My refund of a cancelled ticket refunded ans so confirmed by the Airline is held up for more than a year.Now they even refuses access to customer service on the allegation that the mail from which booking was made is not on their record.
RIDICULOUS and FRAUDULENT
Do never use those companies Travel2be or Sky scanner as you won't flight nowhere, book directly with the airline if possible or use a proper booking company like Expedia or ebooking
It is very frustrating that there is no any customer support available. There is no any email address, phone number indicated on their website where people can address their query. The link where I can check my reservation is not working and I am left in doubt of whether my flight even exists or no.
More transparency and support is needed from this travel agency.

They were supposed to refund my account for hundreds of dollars of lost flights. But not only they never did this, but it also is almost impossible to find the contact information for their customer service, and although I somehow managed to find it, they never reply to any of my emails and never answer any of my calls.
Do yourself a big favor and never buy anything from them!
I bought a TKT online, trip was cancelled by Air Maroc due to Covid restrictions, when I asked for refund travel2be never gave me good answers, the airline tells me they already paid them back and now the system doesn't recognize my reservation (*******) and no one will answer the phone. Zero rating as long as I don't get my money back.
They can not be trusted at all,we bought travel insurance,flexible tickets and now they just more than doubled the penaty fees.They do not respond to any emails so i would suggest not to use them at all.They deserve zero stars but that is unfortunately not an option

I have had no luck having a refund processed by Travel2Be representatives, despite receiving confirmation of my cancellation and refund status in writing from this business.
They are very vague when responding to requests for information. Their own policy states refunds will be processed within 72 days of confirmation. I feel like I have been ripped off by this company (aka TravelGenio).

I booked a direct flight with Travel2be and even received confirmation that it was in fact a direct flight from them. As I check in today, it says I have a stop over. I paid $2,300 for a DIRECT flight, and I have the documents to prove it. I have emailed customer service and I keep receiving a link to a form that does not even work. Save your money and book directly with the airlines. If this is not resolved soon I will be disputing the charge with my CC company and taking legal action with a consumer protection agency. I booked the ticket and i got confirmation code. On checking with airline they say there is no such booking with that code nor there is any other booking under my name. I sent email to *******@travelgenio.com
and i got email saying click this link to raise a issue. On clicking that it takes to the form. Now in that form i filled all details and realized their send button in form does not work so i can not contact them. I tried reaching out to their help line number that also does not connect.
Till trying to reach them some one. Will not recommend anyone to book ticket through them as there is no way to reach out to them.
No where to access the refund process. Bad service ever. Ref number *******. I need my refund to make another booking. Pls
BIG SCAM - Don't plan your holidays with Travelgenio/Travel2be. They are bid fraudulent company.
For any reasons your flight is cancelled means, they get refund from airlines but you don't get refund.
If you want to reschedule your flight means for them its feast, they will try to squeeze as much they can in the form of difference in fare. I paid difference in fare approx. Eur. 800/- but after paying that they against sent an email to pay additional difference fare aprrox Eur. 900 (Actual price was much below than my initial booking price) So I asked them to cancel my flight and request for refund. But no use.
Don't believe in their sweet words on our reviews. They just trying to fool others as if they are taking care of customer complaints. In my previous posts they said their special team will clarify all my queries. But did not reply. They replied on the point where they can squeeze more.
Now they asking me to claim tax amount from airlines directly and ticket fare from third party since I paid additional amount for refund option.
But airlines straight away refused. They said any claim should be requested by the these agencies and not from the passenger. They are right. But these cheater trying to fool us with difference tactics.
Whenever I send email, they will send new link, there we have to write our complaint once again from the beginning. Not answering to our earlier thread.
They purposely hide their email address, contact numbers so that we have no option to ask our queries. Finally we will end-up by paying extra bucks to them.
DONT EVER BOOK YOUR TICKET WITH THIS SCAMMER.

So i booked a week vacation from Vietnam to Japan. A few days before I was suppose to travel i went online to check if I can check in yet. While doing so i noticed that the departure date was different? Was pushed back one day. I tried to contact them right away. But they only have an email no phone number. So i emailed them and no answer. I was lucky my in laws are close by to the airline company so we went to one of their office and they told us that they been trying to contact us but there was no email or number on file (not possible). They told us that they had to change our date due to flight cancel. I did manage to get a reply from Travel2be and they pretty much gave us a run around with no clear answer. I want my money back for the hotel that I had to spend extra.

Nunca volveré a contratar un vuelo con esta empresa. Mi experiencia no podría haber sido peor. Su servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo. Mi vuelo fue cancelado y esta empresa no se responsabiliza de nada, a pesar de cobrar comisión por la transacción. Me siento estafada por travel2b. Siempre presentan excusas y el dinero del reembolso nunca llega. Cuando tratas de recibir asistencia por parte de su equipo de Soporte, el trato humano es malo y te cuelgan con malas formas. Nunca aconsejaría esta empresa.

Para poder comprobar tu reserva necesitamos que nos facilites tu localizador de reserva. Es un código numérico de 8 dígitos que aparece en el e-mail de confirmación. En caso de que no lo tengas, también puedes facilitarnos la dirección de e-mail indicada en la reserva o los nombres de los pasajeros. Puedes indicarlo directamente en este comentario de Trustpilot.

I have been trying for the last 2 years to get a hold of someone to provide me with an update of a booking from 2020. I had booked for 2 family of 4 and 3 other couples... all individually to travel to Fiji in April 2020. However due to COVID - no travel was completed. When speaking with the airlines directly, we were told to refer back to the booking agent... Travel2Be... however after numerous attempts, calls and emails - we have still had no response with what has happened to those tickets.
We travelled to FIJI in April 2022 but had to pay for new fares and this time we booked directly with the airline to avoid this unnecessary Drama.
I have all the booking references and confirmation emails received at the time.

My flight was changed involuntarily by the airline 3 months ago... and I have accepted the new itinerary but has yet to get confirmation that this has been done.
Everytime I call the phone line the operator said that I just have to wait. But now that I need to book a seat for my flight on the airline website I can't! Because apparently I have not "accepted' the new itinerary.
I have emailed, called, and no one can assist me at all and just ask me to wait. My flight is in a month and hopefully I won't lose my flight... my booking number is *******. Please assist :(
