When I booked the flight the ticket price was around $100, then they charged $200 my debit card - they didn't send any invoice, and I have tried to contact them so many times for clarification and they haven't given any explanation about it. I will need to file a complaint against this company, because customer service does not exist, and I'm tired of trying to get in contact with them. Terrible experience. So frustrating!

It is very difficult to communicate with them.
My flight was delayed by 48 hours, Travel2Be didn't notify me of the delay, I arrived at the airport and found that the flight was delayed. We canceled the ticket because we could not wait 48 and found another flight, and Travel2Be aren't willing to refund me the money.

I booked and paid two tickets from Melbourne to Canberra on 25 Oct 2021, the booking was confirmed by Travel2be-Do Not Reply saying: within the next 72 hours you will receive by e-mail your e-ticket. Today is 14 Dec. 2021, the tickets are not received.

Was purchasing a ticket from Miami - Copenhagen the 22-28 of December the purchase was made in late September. Around thanksgiving we were informed that our flights has changed to 22-26 of December. They kindly told us we can either get a full refund or we can look into booking a different flight home. We went with the latter option. The customer service rep told us to not worry that for a small fee of 600 euros we can get on a flight that leaves the 29th instead, and he put in the request.
A week goes by and we got the request email however nothing is still confirmed...
My wife calls them back a week later and the rep told us, not to worry our request will be fulfilled and that we will def go back home the 29th.
My Wife called them today and to our surprise they haven't done anything on that request but charge us 30$ fee for a service they never did... And now its December 13 they told us to put in a request for the 28th again...,
Lesson learned NEVER book travel2Be this trip is going to end up costing us way more than what the initial price was. They dont have any customer service that can do anything of help. So when they screw up remember they cant help you. Their reps are somewhere in the Philippines / India / Uruguay and they dont have the power to do any changes to your booking.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE ITS ONLY GONNA COST YOU MORE MONEY, MORE ANGER AND FRUSTATION AND ALOT OF YOUR TIME.

Travel2be have failed to answer their phone or reply to my emails. It has been over 3 months and I have not received any of my refund which amounts to almost $1000. Disgusting.

I am currently back and forth with Travel2Be as part of our journey to the UK has been cancelled by the airline. Travel2Be are criminals, thieves and liars. They have informed us twice that our seats have been booked on the alternative route that is available, they have taken an additional "Admin Fee" and we have had to keep calling as the etickets haven't been issued. The staff are telling us lies, each time we have spoken to someone different and all but one had turned aggressive when we have continued to ask questions and gain some clarity on the issues. Both the airlines we have booked with have stated it is our travel agents responsibility to book us onto the alternative flight but Travel2Be have failed multiple times to do it. Book with these crooks at your peril. By far the Most stressful travel experience I have ever had. ZERO STARS

Worst agency ever! Trying to change the date of my ticket for forever now, I tried to contact them by phone and e-mail, 3 times they hung up on me after being on the phone for over 1 hour, I ended up buying a whole new ticket and I want it credited now, or change it for a next travel,... so I just tried e-mailing again, and still waiting on a e-mail for about more than two weeks now,... been reading the comments that Satisfying there customers is there main goal. Think twice, VERY UPSET

NEVER BOOK THROUGH THEM. Website showed one price at checkout and processed my card $40 more! Called customer service, they put me on hold and I've been waiting now for 40min! They just wait for me to hang up 100%.

Awful customer service. Had my flight cancelled in the USA, and was only offered a credit by the airline. I did my own research and was aware that American law requires the airline to provide a full refund, not a credit, in the case of a flight cancellation. I contacted the airline, and they agreed with us, but they said since we booked through a travel agency, Travel2Be, we would only be able to request a refund from them. I have contacted them via email multiple times, and keep getting the same generic response which is "your fare condition does not allow a refund". I have sent them proof of what the American transportation law is, and ask them several times to provide us with the refund that they legally must provide us with, but they keep sending us that same generic email. Do not use these guys at all.

Pray nothing goes wrong with a flight booked through travel2be. Spent a small fortune trying to get hold of their customer support. Cancelled the payment through my credit card after no joy for months. They finally reached out after not receiving payment and the bank gave the money back. They then said they had to confirm this with their bank even though I sent them proof. This again took months and eventually the tickets expired and I lost over 2,000 quid. Not even an apology from the thieves

I book on this site. They write the price is 241€ and they take 289€. And moreover they take the money in GBP not in € while my account in €. I dont know why. But they only write in EUROS on their fake website.

This is one of the worst travel agency, never ever going to book with then neither recommend it to others.
They changed the booking date in purpose and also they changed the total ticket price without my approval.

You cannot contact them, changes your flights every few months and you get an error msg each and everytime you attempt to cancel.

I booked my mom's ticket through this site.
After booking I only enquired about the cancellation or modification fees. After that, they replied that there will be 50 euros charge. However, when my mom was standing at the airport with a confirmed ticket email from Virgin Atlantic and travel2be, airline people said the ticket is void and my mom (aged 65) cannot travel.
When we called travel2be we got to know that the ticket has been made void by them and they NEVER SENT A CONFIRMATION.
Apparently we had to book a ticket from virgin atlantic, thank god that there were tickets available for the same flight. What will an elderly person do in such case.
It's like you are happy for a month that your travel is sorted and on the day of travel, you get to know that your ticket doesn't exists.
THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER<.
FYI I never write a review and waste my time, but for TRAVEL2BE, I felt this should not happen with anyone.

I missed my flight and they firstly said that I wasn't able to to book another one. After they said that I was able and then they said that I wasn't able again. Is also extremely difficult to being in contact with them as they often dont' answer the calls or are disrespectful.
There should be someone that shut them down and send everyone to Jail.

I've been waiting for my refund for several months and still nothing. I've tried several times to call and contact customer service but my call was cut off and the refund option is in Español. Avoid these people.

Worst experience I ever had with an agency on September 6 with Agent Ursula. I purchased ticket for funeral with basic refund insurance policy last week but I had to cancel flight based on doctor recommendation. The agent Ms. Ursula was rude, unhelpful and refused to allow me to speak to supervisor. My only request was for her to cancel the ticket and include the reasons in her agent notes and she said travel2be doesnt record reasons for cancellation?! And there would be no evidence of our conversation? Her advice was to contact the airline directly which i already did - Alitalia was wonderful and understanding and requested that travel2be simply cancel the booking and include the reasons in the notes and they would find a solution for my family.
In my 20 years of working with companies never have I experienced such terrible customer service. This was my first and last time using travel2be and i suggest others deal with airlines directly.

This agency is a scam, a complete ripoff, I will pursue them legally. Never book through this agency. They take your money and if you try to change or cancel your flights, there seems to be a ghost behind the phone/email. These peoplw need to be taken to court!

Booked 2 flights through travel2be. Extremely bad customer service. They cancelled the flights and sent a very vague email without any detailed information. We had to cancel and they charged us $60 euros to issue a refund. Why should we pay when the flights have been cancelled? Called them many times, no answer, couldn't find an email adrs to communicate with them. They are totally scam and not ligit. Don't book your tickets through them.
