I have really bad experience they charge me on my credit card 286 dollar xtra please don't trust them before you book ticket please asked airline what they charge for bags they charge me for bags for my business class there is no charge for it i asked him so many time y why are you charging me for bags all people who work over the phone they all form indian call center they even not good with you to talk and if you have any problem no one can help because all from india and they don't care

This is worst agency to book your flight tickets through. They promise you a fare and make you go through the payment portal and then email them confirmations and all that about a booking, and just before the 24 hour booking change deadline they will call you and tell you that the ticket they promised you is no longer available and you will have to pay a higher price to get the same ticket. Their support team is even worse, they just say we will do our best and keep asking for more time while they don't do anything at all. At the end of the day, when your vacation is supposed to be a stress reliever, all these people do is to make booking for it a living hell. Please do not book through these people, even if you have to pay a few dollars more, book through someone else.

The tickets you booked with us was for the fare and dates confirmed okay by you. Post this you called our Care team to make a date change for your return. Our representative confirmed the date change penalties/fare difference and sent you the payment link for the authorization to charge your card for the stated amount.
We do not charge a customer's card till we are in receipt of the authorization to do the same. When we sent your ticket for issuance on the new dates of travel, we were told that the fare quoted to you had expired. We informed you of the same. This is an occasional occurrence and we as a travel agency have no control over it, as the airline/s does not allow us to issue the tickets on an expired fare. This is against the airline/s policy.

Don't ever book ticket through Travelopod. They claims that they'll provide you the best fare but actually if you compare with other companies they are charging much higher than the actual price. When you confront them they'll not agree but later they'll tell you that they will give you some kind of reward on your next booking so that you provide a good feedback for them. Here actually they'll start playing. Next booking when you'll ask them for refund initially they'll tell that they have already applied the refund on your ticket... I don't know without knowing the customer how they can apply the refund... might they are really intelligent! After that when you'll ask them the same question they'll agree to pay the refund amount and you'll book the ticket. After that they'll never refund your amount... every time you ask them they will come with new excuses why they are not able refund the amount... sometimes check issued to wrong address... wrong name... your bank is not taking the refund amount... every possible way you can think... but they'll be very polite in mail so that you can rely on them. But actually nothing will happen... you'll never get your refund back and will end up paying more for your ticket. Also during booking they'll ask for your food preference but that'll never reach to the airline... you might travel without food... so think next time when you'll book your ticket... avoid this fraud company

There seemed to be a mismatch in the details you had provided us, due to which the refund amount could not be credited to your account. This was stated to at the time. Our team tried to contact you for the same. To avoid any further delay, we are now sending you a check for the same. As requested in our email, we are awaiting your revert with the details for mailing the check. Further, your meal request was taken while making your booking and the same was sent to the airline.

Had very horrible experience with Travelopod, they charge you more then other travel sites and on top of it charge exorbitant flight change fees on top of it.
Very irresponsible staff and do not think about any customer needs/issues. All they care about is money and find multiple ways to cheat the customers.
Asked for a flight from west coast US to Birmingham UK. Got quoted for flight to Birmingham AL USA. What a deal and bargain - right? If I had not asked for written confirmation prior to suthorizing payment, my grandchild would have spent her 21st birthday stuck somewhere thousands of miles from where she wanted to spend her birthday. Customer service after the fact is more than I can bear to repeat. There was no customer service - only $1990 in additional fees!

Answer: They are fake and do illegitimate things. Your data will be compromised and you will never get your flight confirmed for the price they tell you
