I booked a flight and it never shows up on the app. I have to access the information through my email. When I'm on the app it says I do t have an account when I use my email

Found accommodation cheaper on another site but decided to book with Trip.com since they were supposedly price matching. Had a screen print of the cheaper price. However, this is a small hotel, and we booked the last available room of that type. Price match was not approved since the price cannot be verified. Of course not, this was the last room! Contacted Trip.com who added this note to the (new) price match request and it was declined again for the same reason! Not happy.

Booked a flight from Sydney to Melbourne domestic jetstar.
Couldn't see choice to select Tullamarine airport.
Paid then recieved confirmation booking to Avalon airport. One hour taxi from where I needed to arrive.
No option to change destination. Only choice was cancell and loose $600 the rebook. Chose to spend extra $120 and hour in taxi.

As part of a relocation, I booked accommodations through Trip.com after finding a property with great reviews, excellent value, and all the amenities I needed. The booking process was smooth, the rates were exactly as advertised, and the confirmation came through without a hitch.
The real test came afterward. My employer's claims process required itemized, day-by-day receipts to verify the nightly rate and confirm no extra charges had been added to the room โ a fairly unusual and detailed request, especially for a multi-day reservation booked as a single transaction. I reached out to Trip.com expecting this might be difficult or even impossible to accommodate.
Mina completely exceeded my expectations. They understood exactly what I needed, was patient and reassuring throughout, and managed to generate a full set of daily itemized receipts covering my entire stay. This was clearly a data-intensive task, and she handled it with professionalism and genuine care. The documentation they provided was exactly what I needed to complete my claim.
It's worth noting that third-party booking platforms like Trip.com are sometimes viewed as less convenient for expense reconciliation compared to booking directly with hotels. Easy to book any flights to anywhere in the world. Price are good and it is just one stop for all your needs. Easy also to change/ rebook/upgrade any flights.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
