Not sure
April 25, 2026

My experience with the patio peach trees have not been good I've ordered three by one get one free did have success with two but the other ones have just died same soil same pots same planting time everything's the same but for I believe it have died and I don't understand the problem I do know one thing the weather in Las Vegas Nevada is unpredictable and when I should have been getting the plants to get established before our Heat and crazy weather started I couldn't I had to wait until March which March we had 90° weather 80° weather and then it dropped down to 60s so I don't know. Just not a good experience and the two that I did end up having leaves on were given to my next door neighbor so now I have none but whatever I'm over it thanks

Diane, thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear it hasn’t been a great experience for you.

What you described with the Las Vegas weather swings—going from cool to 80–90° and back—can be very hard on newly planted trees, especially bare root stock that is trying to establish. Even when everything else is the same, temperature stress and timing can cause some to fail while others survive.

We understand your frustration, especially after doing everything the same.

We are a family-run nursery, and reviews like this truly do hurt our small business. We appreciate you giving us a try and wish you had a better outcome.

If you ever decide to try again or want guidance for your region, please email us at [email protected]
and we will be happy to help.

Best customer service
April 21, 2026
Updated review

I've had a couple crazy customer service requests and they always have responded to my emails so quickly and obliged to my requests. It felt like I was working with a nursery or business just up the street rather than through a website. And everything I have ordered has established and is showing so much growth this spring.

Quick shipping
April 18, 2026

The saplings I ordered came fast and were healthy. I have leaves on some of the willows and ginko trees already (mid april). The burr oak saplings are still dormant, but the stems are plump and the bare root saplings were easy to plant for my small reforestation project.

They also included 3 trees of each type for the "buy one get one" saplings. I didn't count to see if there more than 50 trees in the bulk saplings I ordered, but they were healthy and covered the expected amount of land.

Willing to try again
April 18, 2026

In past years, wrong items were shipped (but them replaced.) Overall I've had little luck with bare root plantings in shady areas, so hoping these full sun choices will do better.

Just placed an order. Had $5 off but did not see any place to put 5off at. My first order was a few weeks ago. I got my trees and 3 of them have leaves on them now. 1, is still not doing much yet. Also got two dewberry plants. I think they are dead now. Although one could be living not sure. Anyway, could just have been a bad place to plant them. The tree I am still waiting on to start having leaves on it is about ten feet from them... Still living though, not dried out. I was pleased so I ordered again.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for placing another order with us, we truly appreciate your continued support.

We are glad to hear most of your trees are already leafing out. It is not uncommon for some trees to take a little longer to break dormancy, especially depending on soil temperature and conditions. The same goes for dewberries, placement and environment can make a big difference early on.

Regarding the $5 off, we apologize if that was not clear during checkout. If you would like, email me and I can take a look at that for you.

We are a family-run nursery, and customers like you mean a lot to us. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you again.

Hi Ellen,
Thank you for your feedback and for giving our plants a place in your landscape.
Burning Bush, especially when planted as bare root, can sometimes take time to establish before putting on noticeable top growth. In many cases, the first couple of seasons are focused on root development below the soil, which is critical for long-term success. Once established, they typically begin to take off more vigorously.
If they have remained alive but slow-growing, factors such as soil conditions, drainage, sunlight, and watering consistency can all play a role in delayed growth. A light fertilization in early spring and ensuring they are planted in well-drained soil with adequate sunlight can help encourage stronger performance.
We truly appreciate you choosing us for your plants and your patience as they establish. 🌿

Slow to ship

Slow to ship and poor communication to buyers on how long it takes and when it will arrive. Would be helpful for spring planning to know where the order stands.

Jeff, we are sorry for the frustration and understand your concern.

We do want to clarify that we have posted throughout our website that we are currently running about 10–12 business days behind due to the spring rush, which is our busiest time of year. Your order falls within that timeframe.

The 3–5 day timeframe refers to carrier transit time once the order ships, not the processing time before shipment.

We are a family-run nursery, and reviews like this truly do hurt our small business. We care about our customers and want to make sure you are taken care of.

Please email me directly at [email protected] and I will personally review your order and provide an update.
