Disgusting treatment

I have sent over 50 messages and emails regarding my credit on my account. Due to covid the flight wasn't operating due to the country being on the red list. I contacted travel2be and after numerous attempts I eventually got a reply and they told me that I had credit on my account that I could use on another flight I have been trying to book the flight for months now but no reply.
I want to travel home and want to use the credit to fly home I keep sending messages and they send back messages that someone will reply shortly. They have never answered my messages sent
Do not use this company a total disgrace. I want my money back. It has been nearly a year now.

They get your money and you'll never get it back. I had a ticket from pandemia period which according to the Airline company it will be no charge and no additional cost to change the ticket, but travel2be requested a refund to the airline company without my consent and it is saying that my refund is 50 dollars froma 500 dollars ticket

REFUND

Everything went smooth until the airline cancelled my flights couple of weeks ago. I have sent emails but there's no clear instruction as what i should do and until when should i wait for me to receive my refund. I badly need my refund as soon as possible. TRAVEL2BE IS A SCAM!

I booked a flight using this scam service and like a prudent traveler I paid extra for a refundable ticket. I called them to make a change to my flight and they tell me "oh, sorry that fee was for us to make a change if we can and we can't". So I am out of $1000+ because they say my ticket is now non refundable and they can't make changes to the flight. Buyers Beware! Travel2Be is a SCAM!

Once you purchase tickets and cheaply. The business with the agent ended. You can not communicate, change, get refunds. There are no channels of communication or emails. No customer service.

This is Fraud online Fraud

This is the worse experience I went through, after paying the ticket, I asked the airline I had book for to confirm my ticket and I was informed, it was not booked for. But I received the ticket payment confirmation but no ticket was received.
I kept on sending them the booking confirmation received but they said it was not paid for.
Suppose I was to travel the next day hoping everything was OK. This is really frastrating and such companies should be eliminated from the Agent fields.

I booked flights with virgin Australia through travel2be, because of covid the flights were cancelled and I have tried numerous times to get hold of travel2be to organize flight credits or a refund. I tried to contact them via phone which resulted in a $60 phone bill and no one who could help as they did not speak English. I then had an automated reply saying I need to contact virgin Australia. On doing so they told me that it has nothing to do with them. So 2 years later I am still trying to contact travel2be but have had no luck. I am down $1000+ and utterly frustrated. The company is a fraud and I have been robbed!

Scammers!

Booked A round-trip ticket on their website. I did not receive any tickets for over a week. I was a little concerned. I tried contacting the company, got no response. I tried contacting both airlines and you could not get through to either airline either. Do not use this company. They are not legit

I booked a flight from Toronto to London that needed changing 2 weeks before (I booked a flexi ticket for this option). My flight was March 10th, I reached out about the change on February 20th. They came back to me March 4th and told me the change was 108 Euros. When I went to pay it was 158 Euros, I asked them to change it to the quoted price, within 24 hours as I was close to the original flight taking off. They waited until the flight had departed then sent the below -

Dear Mr. / Ms.

Thank you for contacting us.

In order to your mail, we inform you that on the system the ticket is correctly used and we are not allow to manage this change anymore.

Safe to say these guys are as crooked as they come. AVOID.

My disabled daughter and I paid this company over £1000 for flights to Thailand, when Thailand changed its covid law travel2be said they would take €100 and refund the balance they changed their mind and took the lot.

I've booked a flight with this company.
The airline company have changed the date of the flight, and agreed to give a full refund, but Travel2be just canceled my flight, and didn't give me back the money. There is no answer from them whatsoever. Worst experience I had with customer support ever.

Never again.

I'm afraid not all engagements with travel agents and airlines come to a satisfactory conclusion and, if it did, you would be one of the few lucky ones. In August 2020 we booked a flight to South Africa with Travel2Be and the booking was made using Lufthansa. There was very little flying going on when we booked and we thought things would improve significantly within a few months and certainly by our flight date which was on 22 July 2021.

But the virus situation got worse particularly in South Africa and being a "Red" risk area, the UK government advised against any non-essential travel to this country. In short, we were not permitted to fly.

The T2B seemed to go into shut down mode and was difficult to reach to discuss so I referred to Lufthansa covid policy on its website and could see that where a flight was canceled customers would get a refund. Our flight was not canceled and so, according to the policy, we could change our flight to another time and destination. We were of the view we could bank our unused fare and rebook before the end of August 2021 with the rescheduled flights having to be taken by 31 August 2022.

We did eventually manage to establish email contact with T2B who managed to take 60euro off me before telling me that they could change our flights to a later date but all flights would have to be completed by 1 year from the date of the original booking which was 11 Aug 2020. That would mean we would have to fly out and return a few days later than the original booking, which was 22 July 2021, and we would be charged an additional fee of 600Euro for the pleasure. Incidentally, the change they offered was, a flight in a few days' time and to Johannesburg again, which as I said we were not permitted to travel to.

It seems that a ticket is only valid for 1 year after issue, special Covid flexibility measures or not, and the rules would not be changed. Making this more difficult was that T2B was sticking by the airline's rules and the airline was sticking by the T2B's rules.

So you can see how some people can be lucky. We wanted to support the airline industry and had and were happy to wait for our holiday but now we are resigned to the fact that, despite the UK government strongly advising people not to travel to SA unless essential, we are the losers in this game and have lost £1850. Where it has gone to is anyone's guess but it certainly didn't come back to us.

We are now wiser but poorer persons and I read that there are many thousands of others, who last year also supported the travel industry, made bookings in the hope that the Covid would be brought under control to allow normalisation in the travel industry. This has not happened with the result being that those who did make early bookings are denied the use of flexible measures and have also lost their fare.

Good day,

I have booked a flight via the website TRAVEL2BE. As per previous experiences on different websites used I normally get my tickets in the same hour after booking.

It has not been the case with travel2be after I have done the booking.

I am of the belief there are plenty of clues that this site is a scam and therefore have to report it to the appropriate aviation authorities

2) When I booked the ticket I was presented with a price of Rands 6521 but after processing the amount I was charged is R7110 which is even far higher than what the airline (airlink) itself is charging.

I am so disappointed because I was lured with an offer which caught my eyes but the experience with the end results does not provide any happiness to me.

3) I checked with Airlink and the booking reference TRAVEL2B provided and the booking reference came invalid.

Please assist me with solving this issue.
