Great customer service. He helped me resolve my issue with rescheduling my flight. He was very polite and patient. I would recommend using Travelopod to anybody.
They don't have enough and complete information. Had to follow up a lot. Lost $2400 by doing business with these guys. Wished I should have taken some time out and did my bookings on my own. If Travelopod wants to contact me and help I would be happy. -Prasad

Booked two Tickets on march 30 with Travelopod for travel on June 30 ( 3 months ahead). Paid $2220. I have paid 150$ more than my friends paid to get this date. They did'nt inform that the last leg of the flight was cancelled. They booked us on 15 hour waiting In India to take next flight.
Last 3 weeks were hell dealing with them. They booked on a flight in India and requested me to pay 160$ for two passengers. Highlight is, the flight they booked wont accept international luggage. They tricked my wife to pay for it. Finally we did'nt pay.
In this whole nonsense, my wife got confused and accepted a new Itenary causing us to loose the premium we paid on March 30 2019.
3 weeks i spent overall 12 hours and travellopod was telling they have the situation in control. They may but they tried to trick us and my wife caught in their trap.
Over all, dont work with Travelopod. 1616 is our number at travelopod. There is another big drama they did on tickets. Another story. Will post in 1 month
Just avoid them and have a piece of mind.
Brayden was great, he was very patient with me and my requests. I have talked to others before but they did were not as helpful. Brayden was very careful with all the information that I was giving to him and he made sure he repeated back everything that I said. It was very clear that he tried his best to get me the tickets that I wanted, and I did. Can't thank him enough.

So this is a pathetic site to book your travel. They single handedly spoilt our summer plan. Booked 3 return tickets through these guys from Boston to New Delhi, India for May - 2 months in advance. They did not inform or ask any questions and recommended Virgin atlantic with a change of flight in Heathrow, London. Only at the airport did we get to know that we needed a stamped visa or a UK transit visa. When contacted them they first agreed their mistake still pester us to bear the cost of fare difference and asked us to get a transit visa. When we applied the visa, they started pestering us to book the ticket earliest within 2 weeks else there was no availability for further dates and for that they tricked us to acknowledge that we waive any further problems. As expected the visa didn't arrive in time and then they changed their tune and started asking more money which was close to original price and they r not returning my money too it is $2600. This is not fair.
I am going to take a legal course to settle this for good. But as a warning to fellow travellers, avoid this site at all cost. You are better off paying few extra bucks with others or direct booking but these guys are complete scam.
This is the worst travel reservation service I have ever dealt with. Made air fair reservation for India in April 2019 for travel date of 6/7/2019 flight time was changed Travelopod didn't notify of change flight was missed. Spent all day trying to get a new reservation for next day nothing was done. They refused to give me a refund. I will never use this service. Will never recommend to anyone.
