More than 7 years experience with Trip.com, I who'd like to say it's really very good experience all the time whatever I booked it's done very easy.
I have been booking through Trip for a long time now and everything has been great.
Recently had a slight mix up in the hotel booking and I had raised it with trip customer service and they were on point. Taha from customer care responded quickly and resolved it right away. I would definitely be sticking with Trip.
No problems with my hotel bookings, plenty of packages to choose from, nice variety and locations in Chongqing.
Flight bookins went well also. I will come back again.

Let me start by saying prices were great and I will use Trip again. And comparing Trip to Expedia, Kayak, United, etc I found the website confusing and chaotic for my ADD brain. Also for some reason I seemingly successfully purchased my ticket. Got msg that the tickets will be issued with in 24 hrs I believe and that's it. I go to email to see if I received and itinerary. I did and forwarded it to the person I'm traveling with. Thank god I looked at it again more closely as while it was a full itinerary with flight numbers and times, in print that did not stand out to me I saw that my flight was canceled. So I called and was told to do it again, they were having some issues earlier apparently, so I did and I successfully purchased my ticket. So some little more technical issues while what they provide is great.

I used trip.com service for booking my trip to Taiwan last year without any issues. I came back and booked my round trip flights to China easily this month after I had an unpleasant booking experience for the same trip with Expedia. I will likely stay with trip.com for reserving hotels and tours in the future as I can save time and money for my travel.
I was looking for a flight overseas for the summer. The search was so accurate and found the flight in one search. I booked the flight immediately and waited less that 2 hrs and got the confirmation with the airport booking number. It was fast accurate and I'm extremely happy with the service. I would recommend trip.com to anyone.
My experience is excellent with trip.com many times it's price are good compared to other providers. The most important thing that is trustworthy company and didn't have complains from it. Sometimes I find better price or more options in other websites and sometimes the opposite.
In general it is recommended specially for trips in Asia.
Your site did not offer beter prices than skyscaner and other sights. I did my reservation in your site only because it is not the first time i use your site.

Trip has a good streamline services to purchase Plane Tickets to include luggage fees and insurance for all. So far, I didn't have an issue with their customer service.
We have used Trip.com a lot over the last three years and while their prices are excellent their level of service and customer experience is brilliant. We don't even bother looking at other websites anymore as we get great prices and peace of mind👍

Recently I am planning a trip to China and will travel a couple of places in China. I have very good experiences with trip.com. On one side, seems to me, it reflects ctrip.com, all I need from ctrip.com I can find at trip.com, except the train within China; On the other side, the checkout process and the payment by credit card is very convenient.
We booked a flight to Mongolia with a self transfer in a connection in the Seoul airport. While it took more than a day to finalize the details, the final confirmation provided enough details to put us at ease. As usual, Trip.com's timely response and help were always appreciated.
What I liked most was how simple it was to compare different flight options and hotel deals in one place. The prices were attractive, and everything was clearly displayed before checkout.
I love Trip.com for making airline reservations. It is easy, fast, and reliable. I also enjoy the support given the day of my flight with flight tracking information.
My friend experienced hiccups in connecting flights which was very hectic. Overall situation and solution was a disappointment but at least the customer service was quick to pick up

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
