Very helpful and efficient. He found the dates and hours I was looking for. He was very patient and walked me through the process nicely.
My son Paid $1055 for a Ticket from Phoenix to New-Delhi booked by Travelopod and requested for a change in date and change in airport of origin. They charged $500 to change the date but refused to change the origin city from Phoenix to Chicago. Filed compliant and then they agreed to change for additional charge of $700 /-. Decided to cancel the ticket and TravelOpod asking for upfront tax of $500 to process the refund of $400/-. No one i checked have heard asking for upfront tax. Looks like scam to get additional money. Very bad customer service forcing to pay within 1 hour or will not be bale to help. Folks beware with this travel agency.

The representative gave time and effort in rebooking us and talked to airlines for hours. Finally they followed up with airline to send us ticket details. The only thing I would suggest is to reach out to the passenger when things are do e rather than waiting for a call from passengers.

This man Patrick I must say a wonderful man with a great amount of passion and dedication to his work. Extremely professional. A very mellifluous person to talk with. He is indefatigable in his work. I was multi tasking at my work when I called him to book my ticket and he deal with me with great amount of courtesy and patience. I contacted travelpod for getting international tickets during peak season and
Patric Griffin Helped find the lowest price. This was almost $400 cheaper than i could find anywhere online. I made the booking but had to cancel due to change in travel plans and it was very easy to cancel the ticket. Great Experience and Highly recommend talking to Patric Griffin for a great service.
