We have been booking tickets with Travelopod since last 6 years and they have always given us good deals for international travel.
Got a nice and very friendly service from Patric Griffin. Able to book ticket as per my choice with cool price.
Excellent service. I was satisfied with the customer care. I was in a rush and they took good care of finding me tickets that required date change. Miza was the person who helped me with the tickets. She was quick to understand my travel plan and the changes required and she provided with a good customer care.
Marcus was a very good listener and took pains to understand our needs - and then gave us the best tickets!
The first agent I spoke with, kept telling me that the flight I was calling about was much more expensive than it said online. It was more than I was prepared to spend. Then I called another time and talk to another agent. This time, representative Scarlett spent a great deal of time with me and found me flights that were much more convenient. The agent was respectful, answered all my questions, and made my reservations with ease, assisted me in getting the seats I wanted, confirmed my luggage selections and calmed my fears of my on-line activity. The opposite of the first guy. I made reservations for Nov 19, returning Dec 19. I was glad I chose TravelOPod for my travel needs this time!
And Yes! I would recommend your company, it was a great experience.
