I called travelpod and spoke with one of executive who didn't know how/what to speak to customer. I asked him to check fare for my requirement. After few minutes, he said fare. I said i am seeing less price in other websites then immediately he said OK THEN GO AND BOOK THERE in very rude. I don't know how they got good review with executive like this. I didn't book ticket in travelopod because of him only. This shows their customer service

Travelopod has always provided great service. I want to especially mention Ammy who has given excellent service during the cancelled flight situation with my mother. She was always available and continuously followed up with Turkish Airlines on the status update. Not only this she tried her best to mediate between the staff on airport and my mother. I have booked a flight with them to got to my country for holidays so unluckily i have contacted travelopod... they have given me the worst experience with the aeroflot airlines as what they suggested me... when i was booking this airlines they have litterally forced me to book with this flight as they said that this is the best airlines and some other $#*! about it... just for thier money... these guys are nit customer friendly...
More over when i was booking they said, if u want to cancel the flight or make some changes to the journey they said that we do with the free of cost, but when i booked it and later on we thought of going with the other airline and called them. They said we wont do like that... its the $#*! they do... fooling the customers... they don't even have the minimum information of the airlines and their baggage policy... they said that when i was booking u can carry 2 bags but at the time of boarding ti airindia they have charged me 150$...
Please guys I strongly suggest not to book your airlines with this agent...

Travelopod lists good options for new booking. Many of the options are cheaper compared to other sites. I had to do a seat release and Travelopod associates helped me with that. For rescheduling, though the initial quote was higher they were able to adjust the price using different coupons and other options.
If you are thinking about rescheduling your tickets, it is better to be more informed about fare difference policies. There are many components to it which a common customer is not completely aware of (this might be true with any other site / vendor / service provider as well).

I got various options provided before I could make a decision on date change.
It would be great if more options as in Cancellation charges (and opting a different airline) Vs Date Change charges on same airline could be shared as well. This would help more and give flexibility in travel dates/airline.

Fabulous customer service. Mehak was really helpful and was able answer my queries promptly. Only improvement I would suggest is: the caller has to wait a long time till his call gets connected. So the call Center infra needs improvement. But the staff is excellent
