used to get upgrades and could find decent fares on their sites. With all the cutbacks loyalty doesn't matter. Trip.com is my new go to. More choices. Even found affordable business class tickets for SE Asia. Hotels too

I advised you of 2 flights that I did not book myself. 2 unknown people booked flight, fraudulently using my credit card. Even though I rang and advised you and your fraud team. You would not cancel the tickets, not refund me the money. It was as if Trip.com was part of the fraud. I still have had no response from you. I have advised the Australian Fraud Police to investigate your practices to see if this is a common practice of Trip.com. The least you could have done was arrest these 2 people as they boarded the flights on 1st April 2026. The Australian Police Fraud team have advised I have a strong case to prosecute Trip.com which I am engaging lawyers to do so

Shopped around for airfare. Trip.com offered a very chep price, I did not believe at first. When, y flight was confirmed by the airline, then I believed.
Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
