I recently consolidated all of my flights and hotels with Trip.com for consistency and simplicity. However, I wish there were an option to turn off all requests for add-ons and insurance. I have already been burned by accidentally clicking on one of the add-ons. It feels like walking through a minefield when paying…
I was literally about to purchase my airfare on another site when this fare popped up. It was a good price and the right layover time with only a single stop. The airline is luxurious with leveler seats. Thank you!

The thing I love the most about this application is that they respect the customers they take care of them once a flight is updated or changed then inform us immediately they issue the cancellation fees and the booking fees very quickly so recommended I never fly unless the ticket is from Trip.com

Hi, I have used a number of travel apps over the years, but recent I have moved to trip.com due to my bad experience with Bookings.com of many years.
I have found this app to be excellent with constant flight up dates keeping you well informed. Hotel and flight package deals are excellent. The app rewards you well upon loyalty and the more you use it with your travel plans the better the deal.

I purchased a ticket and a few days before the flight and within 24 hours I tried to cancel or change I wasn't able to do either. I've called. I've emailed and I've got a no response responses. I guess I just lose the money great. Great customer service.!

Booking using the trip.com website was very straightforward. Even though I was booking rather usual flight segments on smaller South American airlines, trip.com allowed me to book quickly and easily... and at a great price! I will certainly use trip.com again!

I purchased a refundable ticket because of the uncertainty of my travel dates, and when I canceled my reservation, (within 24hrs) a $270 "refund fee" was deducted from the amount I spent. Unbelievable…!

I love how it specify all the fight information before you proceed buying unlike other flights where you only get to realize certain information on payment.

I bought 5 tickets for 2 passengers recently, after locking the agreed pricing and proceed. Unfortunately the payment cant proceed and forced me to go back on previous page and the price change. I think the price changes 2-3 times until i finally able to pay. It prompted a mesage that the ticket will be issued andnemail within 24 or 48 hours ( I can't recall) but many days have passed and no email being received. When i check messages in the app, the ticket hv been issued but i am still waiting for the pdf format in tye email.

We selected the option that would include a checked bag and exchange flight courtesy and paid extra. Then once we paid it said we don't have a checked bag so have to pay even more now to get a checked bag.
So basically it either lied or is misleading and we are not getting what we paid for and have to pay even more extra.

Trips.com agreed its happened with me & agent got my statement & verified that my issues is true & they gave me remittance link to get credit my amount. I put my bank information & now i will wait for transfer as they said it takes 10-15 business days to transfer.

I found an amazing deal (price wise) with perfect/reasonable departure and return times on 4 flights AND I was a bit skeptical to book because I thought- is this one of those sights that will have you book and email you stating they have no reservations left and have to increase the price BUT I read on Trip.com that IF your price increases by the time they issue the tickets- they will cover the cost. I was sold. So I purchased them and literally in less than 8 hours I was issued 4 etickets. The easiest and stress free, ticket purchasing process I have experienced. I will definitely be purchasing more of my vacation endeavors through Trip.com- Thank you!

I booked flight which was accidentally booked under a wrong email address but correct phone number. Email account holder cancelled my flight but without OTP approval? I rebooked through trip. Com. Customer service representative did not refund the amount which was very disappointing. I had to lose money for someone who had canceled the ticket. I won't purchase again from this website due to poor customer support

If you're already a member, just select the dates next and pay, so easy no need to fill again your information, only if you need to update your passport, address, phone number etc, that's the only hassle you wil encounter, but all good and easy👌

Trip.com made booking flights real easy and you get a good discount if you book your hotel with them also. Everything was seamless, great rates and everything all in the one place no need to shop around… too easy.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
