I am unhappy and disgrased, My trip canceled and I have an appointment overseas. This is madness and and inapproprieat that you cancel the trip like that.
I made an error in my accomodation booking and tried to get in touch with someone immediately to rectify it, even before money cleared from my account, but were very hard to reach. Admittedly, The booking was non-refundable and non-amendable, but I was only requesting a minor change and was not accommodated, constantly blaming the hotel for the lack of ability to act.

Due to a sudden and serious health challenge we reluctantly had to cancel our fully paid reservation (non refundable)at the luxury Surin Phuket.
Alex at Trip.com worked very hard to fulfill our request for a refund. Quite naturally it was not an easy process and required a week or two of back and forth negotiations. Alex was polite, patient, understanding though firm in her various requests for proof of our dilemma.
Throughout the process Trip.com kept in touch with us via email and finally through phone calls to me in Canada.
With solid medical back up provided by our doctors Alex phoned me that they had approved my refund.
It was not a small amount so we are very grateful that they understood and worked with us to find a good outcome.
We are very disappointed at having to cancel and hopefuly by next year if we can travel we will again book through Trip.com
I travel between Asia and Canada regularly and within Asia. I always use Trip and find the app offers many options for different travel ie luxury and economy!
I highly recommend Trip and hope after this review that you will too!

Anna and the team gave a warm help with my issue with the hotel and tried their best to negotiate with them. Even though the hotel did not give any compensation or refund, Anna provided the max help with it from their side. I really appreciate it.

All is good until promo code entry is tricky and can't seem to be able to use it. This happened to all my bookings being a loyal supporter.

I booked the ticket using the calendar thinking it was on the current month when the calendar automatically showed me the month after! I booked the flight from the 8th to the 12th thinking it was on the current month if February, when actually i found out on the same day i wanted to travel that my booking was for a month after i had planned to travel! They made me book a ticket on the spot for 175.1 BHD when the booking i made here was for 40 BHD approximately! The ticket i bought on trip was for nothing and i can't cancel it or refund it or change it! The worst experience i ever had on my life travelling!

I was totally screwed about the initial booking as the system got crashed entering my details as my booking is for 4 passengers
So I started again with significant price hike and ended up finishing with higher charges

I paid for seat upgrade from HK to Fuokuka, the seats I booked was different when I did the online check in. I got a different seating with my friend and I was unable to change it. I called Trip.com but they still cannot fix it. I hope when I check-in at the counter, the Hong Kong airline can solve the problem

It seemed pretty easy to use, but sometimes the credit card would not work and it would take a little while to go through and it was a little frustrating, but other than that, it seemed easy to read on choosing hotels or airlines and flights

Booked airline tickets for a set quoted price & after secure website payment additional fees for taxes etc were added and charged. A little dishonest and misleading, I believe. Why not just quote the total price with any additional charges in the first instance like most other booking sites. Won't be using Trip com again...

Trip. Com offers everything you could ever want for travelling.
I use them all the time, and recently compared their service with an actual Travel agent.
I booked premium economy seats for 4 flights over a nine month period, and the travel agent couldn't come close with the price, nor the flight schedules.
Trip.com hotel prices and airport transfers are also excellent

LL is good but even after I use this app for many years with continuous using it every month still my prices is same or exp than others.
I don't want small gifts I request if can upgrade me to higher so that I get better prices as I am using this all a lot

The service of the app is very good. I like that I can pay with Chinese apps and cards. But I fly almost every weekend. The coin rewards is tinny. Not even a free flight or a seat upgrade after spending a fortune in tickets and hotels.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
