Professional Scam

I was transferred from other scaming site booking. Com to them for a flight sudenlly they chrged me extra $100.
Man stay away from them.

I booked our tickets from travel2be and in one day they changed two time date and time without our knowledge and adding one more stop so I had no other choice than to cancel the tickets. I received the email that I will get my refund in 12 to 14 weeks. Now there is no email or phone numbers to contact them. Please avoid them no booking from them

I booked a flight to Toronto and after Canada got a 3rd wave of COVID and closed their borders, rendering my flight useless since I wouldn't be allowed into the country, I called to see what could be done. They said they wouldn't refund and that I would have to call the airline to get a refund. I called Delta, they said they couldn't make any changes because I didn't purchase through them, I called WestJet (flight was officially through them) and they said the same thing. So I called Travel2Be back and they said they couldn't do anything except leave the ticket open (whatever that means) or receive credit (more on this in a bit), but that still leaves me out nearly $400 and I can't adjust anything because I will have no need to go back to Toronto as my only reasoning was to help my sister move. Any company that doesn't allow for modifications or refunds as a result of an entire country closing its borders is automatically losing in the customer service department. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS, they said I have to pay a €30 (~$36) fee to change the booking. So the credit I get if I choose to use it and book a new flight with them is contingent upon me paying them a fee. I'm charged a fee because a country closed it's borders and wouldn't allow me in.

Garbage service

Absolutely garbage service and they clearly don't care about customers. They only care about snatching your money even when it is not the customer's fault due to the airline changes or other mistakes made but not the customers.

AVOID THIS TRAVEL AGENT

This has been a huge shock, I do not know how this company is allowed to carry on trading as it does.

Virgin Atlantic changed the schedule of the return flight, which is fine - however with covid and other connecting flights the ticket has become useless. We have spent the last 2 days constantly calling to have the flight changed through travel2be, not cancel, nor request a refund. The phone number they provide seldom goes though to a representative, and when a rep does answer they will put us on hold to check their "system" to which it will then hang-up. The reps are polite, however it does feel like the business itself has set itself up to worm its way out of taking any responsibility of their service once the ticket has been purchased.

Again, fully shocked to how bad the customer service is and have never dealt with anything like it.

As everyone in this forum know, this company is really the worst I have ever met. Lets see whats going on. Airline company cancells your flight and travel2be does not inform you. Ok, you are luckily informed by airline company. So you write to travel2be to give you some option.It takes them more then one month to tell you there is no option, only to refund. You are sad but what can you do. You agree and ask travel2be to refund all tickets. And guess what. They tell you they refund only cancelled flight by airline, but return way is not cancelled so they DO NOT REFUND! You think they are kidding, because youR destination is on the other side of Atlantic. This really bad company really means I will swim across Atlantic ocean just to flight back to Europe. They goT really crazy and potentials customers! Be aware! This bad company does nothing for customers. More negative comments - bigger chance less people use their service. Good luck people!

We must follow airline procedures and this can take some time without, unfortunately, being able from the travel agencies to shorten these deadlines. Once each airline approves the refund, from Travel2be we will transfer it to the same credit card used during the purchase. But if they do not allow it, we cannot proceed. Regards

Absolute scam from a dodgy outfit. Currently going through dispute transaction through my bank, as the 'refund' promised is >6 months late. Calls ring out, and emails ignored. Oh, and the 'refund' option is in Spanish, nightmare difficulty level. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAM WEBSITE

This is group of Travelgenie. Websites, they redirect eachothers. They do not answer the CALLS. Or emails. They are holding my 1500 USD that i used for booking a flight and flight got cancelled by the AIRLINE, they airline told me to contact the agent. Nd this website do not have a CS. Now I am reporting it to the CYBER CRIME and opening a dispute with my BANK
